Having looked at the effect of "Eui Hak Ip Mun", published at the end of the 16th century, on "Dong Eui Bo Gam", Author have concluded that there is difference in the view regarding the concepts of understanding human body and diagnosing disease. Also, "Dong Eui Bo Gam" is using "Eui Hak Ip Mun" selectively to establish a new medical system.

Author have come to the conclusion that the contents in "Eui Rim Chwal Yo" are applied widely in "Dong Eui Bo Gam". Furthermore, "Eui Rim Chwal Yo" tends to have clear indication of sources unlike "Dong Eui Bo Gam"which does not. Further research into this factor is desirable in the future.

"Eui Bang Yoo Chui", completed in Se-jong Chosen era, has affected "Dong Eui Bo Gam" in various ways. I have proceeded to reveal these effects by undertaking comparative studies on the parts that overlap with each other. During this process, I was able to observe that classification used in "Dong Eui Bo Gam" was that of "Eui Bang Yoo Chui".

To generalize how early-Chosun medical achievements represented by "Hyang Yak Jib Sung Bang" and "Eui Bang Yoo Chui" influenced the publishment of "Dong Eui Bo Gam", and what academic achievements of "Dong Eui Bo Gam" are, I have compared the compositions of "Dong Eui Bo Gam" to two representative medical literature of early-Chosun era and examined the changes in organizations, and I was able to find deep connections among "Dong Eui Bo Gam", "Hyang Yak Jib Sung Bang" and "Eui Bang Yoo Chui".

Moxibustion plays an important role not only in the medical service, but also in the health care of Korea. So this study attempted to review of moxibustion and analyze of domestic study trend. And it also intends to examine the usefulness of moxibustion treatment in Korean nursing intervention. "Donguibogam" is famous for the most comprehensive medical book in ancient Korea, indicates that moxibustion makes up a large part of it and that its contents were composed of material, size, time, caring of one's health, indication, operational procedure, contraindication in the documented in the 25 reference books. Also, It confirms that it has been widely used since old times. Especially, it seems to be a great help to researchers because its content lay a theoretical foundation. From the literature, we identified that moxibustion was most widely using method for health promotion and an efficacious cure for a disease. I searched and investigated the journals and dissertations supplied by KERIS and RICH with the key word "moxibustion". Of 10 articles with moxibustion intervention, the trend of domestic studies shows, that of an area relating to nursing was 5. Therefore, moxibustion intervention steadily increases in frequency in nursing academic circles year by year. But there is no distinction between hand moxibustion and moxibustion. According to the above results, we need to develop moxibustion learning program and well designed experimental study with moxibustion for Korean Nursing intervention.

Purpose: To clarify the influence of "Dongeuibogam" on three important medical books "Euimunbogam", "Jaejungshinpyeon" and "Bangyakhabpyeon", in Chosun Dynasty. Methods: To examine and compare the three medical books, with "Uterus" and "Gynecology" part in "Dongeuibogam" to investigate effects of theories and prescriptions of "Dongeuibogam" upon gynecology. Results: Firstly, "Dongeuibogam" positively and practically reestablished the medical books existing at that time and made the high use of them in practice. Secondly, the three medical books mostly follows the formation of "Pomun" and "Buinmum" in "Dongeuibogam". thirdly, the three medical books inclusively accepted the theory and prescriptions of "Dongeuibogam" and made use of them actively in practice. Furthermore they developed other points of view in 'disease pattern identification and treatment'(辨證施治). Conclusion: "Dongeuibogam" had great influence upon gynecology in the medical books at the latter term of Chosun dynasty. "Dongeuibogam" also have had huge influence upon the clinical practice in gynecology until now by making the foundation of gynecology in traditional Korean medicine.

In this study, we considered the usecase of formulas containing either Fritillaria Bulb (川貝母) or Fritillaria Thunbergii Bulb (浙貝母). These two medicinal materials are distinguished in the Korea Pharmacopoeia and circulating the market separately. But only term "貝母" is traditionally written for describing formulas, and the proper material will have to be determined by a subjective point of view. So, we have comparatively studied the nature, flavor, meridian entry, effect and indication of two materials first. Then we have chosen 54 formulas that "貝母" was used as a primary material from the Donguibogam and the Bangyachappyun, and we have compared effects, indications of two materials and indication of 54 formulas. Finally, we have suggested proper materials for each formula by referring the results above and sentences, which is explaining formulas and the roles of materials in the combination for treatment. The analysis showed that Fritillaria Bulb is proper to 15 formulas, Fritillaria Thunbergii Bulb is proper to 31 ones. This number is 85.2% of 54 formulas and this result shows that we need to distinguish between two materials for "貝母" in the formulas from old traditional literature. For the rest 8 formulas (14.8%), we could not analyze which material is proper or not.

고막류중에서 가장 천해성이며 조간대에 서식하는 고막은 허준의 동의보감에서도 양기를 돋우는 약재로 애용되어 왔을 뿐만 아니라 19세기 전반기부터 전라남도 순천만에서 양식이 이루어져 왔으나(배, 1986), 연안의 오염과 간석지의 매립 등으로 양식 적지가 축소됨에 따라 해마다 그 생산량이 감소되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 고막의 어업자원을 효율적으로 관리하고 이용하기 위해서는 생태와 생활사 등 기초 생물학적인 연구가 뒤따라야 하며, 더 나아가서는 양식기술을 개발하여 생산증대 및 산업적 가치를 높일 필요성이 제기된다. (중략)
