In this paper, we propose an accident-prevention smart monitoring system for Haenyeo(Woman diver) using Zigbee module and GPS sensor. This system can collect such information as the diving location, the body temperature, the depth of diving, and the diving time of a Woman diver working under the water and then respond immediately to an accident occurring. The research developed a smart Teawak and smart swimming goggles which can measure the state of a Woman diver and her diving activities. Smart Teawak, the buoy tool while a Woman diver is collecting seafoods under water, is able to receive GPS and transmit the data from smart swimming goggles and Zigbee Module to IHSS(IoT based Haenyeo Safety service Software) server. In addition, IHSS, a responsive web, provides the diving location and the state of a Woman diver on the smart phone. As a result, the system will be useful in the aspects of Woman diver' health care and the safety, furthermore, which will significantly contribute to global marketing of Woman diver with its being designated as a UNESCO intangible cultural asset.

Pumped storage power plant is a system of generating electricity with hydroelectric power, in which at times of low electrical demand such as during nights, excess generation capacity of many power plants is used to pump water into the higher reservoir, and when there is higher demand, water is released back into the lower reservoir through a turbine, generating electricity. As pumped storage power plants across the nation are not on building registry under "the Article 6 of the Special Act by the Development of Power Resources", they are classified as a structure, not as a building. As a result, permit of fire protection facility is unnecessary, and fire protection administration is excluded from approval to completion of construction. Therefore, this study is to improve problems in accordance with the application of "he Article 6 of the Special Act by the Development of Power Resources", repair of facilities and problems with safety control to effectively prevent similar damages from repeatedly happening to pumped storage power plants in operation or under construction nationwide during a fire.

전나무속(Abies Miller, 1754)은 지구상에서 북반구를 중심으로 50여 종이 현존하고 있다. 전나무속은 주로 높은 고도의 산지 또는 수목 한계선 주변에 자연적 분포지를 형성하고 있으며, 국내에는 전나무(A. holophylla), 분비나무(A. nephrolepis) 및 구상나무(A. koreana), 총 3종이 자생하고 있다. 하지만 국내에 자생하는 3종의 경우도 쇠퇴가 급격히 진행되고 있다. 특히 대한민국 특산식물인 한라산의 구상나무는 IUCN Redlist 상의 'Threatened species' category 종으로 등재되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 구상나무 어린 나무(치수)의 수가 급격히 줄어 우리 사회에서 문제가 직면한 '저출산 고령화 사회'와 유사하다고 할 수 있다. 하지만, 구상나무의 어린 나무에 관한 연구가 미비한 실정이다. 게다가 선행연구에서도 어린 나무의 기준이 모호하다. 따라서 본 연구는 구상나무 등 국내 자생하는 구상나무 천연묘의 기준을 정립하여 추후 진행되는 구상나무 등 전나무속 어린 나무에 관한 연구에 표준화를 유도할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 우선, 국내.외 소나무과 어린나무에 관한 논문을 정리 및 분석하였고, 구상나무 어린나무가 자생하는 숲의 구조(제주조릿대 등) 및 환경(암석노출도) 등)에 적절한 높이와 아린흔의 갯수를 참고로 기준안을 제시해 보고자 한다. 본 연구의 기준안은 선행연구에서 조사된 구상나무 어린나무 3,138개체의 높이 및 아린흔 갯수를 토대로 구분해볼 수 있었다. 우선, 높이에 대한 기준은 1년생묘(당해묘, 5cm 미만)-유묘(5cm~10cm 미만)-성묘(대묘, 10cm~30cm 미만)-치수(30cm~100cm 미만) cf.전생치수-유목(100cm 이상) 5단계로 구분되었다. 아린흔 갯수에 대한 기준도 또한 1년생묘(1개)-유묘(2개~6개)-성묘(대묘, 7개~15개)-치수(16개~20개) cf.전생치수-유목(21개 이상) 5단계로 구분되었다.

Korea's security response to application service app is still insufficient due to the initial opening of the public safety network. Therefore, preemptive security measures are essential. In this study, we proposed to establish a 'public safety network app security system' to prevent potential vulnerabilities to the app store that distributes app in public safety network and android operating system that operate app on dedicated terminal devices. In order for an application service app to be listed on the public safety network mobile app store, a dataset of malicious and normal app is first established to extract characteristics and select the most effective AI model to perform static and dynamic analysis. According to the analysis results, 'Safety App Certificate' is certified for non-malicious app to secure reliability for listed apps. Ultimately, it minimizes the security blind spots of public safety network app. In addition, the safety of the network can be secured by supporting public safety application service of certified apps.

