In the global era, the importance of imported food safety management is increasing. Address information of overseas food companies is key information for imported food safety management, and must be verified for prompt response and follow-up management in the event of a food risk. However, because each country's address system is different, one verification system cannot verify the addresses of all countries. Also, the purpose of address verification may be different depending on the field used. In this paper, we deal with the problem of classifying a given overseas food business address into the administrative district level of the country. This is because, in the event of harm to imported food, it is necessary to find the administrative district level from the address of the relevant company, and based on this trace the food distribution route or take measures to ban imports. However, in some countries the administrative district level name is omitted from the address, and the same place name is used repeatedly in several administrative district levels, so it is not easy to accurately classify the administrative district level from the address. In this study we propose a deep learning-based administrative district level classification model suitable for this case, and verify the actual address data of overseas food companies. Specifically, a method of training using a label powerset in a multi-label classification model is used. To verify the proposed method, the accuracy was verified for the addresses of overseas manufacturing companies in Ecuador and Vietnam registered with the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, and the accuracy was improved by 28.1% and 13%, respectively, compared to the existing classification model.
Despite the institutional, organizational, and technological advances in the level of national records management that has occurred during the past several years, there has been no significant change in the condition of records management within individual public institutions, which may be an outset for records management. In order to begin the advance in national records management with overall innovation in records management by public institutions, it is necessary to distinctly set up the direction of innovation and a project to carry out. Also, a person in charge of records management, who is supposed to lead records management in each institution, should share the directions and projects. Against this backdrop, this study aims to define "the evaluation of records management" as a vehicle to establish a common goal for the innovation of records management and the role of a person in charge of records management as well as to develop evaluation indicators that might be applicable to all public institutions. With this aim, the study drew requirements of records management from domestic and overseas cases in the evaluation of records management conditions as well as the laws and standards of records management, and a roadmap for national records management innovation. Then, the study developed evaluation indicators by classifying the requirements according to three areas involving an organizational environment, records management job, and records management in the offices that create and file their own documents. The organizational environment area is concerned with the evaluation of the records management policy and the responsibility of an institution, and the evaluation of human resources and physical environment. The records management business area includes the measurement of the level of jobs, such as the records creation control conducted by the records management authority of each institution, the management of records schedules, the accession, preservation, and appraisal of records and their service, and the monitoring of records management. The area of records management in the offices is composed of the creation, registration, arrangement, and transfer of records as they are intended to be used during the monitoring of records management conditions. The study made it possible to measure all evaluation indicators with a quantitative evaluation method by clearly proposing the standard for objective and accurate evaluation.

Using virtual reality technology, users can learn and experience many interactions in virtual space like the actual physical space. This study was conducted to develop air flow simulator that allows farmers and consultants to consult air flow through VR devices by creating a greenhouse or pigpen model. It can help educate farmers about the importance of ventilation effects for agricultural facilities. We proposed CFD visualization system by building a virtual reality environment and constructing database of CFD and structure of agricultural facilities. After consultants can set up situations according to environmental conditions, the users experience the visualized air flow of agricultural facility according to the ventilation effects. Also it can provide a quantified environmental distribution in the agricultural facility. Currently, the CFD data in agricultural facilities are established during winter and summer. In order to experience various environmental conditions in the developed system, The experts need to run CFD data under various environmental conditions and register them in the system requirements.
Archival Objects are defined as objects having historical, aesthetic, and artistic value as well as archival value created and used with a particular purpose in business process. Increasingly, many countries including Canada, Australia, China are recognized the importance of Archival Objects and designated them as national records. In Korea, Archival Objects are involved in national records through '2006 Plan for the Archives and Records Management Reform'. So National Archives and Records Service provided a foothold for comprehensive plan of national records management including Archival Objects. And also, by revising Records and Archives Management Act in 2007, National Archives and Records Service declared aggressive will to management Archival Objects. Until now, Objects held in public institution were easy to be damaged because definition or scope of Archival Objects was ambiguous and management system for material character wasn't exist. Even though the revised Records and Archives Management Act suggest definition and declare the responsibility of management, management system focused on various shape and material of objects need to be established. So this study has defined Archival Objects shortly and carried out a research 5 institutions on the actual management condition. By researching the result of institution survey, Records and Archives Management Act and actual Records Management System, we could find some problems. In solving these problems, We provide objects management process in the order capture ${\rightarrow}$ register ${\rightarrow}$ description ${\rightarrow}$ preservation ${\rightarrow}$ use${\rightarrow}$disposition. In addition, close cooperation between records center and museum of institution should be established for the unitive management at national level. This study has significance in introducing a base to manage Archival Objects systematically. By studying more, we hope to advance in management of valuable Archival Objects.
Since 1970, MRI has greatly been developing in terms of strength of magnetic field, the number of receipt channels, and short time of examination. With the development of digital systems and wireless network, hospitals have also acquired, saved, and managed digital images taken by various kinds of medical imaging equipment. However, domestic universities fail to provide practice training course independently thanks to expensive practice equipment and high maintenance cost, and rely on clinical training. Therefore, this study developed a MR patient diagnosis program based on Windows PC to help out students before their working in clinical filed. The designed Relational Database of MRI Simulator is made up of seven tables according to functions and data characteristics. Regarding the designed patient information, each stepwise function was classified by the patient registration method in clinical field. In addition, on the assumption of the basic information for diagnosis, each setting and content were classified. The menu by execution step was arrayed on the left side for easy view. For patient registration, a patient's name, gender, unique ID, birth date, weight, and other types of basic information were entered, and the patient's posture and diagnosis direction were set up. In addition, the body regions for diagnosis and Pulse Sequence were listed for selection. Also, Protocol name and other additional factors were allowed to be entered. The final window was designed to check diagnosis images, patient information, and diagnosis conditions. By learning how to enter patient information and change diagnosis conditions in this program, users will be able to understand more theories and terms learned in practice and thereby to shorten their learning time in actual clinical work.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the success and barrier factors of hypertension registration program in Goseong community health center proven improving hypertension treatment rate by community health survey. Methods: We conducted a qualitative research using both a performance review of the program and in-depth interviews with the 8 operators who had worked for this program in April 2018. Results: In this study, the success factors were analysed as follows: First, the willingness to improve health indicators, second, the implementation of large-scale projects, third, improving program processes, fourth, continuous efforts for achievement of goal, not output or reward, and the barrier factors are as follows. First, uniform output monitering, second, evaluation after the fashion of contest, third, the confusing concept of an integrated health promotion program, fourth, the attitude of the person worried with task change. Conclusions: This study suggested that the health community health center should follow the basic principles of public health, and the central government should introduce a health policy of decentralization.

