신유(腎兪),태계(太谿)의 동충하초(冬蟲夏草) 약침(藥鍼)과 경구(經口) 투여(投與)가 좌측 신장(腎臟) 제거 백서(白鼠)에 대한 신장(腎臟) Aquaporin-2 단백(蛋白) 발현(發現)과 신장기능(腎臟機能)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effects of Cordyceps Militaris Mycelia(CMM) oral administration and Herbal Acupuncture at Shinsu(BL23), Tae-gye(K3) on Expression of Aquaporin-2 Protein Water Channels in the Kidney and the Renal Function in Rats with Renal Failure by Uninephrectomy)

  • 동충하초(冬蟲夏草)가 신장(腎臟)기능에 미치는 영향을 실험적으로 규명하고자 부분 신절제술을 시행한 백서(白鼠)에 대하여 동충하초(冬蟲夏草) 경구투여(經口投與)와 신유(腎兪) 태계(太谿)에 약침(藥鍼)을 시행한 후 신장내(腎臟內) aquaporin -2 단백발현과 혈장내 renin, ANP, aldosterone 등의 혈액 학적 변화 및 뇨중 creatinine, Na, K Cl 를 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. AQP2단백 발현은 경구투여(經口投與) 1, 3군, 약침(藥鍼) 1군에서 유의한 증가를 나타내었다. 2. 혈장 renin은 경구투여(經口投與) 1, 2, 3군, 약침(藥鍼) 1, 2, 3 군 모두에서 유의한 감소를 나타내었다. 3. 혈장 ANP는 경구투여(經口投與) 1군, 약침(藥鍼 ) 3군에서 유의한 증가를 나타내었다. 4. 혈장 aldosterone은 경구투여(經口投與) 2, 3군, 약침(藥鍼) 2군에서 유의한 감소를 나타내었다. 5. 혈청 triglyceride는 경구투여(經口投與) 2, 3군, 약침(藥鍼) 2, 3군에서 유의한 감소를 나타내었다. 6. 혈청 albumin은 경구투여(經口投與) 2군, 약침(藥鍼) 3군에서 유의한 증가를 나타내었다. 7. 혈청 total protein, BUN은 경구투여(經口投與) 1, 2, 3 군, 약침(藥鍼) 1, 2, 3군 모두에서 유의한 감소를 나타내었다. 8. 혈청 phosphorus는 경구투여(經口投與) 1, 2, 3군, 약침(藥鍼) 1, 2군에서 유의한 감소를 나타내었다. 9. 뇨(尿) creatinine은 경구투여(經口投與) 2군에서 유의한 증가를 나타내었고, 약침(藥鍼)군에서는 유의한 변화가 관찰되지 않았다. 10. 뇨(尿) Na는 경구투여(經口投與 ) 1, 2군, 약침(藥鍼) 1, 2, 3군에서 유의한 증가를 나타내었다. 11. 뇨 K는 경구투여(經口投與) 1, 3군에서 유의한 감소를 나타내었으나, 약침(藥鍼) 3군에서는 유의한 증가를 나타내었다. 12. 뇨 Cl는 경구투여(經口投與) 3군, 약침(藥鍼) 2, 3군에서 유의한 증가를 나타내었다.

  • Objective : The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of CMM oral administration and herbal acupuncture at BL13 LU4 on Asthma induced by ovalbumin in rats Methods : Several experimental items were measured and compared each other ; that is body weight change, oxygen consumption rate, Albumin change, white blood corpuscle change, Erythrocyte change, IgE change. Results : 1. Body weight was significantly increased in herbal acupuncture group after its administration while there was no such a response in oral administration group. 2. Oxygen Consumption rate was significantly increased in oral administration group and herbal acupuncture group. 3. Albumin in serum was significantly increased in oral administration group after its administration while there was no such a response in herbal acupuncture group. 4. White blood corpuscle in blood was significantly increased in oral administration group after its administration while there was no such a response in herbal acupuncture group. 5. Erythrocyte in blood was significantly increased in oral administration group after its administration while there was no such a response in herbal acupuncture group. 6. IgE in blood was decreased in oral administration group and herbal acupuncture group but there was no significance in oral administration group and herbal acupuncture group. Conclusion : Based on the above results it is assumed that CMM oral administration and CMM herbal acupuncture can help the treatment of Asthma induced by ovalbumin in rats.

동충하초(冬蟲夏草) 약침(藥鍼)이 백서(白鼠)의 기관지평활근(氣管支平滑筋) 장력(張力)과 염증(炎症) 및 면역(免疫) 반응(反應)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effects of Cordyceps militaris Mycelia(CMM) herbal acupuncture at BL13, LU4 on airway smooth muscle, airway inflammation, IgE and Interleukin-4 in mouse model of allergic bronchial asthma)

  • Objectives : It has been reported that Cordyceps militaris Mycelia(CMM) has an effect on deficiency allergic asthma(虛喘) clinically. The aim of this study was to determine an appropriate oriental treatment and the doses of CMM to treat asthma. Methods : In order to study the effect of herbal acupuncture solution of the CMM on allergic asthma, the mouse were pretreated by CMM herbal acupuncture at BL13, LU4 before antigen sensitization. 2 days later Mice were actively sensitized with a subcutaneous injection of ovalbumin(OA) and 13 days later they were provoked with OA aerosols. IL-4, lymphocyte, macrophage in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF), IgE in serum, WBC, RBC, HGB in blood, and in vitro isometric contractile responses of the isolated tracheal smooth muscle(TSM) to acetylcholine$(ACh,\;0.1-1000\;{\mu}M)$, KCl were measured. Results : Contractile responses of TSM to ACh were significantly increased in CMM herbal acupuncture 1 group $(Ach\;1000\;{\mu}M)$, CMM herbal acupuncture 2 group $(ACh\;1,\;10\;{\mu}M)$, CMM herbal acupuncture 3 group $(Ach\;0.3,\;1,\;30,\;300\;{\mu}M)$. The sensitivity of TSM to ACh was significantly decreased in CMM herbal acupuncture 3 group. The maximal contractile response of TSM to ACh was significantly decreased in CMM herbal acupuncture 1, 3 group. The maximal contractile response of TSM to KCl was significantly decreased in CMM herbal acupuncture 1, 2, 3 group. The counts of lymphocytes in BALF was significantly increased in CMM herbal acupuncture 3 group. The counts of macrophages in BALF was significantly decreased in CMM herbal acupuncture 3 group. Interleukin-4 level in BALF was significantly increased in CMM herbal acupuncture 1,3 group. and it was increased in CMM herbal acupuncture 2 group, but there was no significance. Serum IgE level was significantly decreased in CMM herbal acupuncture 1, 2, 3 group. The counts of WBC in blood was significantly increased in CMM herbal acupuncture 1, 3 group Conclusion : Based on the above results it is assumed that CMM herbal acupuncture at BL13, LU4 can help the treatment of deficiency allergic Asthm.
