Design and Implementation of Adaptive Learning Management System Based on SCORM (SCORM 기반의 적응형 학습관리 시스템의 설계 및 구현)

  • As a part of working on development of the learning management system, a adaptive learning management system which is able to provide individual learner with different learning contents or paths customized to learner's learning behaviors by expanding SCORM was proposed in this dissertation. In terms of instructional technology interrelated with technology of CBI and ITS, new learning environments and learner preferences were analyzed. A related laboratory system was implemented by packaging a process on how to expand the meta data for contents and a process on how to utilize the web-based learning contents dynamically. In order to evaluate the usability of the implemented system, a sample content was provided to some selected learners and their learning achievement resulted from the new learning environment was analysed. A result of the experiment indicated that the adaptive learning management system proposed in this dissertation could provide every learner with the different content tailored to their individual learning preference and behavior. and it worked also to promote the learning performance of every learner.

  • Space systems are operating in a changing and uncertain space environment and are desired to have autonomous capability for long periods of time without frequent telecommunications from the ground station At the same time. requirements for new set of projects/systems calling for ""autonomous"" operations for long unattended periods of time are emerging. Since, by the nature of space systems, it is desired that they perform their mission flawlessly and also it is of extreme importance to have fault-tolerant sensor/actuator sub-systems for the purpose of validating science measurement data for the mission success. Technology innovations attendant on autonomous data validation and health monitoring are articulated for a growing class of autonomous operations of space systems. The greatest need is on focus research effort to the development of a new class of fault-tolerant space systems such as attitude actuators and sensors as well as validation of measurement data from scientific instruments. The characterization for the next step in evolving the existing control processes to an autonomous posture is to embed intelligence into actively control. modify parameters and select sensor/actuator subsystems based on statistical parameters of the measurement errors in real-time. This research focuses on the identification/demonstration of critical technology innovations that will be applied to Autonomous Spacecraft Health Monitoring/Data Validation Control Systems (ASHMDVCS).   • Consistent and realistic error covariance information is important for position estimation, error analysis, fault detection, and integer ambiguity resolution for differential GNSS. In designing a position domain carrier-smoothed-code filter where incremental carrier phases are used for time-propagation, formulation of consistent error covariance information is not easy due to being bounded and temporal correlation of propagation noises. To provide consistent and correct error covariance information, this paper proposes two recursive filter algorithms based on carrier-smoothed-code techniques: (a) the stepwise optimal position projection filter and (b) the stepwise unbiased position projection filter. A Monte-Carlo simulation result shows that the proposed filter algorithms actually generate consistent error covariance information and the neglection of carrier phase noise induces optimistic error covariance information. It is also shown that the stepwise unbiased position projection filter is attractive since its performance is good and its computational burden is moderate.

  • The form of travel has been changing to dynamic, experience and family. Festivals are popular, specially the historic culture festivals, whose themes are a history event, a time and the people, are preferred to families because they give visitors opportunities of education and experience. Evaluation of festivals is important that it diagnoses the problems and enhancement One of the evaluation methods, Importance-Performance Analysis is useful which it is easy to find priority with visual matrix without complex statistical technique and a technical terminology. This research used IPA to evaluate The Yeoncheon Jeongok Paleolithic Festival which is one of the popular historic culture festivals. From the result 'unique food', 'rest facility', 'other convenience facility', 'hygiene', 'crowding' were included in selected to 'concentrate' territory of the IPA matrix. Therefor the festival manager should put his efforts to develop unique food, build more rest and other convenience facilities, enhance hygiene, and lowered crowding.

Time Series Prediction of Dynamic Response of a Free-standing Riser using Quadratic Volterra Model (Quadratic Volterra 모델을 이용한 자유지지 라이저의 동적 응답 시계열 예측)

  • Time series of the dynamic response of a slender marine structure was predicted using quadratic Volterra series. The wave-structure interaction system was identified using the NARX(Nonlinear Autoregressive with Exogenous Input) technique, and the network parameters were determined through the supervised training with the prepared datasets. The dataset used for the network training was obtained by carrying out the nonlinear finite element analysis on the freely standing riser under random ocean waves of white noise. The nonlinearities involved in the analysis were both large deformation of the structure under consideration and the quadratic term of relative velocity between the water particle and structure in Morison formula. The linear and quadratic frequency response functions of the given system were extracted using the multi-tone harmonic probing method and the time series of response of the structure was predicted using the quadratic Volterra series. In order to check the applicability of the method, the response of structure under the realistic ocean wave environment with given significant wave height and modal period was predicted and compared with the nonlinear time domain simulation results. It turned out that the predicted time series of the response of structure with quadratic Volterra series successfully captures the slowly varying response with reasonably good accuracy. It is expected that the method can be used in predicting the response of the slender offshore structure exposed to the Morison type load without relying on the computationally expensive time domain analysis, especially for the screening purpose.

An Predictive Analytics based on Goal-Scenario for Self-adaptive System (자가적응형 시스템을 위한 목표 시나리오 기반 예측 분석)

  • For efficient predictive analysis, self-healing research is needed that enables the system to recover autonomously by self-cognition and diagnosing system problems. However, software development does not provide formal contextual information analysis and appropriate presentation structure according to external situation. In this paper, we propose a prediction analysis method based on the change contents by applying the extraction rule to the functions that can act, data, and transaction based on the new Goal-scenario. We also evaluated how well the predictive analysis met through the performance indicators for achieving the requirements goal. Compared with the existing methods, the proposed method has a maximum 32.8% higher matching result through performance measurement, resulting in a 28.9% error rate and a 45.8% reduction in the change code. This shows that it can be processed into a serviceable form through rules, and it shows that performance can be expanded through predictive analysis of changes.