Various research are being published in the areas of humanities, history, aviation/ports, and regional development, centering on the Incheon area which has issues such as large-scale ports and airports, archipelago, and urban regeneration. This study explored the scope of the subject and the distribution of researchers using a informetric analysis focusing on the studies of Incheon. Specifically, this study extracted authors from about 500 Incheon-related research papers listed in the Korean journal's citation index and analyzed the co-author relationship network to understand the cooperative behavior between authors' institutions. In addition, by extracting keywords from the articles and performing a weighted network (PFNET) analysis on the relationship between keywords, the intellectual structure was analyzed. As a result, it was found that Inha University and Incheon National University showed a high TBC, and Incheon Development Institute showed the high NNC. Meanwhile, the intellectual structure of Incheon-related research was found to be composed of 11 thematic clusters, and the social issues of Incheon, ports, and aviation were analyzed as representative clusters.

This paper examined the impact of financing structure on the innovation efficiency of SMEs by constructing an econometric model using panel data of SMEs listed on the SME board from 2010 to 2020 as the research sample. The innovation efficiency of SMEs was measured by the Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA), the relationship between financing structure and innovation efficiency of SMEs was examined with the help of the Tobit model, and the corresponding heterogeneity analysis was conducted. Finally, the robustness of the model was tested. It was concluded that the effects of debt and equity financing on the quantitative efficiency of innovation were non-linear and mainly showed an inverted "U" shaped relationship. For innovation quality efficiency, bond financing could positively contribute, while equity financing negatively inhibits. Finally, the corresponding advice was given.

This study aims to show that "Computer-assisted language learning (CALL)" and "Mobile-based language learning (MALL)" actually influence education, deviating from the traditional "drill and practice" method in foreign language education and learning due to the development of information and communication technology (IT). Specifically, for first-year college students who have relatively poor English skills and do not feel enough motivation for English learning, I will produce educational video content using multimedia authoring tools and upload it to the e-learning system. Video content is configured to be accessed and utilized through various media such as computers, smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc. Ultimately, an exploration of educational value behind the utilization of IT devices in English language Teaching(ELT) and the Second Language Acquisition (SLA) theory behind effective instructional use of such technology are presented. That is to say, the effectiveness of language learning using information and communication technology (IT) is introduced. The article closes by suggesting how to use computers and mobile media for 'Flipped Learning'.

This paper studies the possible ways to make the most of Namsadang Nori Deotboegi which has been designated as National Intangible Cultural Property No 3 as well as UNESCO World Intangible Cultural Heritage in training actors. Considering the fact that all six parts of a Namsadang performance were included as Important Intangible Cultural Properties, the historical and traditional value of the itinerant performance troupe is significant. The improvisatory characteristics of witty remarks, the 'Korenness' of the movement and breathing in Deotboegi dance, the spatial awareness realised through performing witty remarks with musician as well as the 'Koreaness' in the emotions conveyed are the particular values of Deotbeogi for training actors. The required ability to listen to the co-performer and not to anticipate what might be said next helps the performer do develop a strong focus to be able to stay in the moment. The heightened awareness of the body, and the ability to control it as well as the awareness of the space including the co-performers are helpful in the context of both traditional and contemporary performance.

This introductory review study sought to conceptualize elementary school teachers' pedagogical content knowledge in science teaching (science PCK) by reinterpreting 11 science PCK research papers published in the Korean Journal Database from 2012 to 2023 based on the synthesized perspective of the model of teacher professional knowledge and skill (Consensus Model) proposed at the first PCK Summit in 2012 and the Revised Consensus Model (RCM) proposed at the second PCK Summit in 2016. Elementary teachers' science PCK was mainly analyzed based on Magnusson et al.'s (1999) PCK elements and described as the form of enacted PCK or personal PCK at the subject or discipline level. Personal PCK studies, which involved emotional factors, included the features of collective PCK from the RCM perspective. It was inferred that elementary school teachers' science PCK needs to be conceptualized by comprehensively considering the enacted PCK through individual teacher experiences and the collective PCK and personal PCK defined by experts.

In order to investigate trends in youth soccer research, this study selected 18 prior literature published in domestic KCI-registered journals related to youth soccer over a three-year period from 2021 to 2023 as research subjects. Previous research on youth soccer was analyzed by year, journal, research method, and subject, and the results are as follows. First, the number of papers published on topics related to youth soccer was the highest at 9 in 2021. Second, it was found that youth soccer-related research was conducted in various sports-related academic journals. Third, quantitative research methodology took up a higher proportion of 83% than qualitative research method. Fourth, studies targeting youth soccer players were the highest at 50%, followed by coaches and parents of youth players.
