Journals are the main indicator to evaluate the level of the studies of a country. The main purpose of this study is to suggest the improvements of the current journal evaluation system to enhance the level of journal quality. To accomplish the above purpose, the 631 researchers are surveyed by internet for their recognition. The major findings are as follows. Firstly, the current registration process need to be maintained, however, need to reinforce the conditions to level up the journal level and to extend the term for keeping the rate. Secondly, the professionalism and credibility of the appraisers need to be reinforced to increase the equity and rationality of the current evaluation system. Thirdly, the evaluation process for the newly entering journal need to be more strict than the current system. Fourthly, the Korean citation index or Kor-Factor need to be applied to evaluate the domestic journals. Lastly, the restriction policy is need to constrain the number of journals.

2015년 6월 MSC 95차 위원회에서 e-navigation 소프트웨어 품질 보증 가이드라인이 회람문서로 정식 등재되었다. 이 가이드라인은 소프트웨어 개발 라이프사이클에 따라 소프트웨어를 개발하며 필요한 품질 보증 절차 활동과 사용자의 요구를 만족시킬 수 있는 제품의 개발을 위한 인간중심설계 절차를 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 e-navigation 소프트웨어 품질보증 가이드라인을 심층분석하여 해양 임베디드 응용 소프트웨어 품질보증을 위한 사용성평가 시험절차 개발에 필요한 연관된 국제표준 및 기존 연구를 조사 분석 후 연구하였다.

World Health Organization reveals its plan for listing 'Gaming Disorder' on the 11th International Disease Codes (ICD-11) in 2018 and it opens hot debate among scholars on its validity and timeliness. Korea, however, seems to have avoided the issue without appropriate academic refutation. In this paper, we review past academic studies related to game addiction or disorder focused on their validity of disorder measurement tools, research designs and the effect of neuroimaging studies. This analysis reveals that excessive use of gaming is not sufficient to register it as a disease and there is a risk of stigmatizing healthy gamers.

The objective of this study is to examine the tasks for listing martial arts of "Muyedobotongji" on the UNESCO Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The conclusions are like below. First, "Muyedobotongji" was published in 1790(14th year of King Jeongjo). The 24 martial arts of "Muyedobotongji" were basically divided into three types like stabbing, chopping & cutting, and hitting. Second, the value of martial arts of "Muyedobotongji" is highly evaluated because it has systematically put together the martial arts of three countries like Korea, China, and Japan of the 18th century, suitable for the actual status of Joseon Dynasty, in the new perspective. The value of "Muyedobotongji" as a Memory of the World is the martial arts book emphasizing the practicality, so that everyone including officers and soldiers could easily learn. Third, the procedure of registering martial arts of "Muyedobotongji" in the UNESCO Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity has three stages including preparation/submission, screening, and decision, which takes two years. Especially, the screening assistance organization, as an organization under the Intangible Cultural Heritage Convention Intergovernmental Committee is composed of total six countries(one for each area) out of 24 member countries. Fourth, the tasks for listing martial arts of "Muyedobotongji" in the UNESCO Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity are like following. (1) It would be necessary to conduct a total inspection of the collection of "Muyedobotongji". (2) It would be necessary to designate the martial arts of "Muyedobotongji" as the municipal/provincial/national intangible cultural heritage. (3) It would be needed to standardize the practical martial arts technique/movement of "Muyedobotongji". (4) The historical evidence of martial arts costumes/weapons of "Muyedobotongji" should be studied. (5) A committee for the registration of martial arts of "Muyedobotongji" in the UNESCO Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity should be organized. (6) There should be a close cooperation system between relevant departments like the World Heritage Team of Cultural Heritage Administration and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. (7) Domestic/foreign data related to martial arts of "Muyedobotongji" should be comprehensively collected to meet the registration standard of UNESCO. (8) The registration type of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity should be prepared.

In Korea, the number of preservation and management entities to connect the traditional cultural heritage to next generations is rapidly decreasing. Building an infrastructure to pass on traditional cultural heritage to the next generation and to pay attention to the preservation and management of the next generation is important including the 'Seowon', a World Cultural Heritage listed by UNESCO. This study is based on the laws that regulates the preservation and support of traditional cultural assets and 'Seowon, through Big Data analysis techniques. The main keywords in each law were extracted, schematized, and a mutual Word Network was constructed and policy advice was derived. As policy advice, it is necessary to establish and implement policies to nurture and support businesses specialized in the region for the preservation·utilization, preservation·management and preservation·support of Seowons.

In order to operate Low Earth Orbit(LEO) satellite on space, technical requirements and administrative procedure which are defined by the International Telecommunication Union(ITU) should be followed on satellite development. Main technical requirements to follow are purpose of use, bandwidth, Radio Frequency(RF) intensity, and constraints on new satellite network about existing satellite networks according to frequency spectrum. Such ITU's requirements are reflected and designed on system specification and space to ground interface control document. In order to have a right and protection about using the satellite network on space, the satellite network has to be registered on Master International Frequency Register(MIFR) and procedure for this has to be followed. Coordination with countries raising objection is needed in order to register. And reference and method for coordination are also needed.

본 논문은 가상현실을 이용한 중독치료 동향분석을 위해 관련 연구사례들을 수집하고 중독현상별로 분류하여 치료방법과 치료의 유용성과 한계점, 발전 방안을 분석하였다. 학술연구 데이터베이스인 Science Direct, Medline, Proquest 그리고 Embase에 등재된 논문들 중 1999년부터 2016년까지 중독치료를 위해 가상현실 기술을 실험적으로 적용하고 효과를 검증한 연구 46편을 선정하여 중독의 범주별 치료효과를 분석하였다. 가상현실 치료내용은 단서노출치료를 주로 활용하고 있으며 연구대상은 청소년들보다 성인들이 더 많았다. 니코틴 중독 가상현실치료 연구가 가장 많은 수를 차지했고 그 다음으로는 알코올, 코카인/필로폰, 마리화나 순으로 확인되었다. 가상현실 치료는 다양한 중독 치료에 효과가 있었으며 인지치료와 함께 적용할 때 효과가 더 높았다. 치료의 한계점으로는 비용과 절차상 특수성, 사이버 멀미 등으로 인해 연구대상이 소수이며, 치료회기가 짧고, 장기연구 또는 추후연구를 실시한 경우 많지 않아 추후에 연구완성도를 보완하는 시도가 필요함을 알 수 있었다.