  • 가스센서는 사내 및 산업 환경에서의 유독성 또는 폭발성 가스 검출, 환경 모니터링, 질병 진단 등 매우 다양한 응용분야에서 큰 관심을 가지고 있다. 반도체 금속산화물(SMOs) 기반의 센서 분야에서는 이들의 감도 및 선택성을 향상시키기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이는 센서의 선택성을 부여하게 되면 다양한 가스들이 존재하는 환경에서도 검출자가 원하는 가스만의 응답을 얻을 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 MOF(Metal-Organic Framwork) 기반 멤브레인으로 ZIF-8(Zeolitic Imidazolate Frameworks 구조들 중 하나) 멤브레인 쉘 층을 이용하여 ZnO 나노선에 형성하였다. ZnO 나노선은 VLS공정 (Vapor-Liquid-Solid)을 이용하여 패턴된 전극을 갖는 $SiO_2$-grown Si 웨이퍼 상에 성장되었고, 성장된 ZnO 나노선은 2-methyl imidazole과 methanol이 포함된 고용체에 넣고 폐쇄된 압력용기 속에서 가열시켜 얻게 된다. 이렇게 얻어진 ZIF-8@ZnO 나노선의 ZIF-8 멤브레인은 분자 체 구조(molecular sieving structure)를 갖게 되며, 이들의 pore 크기는 약 $3.4{\AA}$을 갖는다. 따라서 이보다 더 큰 동적 직경을(kinetic diameter) 갖는 가스 종은 이 멤브레인을 통과할 수 없음을 나타내므로 제작된 시편은 $H_2$(kinetic diameter : $2.89{\AA}$), $C_7H_8$(kinetic diameter : $5.92{\AA}$), 그리고 $C_6H_6$(kinetic diameter : $5.27{\AA}$) 가스들을 각각 사용함으로써 ZIF-8@ZnO 나노선의 센서 특성을 조사했으며, 보다 정확한 비교를 위해 순수한 ZnO 나노선 역시 동일한 조건에서 측정되었다. 결과를 통해, 수소 가스를 제외한 다른 가스들에 대해서는 반응을 하지 않고, 오직 수소 가스에 대해서만 반응을 나타냈으며, 순수 ZnO 나노선의 수소 감응도보다 낮은 감응도를 나타내었다. 이는 멤브레인 쉘 층을 형성함으로써 ZnO 나노선의 표면적이 감소해 가스 분자와의 접촉점을 감소시키기 때문이라고 판단된다. 이와 같은 MOF 멤브레인의 캡슐화 전략은 가스센서뿐 아니라 바이오 센서 및 광촉매 등과 같은 이온 선택성을 필요로 하는 다양한 응용분야에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

A Study on the Image Enhancement Method of Digital Mammogram in the Wavelet Domain (웨이블렛 영역에서 디지털 맘모그램의 영상향상 방법에 관한 연구)

  • Digital mammogram is effective for detecting the micro-calcification that is early symptom of breast cancer. In the digital mammogram, many image processing techniques have been studied for accurate diagnosis and efficient treatment of micro-calcification lesion. The wavelet based multi-scale method was mainly used to enhance the image contrast. This paper presents an advanced mammography enhancement method which is based both on the brightness and the contrast enhancement in the wavelet domain. The proposed method normalizes a dynamic range using histogram of the image. The brightness is enhanced by modifying coefficients of low frequency components, and the contrast is enhanced by coefficients of high frequency component based on the multi-scale contrast measure. The experiment results show that the proposed method yields better performance of the image enhancement over the existing methods.

  • Synthetic zinc wave employs Pulsed plane wave as transmit beam with linear time delay curve. The received echoes in different transmit directions at different transmit times are superposed at imaging Points with Proper time delay compensation using synthetic focusing scheme. This scheme. which uses full aperture in transmit, obtains a high SNR image, and also features high lateral resolution by using two way dynamic focusing at all imaging depths. In this Paper, we consider the Problems in realization of synthetic zinc wave. Also. we have applied the scheme to obtain phantom and in-vivo images using a linear array of 5 MHz. In phantom test. experimental images show high resolution over a more extended imaging depth than conventional fixed Point transmit and receive dynamic focusing schemes In-vivo images show that the resolution could not overcome conventional focusing systems because of motion blurring and(or) aberration of tissue. but the frame rate tan be increased by a factor of more than 5 compared to conventional focusing schemes. with competitive resolution at all imaging depths .

  • Snapping triceps syndrome is a rare disease in which medial head of triceps dislocates over the medial epicondyle during elbow flexion. It is difficult to diagnose the snapping triceps syndrome, because that this syndrome is frequently misdiagnosed as other elbow disease such as ulnarnerve dislocation. The dynamic ultrasonographic imaging allows continual visualization of the ulnar nerve and triceps muscle throughout active elbow flexion and extension. We report two patients of snapping triceps syndrome who were diagnosed with the use of dynamic ultrasonography and treated with ulnar nerve anterior transposition and repositioning or resectioning of medial head of triceps.