Cadastre is a set of activity registering diverse land information in national scope land management works. A nation examine land information and register it in a cadastral book, and must update data when necessary to properly maintain the information. Currently, local governments execute work about parcels of land alternation by manual work based on KLIS road map. Therefore, it takes too much time-consuming and makes problem as missing lots of parcels of land alternation. This study suggests the method selecting the parcels of land alteration for Jinan-Gun of Jeollabuk-Do using the GIS spatial overlay and the following results are as belows. Firstly, the manual work on the parcels of land alteration was greatly improved through automatically extracting the number and area of parcels according to the land classification and ownership by GIS spatial overlay based on serial cadastral maps and KLIS road lines. Secondly, existing work based on KLIS road lines could be advanced by analyzing the parcels of land alternation using the actual-width of the road from new address system to consider all road area for study site. Lastly, this study can supply efficient information in determining the parcels of land alternation consistant with road condition of local governments by analyzing the number and area of parcels according to the land classification and ownership within various roadsides ranging from 3m, 5m, and 10m by GIS buffering method.
A Home Location Register(HLR) database system manages each subscriber's location information, which continuously changes in a cellular network. For this purpose, the HLR database system provides table management, index management, and backup management facilities. In this thesis, we propose using a two-level index method for the mobile directory number(MDN) as a suitable method and a chained bucket hashing method for the electronic serial number(ESN). Both the MDN and the ESN are used as keys in the HLR database system. We also propose an efficient backup method that takes into account the characteristics of HLR database transactions. The retrieval speed and the memory usage of the two-level index method are better than those of the R-tree index method. The insertion and deletion overhead of the chained bucket hashing method is less than that of the modified linear hashing method. In the proposed backup method, we use two kinds of dirty flags in order to solve the performance degradation problem caused by frequent registration-location operations. For a million subscribers, proposed techniques support reduction of memory size(more than 62%), directory operations (2500,000 times), and backup operations(more than 80%) compared with current techniques.

However, although Integrated ID has lots advantages to be used, most Mobile Service Companies has hesitated to apply Integrated ID service in their shopping systems because this technology requires them sharing their users' data. They have worried that this service would be not helpful to gain their profits. As following facts, via this paper majorly we propose the advanced Integrated ID system which concern shopping point management. According to one Medicare report, in the US, total federal spending on health care expends almost 18 percent of the nation's GDP, about double what most industrialized nations spend on health care. And in 2011, Medicare spending reached close to $554 billion, which amounted to 21 percent of the total spent on U.S. health care in that year. Of that $554 billion, Medicare spent 28 percent, or about $170 billion, on patients' last six months of life. So what are the reasons of this high cost in EOL care and its possible solutions? Much spendings of Medicare on End-of-Life care for the terminally ill/chronically ill in the US has led health economics experts to assess the characteristics of the care. Decades of study shows that EOL care is usually supply-sensitive and poor in cost-effectiveness. The volume of care is sensitively depending on the supply of resources, rather than the severity of illness or preferences of patients. This means at the End-of-Life care, the medical resources are being overused. On the other hand, opposed to the common assumption, "The more care the better utility", the study shows that the outcome is very poor. Actually the patient preference and concerns are quite the opposite from what intense EOL care would bring about. This study analyzes the reasons for the supply-sensitiveness of EOL care. It can be resulted from the common misconception about the intense care and the outcome, physicians' mission for patients, lack of End-of-Life Care Decision which helps the patients choose their own preferred treatment intensity. It also could be resulted from physicians' fear of legal liabilities, and the management strategy since the hospitals are also seeking for financial benefits. This study suggests the possible solutions for over-treatment at the End-of-Life resulting from supply-sensitiveness. Solutions can be sought in two aspects, legal implementation and management strategy. In order to implement advance directive properly, active ethics education for physicians to change their attitude toward EOL care and more conversations about end-of-life care between physicians and patients is crucial, and incentive system for the physicians who actively have the conversations with patients will also help. Also, the general education towards the public is also important in the long run, and easy and official advance directive registry system-such as online registry-has to be built and utilized more widely. Alternative strategies in management are also needed. For example, the new strategic cost management and management education, such as cutting unnecessary costs and resetting values as medical providers have to be considered. In order to effectively resolve the problem in EOL care for the terminally ill/chronically ill and provide better experience to the patients, first of all, the misconception and the wrong conventional wisdom among doctors, patients, and the government have to be overcome. And then there should be improvements in systems and cultures of the EOL care.
