  • The diurnal range of temperature in korea is increasing. We know that the environment has deteriorated through report about railway damage and economic loss caused by climate. In these conditions, Monitoring device for railway must operate to support the operations and maintenance. Therefore, In this paper, COM-based monitoring device implemented using Industrial-Extended electronic components and made, We tested compliance about temperature environment of actual railway. We verified through testing about cold and dry heat of monitoring device. Used components in this product will be able to utilize the development of the railway industry of electronics.

  • USN-based real-time monitoring systems, which receive raw data from sensor nodes and store the processed information in traditional servers, recently get to be replaced by IoT(Internet of Things)/WoT(Web of Things)-based ones. Especially, Social Web of Things(SWoT) paradigm can make use of cloud storage over Social Network Service(SNS) and enable the possibility of integrated access, management and sharing. This paper proposes an improved SWoT-based real-time monitoring system which makes up for weak points of existing systems, and implements monitoring service integrating a legacy sensor network and commercial SNS without requiring additional servers. Especially, the proposed system can reduce emergency propagation time by employing PUSH messages.

  • This research suggests a monitoring method to support QoS of mobile multimedia services effectively based on information gathering. It means a method in which a subscriber's terminal collects information about its current condition and its surrounding base stations, and a base station, through the data collected by monitoring inner or adjacent base station, shares related data and converges, controlling QoS on its own. In other words, as context information of mobile terminal and base station changes, set-up of related functions and QoS mapping is adapted; each function fits into the change, exchanges the process of reorganization, and interacts; these actions go toward to satisfy service continuity.

  • This paper proposes a model of the real time monitoring system based on Ubiquitous Sensor Network (USN) for the detection and prediction of landslides. For this purpose, the real time monitoring system with tilting sensor and USN was set up and the performance was conducted. The performance was accomplished by conducting both field examinations and the experimental evaluation of the monitoring system. The results of this study show that the angle $0^{\circ}$, $-10^{\circ}$, $-20^{\circ}$ and $0{\sim}-30^{\circ}$ of sensor position detected by the sensor module coincide with the data measured from USN monitoring system by giving a sampling time 100[msec]. Consequently, the proposed model of the real time monitoring system with tilting sensor based on USN will be widely used as a monitoring system in the exposure to dangerous landslide regions.

  • 본 논문에서는 I-PIU를 통해 등기화된 데이터를 취득 이용하여 실시간 계통 감시는 물론 광역정전방지에 대한 방법을 제안하고 있다. 또한 민감도 지수(Sensitivity Factor)를 이용한 취약도 지수(Vulnerability Index)와 실시간 데이터를 이용한 거리계전기 동작을 예측 알고리즘을 적용하여 실시간 계통의 상황감시는 물론 계통의 위험 정도를 미리 알리는 거리 계전기 모니터링 시스템을 설계하였다 이는 운영자로 하여금 개통의 위험 요소를 적절한 조치를 취해 제거함으로써 치명적인 광역 정전 사태의 방지와 효율적 계통관리를 기대 할 수 있다.

  • It is a quite duality concerning to control the temperature of single crystalline growth as it does when we get most of heat treating products. It is also important factor to control the temperature when we make the $Al_2$O$_3$(single crystalline) used to artificial jewels. glass of watches, and heat resistant transparent g1asses. Thus, it is a major interest to get the proper temperature in accordance with the time process while we are making mixture of oxygen and hydrogen to have the right temperature.   • 사물인터넷(IoT) 기술의 발달로 인하여 간단한 개인 장비에서부터 다양한 산업장비에까지 IoT 기술을 접목해 나가고 있으며, 유체 및 기타 동작을 단속할 수 있는 밸브에까지 다양하게 접목해 나가고 있다. 현재 국내의 소규모 회사에서 DCM(Deep Cement Mixing Method) 공법에 사용되는 장비의 동작 특성인 시멘트 흐름을 단속할 수 있는 고온/고압에 견딜 수 있는 밸브를 제작하고 판매하고 있다. 그러한 특수한 밸브 시스템에 사물인터넷(IoT) 기술을 접목하여 작동되는 밸브를 원격으로 관리할 수는 원격지 관리시스템 및 간단한 밸브 상태계측 모듈을 연구개발하여 적용 가능성을 검토하고자 한다.

  • IGBT 소자는 고전류 밀도의 특성을 지니면서 구동전력이 작기 때문에 500V 이상의 고전압 응용에서 널리 이용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 IGBT 소자의 구동회로가 갖는 기본기능 이외에 소자에 대한 보호기능과 소자의 동작 상태를 감지하기 위한 모니터링 기능을 갖는 지능형 구동회로에 대해 제안한다. 제안된 회로는 소자에 비정상적인 큰 전류가 흐를 경우 논리회로에 의해 게이트 구동전압을 일정시간 즉시 차단하여 소자를 과전류와 과열로부터 보호하고, 소자의 동작 상태가 정상인지 차단 상태인지 감지할 수 있다. 언급한 기능을 가진 구동회로가 제시되며, 제안된 회로의 동작은 Pspice를 이용한 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통해 확인된다.

  • In this paper, we developed the crops monitoring system using wireless sensor networks. It can acquire the information about the cultivation environments from a temperature, humidity, illumination and soil sensor then use the detailed information for very useful. The acquisition about the cultivation environment information with wireless sensor networks can be made up an environment that an administrator is able to confirm the information and wherever in a remote place instead of conventional way visiting the cultivate place by investing a lot of money and time. Therefore, it could be saving money, time and effort, and reduced the damages from the natural disasters such as a cold-weather damage and drought. In addition, we could be possible preventing from the damages of blight and harmful insects according to the temperature by an analysis. In agriculture field, this system could be supported for making a foundation of the advanced technology developing endless, and, in IT field, it is look forward to preparing the opportunity which creates a new requirement on the new technology.

  • IT-based automatic controller that control the temperature and humidity to prevent dew condensation of distributing board was designed and implemented in this paper. The dew condensation temperature was deduced from room temperature and humidity of distributing board. Based on the comparisons between the deduced dew condensation temperature and the temperature of surface condensation, the facilities that can prevent the condensation was implemented to be operated in due order. Also, the remote monitoring module to monitor operation status of controller was implemented using LoRa technique. The performances for controller operation and data transmission were validated from the transmission and operation test for dew condensation prevention. The controller can be put to good use at the facilities that requires the condensation prevention.
