This paper has the first aim to analyze Elsa's magic power of why and how she, as a heroine in the animation of Frozen, is in the emotion of fear and anger. This paper will explain why these two emotions are twisted compound to identify Elsa's iced emotion in the ice kingdom. And secondly, this paper attempts to connect Elsa's fear emotion in her real life is the other flip with that of anger throughout the characters' network in Frozen, which symbolically reflect the feminine pattern of real society that Walt Disney prospects for the dream society. Through the cognitive process for Elsa's ice kingdom between emotion status and social network, we can assume the pattern of social network with emotional chart and the archetype of human emotion through the cognitive-emotional storytelling on the emotion of Elsa in Frozen.

Facial expression is an effective tool to express human emotion. In this paper, a facial expression analysis method based on the base faces and their blending ratio is proposed. The seven base faces were chosen as axes describing and analyzing arbitrary facial expression. We set up seven facial expressions such as, surprise, fear, anger, disgust, happiness, sadness, and expressionless as base faces. Facial expression was built by fitting generic 3D facial model to facial image. Two comparable methods, Genetic Algorithms and Simulated Annealing were used to search the blending ratio of base faces. The usefulness of the proposed method for facial expression analysis was proved by the facial expression synthesis results.

In the modern society, we have come to recognize human emotions such as anxiety, fear, pain, anger, sadness, longing, desire and pleasure as important topics of philosophy. How shall we study the 'problem of emotions', or in a bigger sense, the 'problem of empathy'? With this critical mind, the research into empathy can be called as a starting point for studying the deepest feelings and thoughts of human beings in connection with the feelings of other people. Most of all, in order to understand other people and to understand human being itself, the role of sympathy or empathy has been emphasized among the problems of emotions, and this trend is especially distinctive in the philosophy of psychology. I definitely acknowledge that empathy or sympathy takes loneliness and agony away from a human being and therefore it is the starting point of communication between people. However, the very fundamental question of 'what are human beings, and who are they?' is once again reminded. In other words, this thesis focuses on the fact that humans are viewed not only as the existence with a soul or heart, but also as a "unique existence" containing something "material-, life- and spiritual", and in that sense, this world is an ecological organism that contains organic connections of humans, material things, plants and animals, which should be the point of view for approach. And it is also emphasized in this study to approach the question about human beings from the religious spirituality point of view that the society with true love for neighbors could be achieved through religious practices that provide principles and value.

We described how to implement character expressions and animations that play an important role in expressing emotions and personalities in low-polygon character animation. With the development of the video industry, character expressions and mouth-shaped lip-syncing in animation can realize natural movements at a level close to real life. However, for non-experts, it is difficult to use expert-level advanced technology. Therefore, We aimed to present a guide for low-budget low-polygon character animators or non-experts to create mouth-shaped lip-syncing more naturally using accessible and highly usable features. A total of 8 mouth shapes were developed for mouth shape lip-sync animation: 'ㅏ', 'ㅔ', 'ㅣ', 'ㅗ', 'ㅜ', 'ㅡ', 'ㅓ' and a mouth shape that expresses a labial consonant. In the case of facial expression animation, a total of nine animations were produced by adding highly utilized interest, boredom, and pain to the six basic human emotions classified by Paul Ekman: surprise, fear, disgust, anger, happiness, and sadness. This study is meaningful in that it makes it easy to produce natural animation using the features built into the modeling program without using complex technologies or programs.

As consumers are becoming more conscious about food safety and high quality standards, they are getting more interested in influencing the food policy-making process. Triggered by FTA (Free Trade Agreement) ratification between the Republic of Korea and the U.S. in 2008, a sharp conflict was created in importing U.S. beef between the government of Republic of Korea and its people. Food selection is known as a complex mental process of consumers, which incorporates social and cultural values, personal tastes, and other psychological factors. This study utilized the concept of antinomy which was signified by Immanuel Kant in his thesis. The concept of antinomy indicates a contradiction between conclusions which seem equally logical, reasonable or necessary. This study is designed to investigate the changes in the amount of beef consumption among Korean consumers after the Republic of Korea resumed U.S. beef imports and the impact of a consumer's trust in the U.S. on his/her antinomic acceptance. Also, it examined the effects of antinomic acceptance and whether a consumer is a potential restaurateur or a general consumer on the changes in the amount of beef consumption.
