By the expanding of infrastructure caused by urbanization, new technologies are required to manage various kinds of facilities. GIS has been appraised as valuable technology for facilities management since the 1990s. Therefore, the long and mid term GIS construction plan has been established by the national government and the local government. Some facilities management systems have been built and developed for suppling user-friendly functions. From this point of view, the information system based on the video sequences is considered a more effective way to improve the defects of conventional GIS using the digital map or the image as the base map. Using the video sequences as a base map, the availability of the system ill be increased because the real world information can be furnished to the users. In this study, through the connection between the GIS data, the digital map and the attribute data, and the video sequences taken from the airship using the video geo-referencing and the object tracking, we developed the facilities management system as a prototype which can effectively manage the road utilities. We also presented potentialities of the suggested system for facility management based on the video sequences.

이 연구의 목적은 온라인 상에서 수행된 실습 수업 방식을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 연구자는 예비 교사를 대상으로 '전기 자동차 만들기'수업 주제로 실습 수업을 설계하였으며, 온라인 동영상 강의 컨텐츠 3편을 제작하였다. 동영상 강의 컨텐츠 제작을 위해 교수용 홈페이지 제작, 수업에서 사용할 동영상 제작, 과거 촬영하거나 제작해 두었던 동영상 준비, 실습 재료 준비, 실습 활동 관련 교과서 준비 등 다양한 교수학습자료를 사전에 준비하였다. 동영상 강의 컨텐츠는 CODTRA 분석 방법을 이용 하였으며, 분석 코드는 '동영상에서 제시된 교수학습자료'와 '교수자가 행하고 있는 상태'이었다. 분석 결과는 CODTRA 다이어그램에 의해 분석 코드를 시간에 따라 도식화하여 도시하였다. 이 연구 결과는 중등학교의 기술 교과나 공업계 교과에서 온라인 실습 수업을 위한 동영상 강의 컨텐츠를 제작하고자 하는 교수자에게 참고할 수 있는 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

With the rapid dissemination of Internet and the fast development of IT technology. utilization and circulation of video files through Internet has been widely popularized. To keep playing a central role in information circulation in this ever-changing environment, libraries should pay attention to the circulation of video content, as it emerges to be an important type information resource. In this context, this paper examines the issues surrounding the development of the video content circulation system, while suggesting foundational knowledge required for the development of the system. First, the author reviews the current state of video content utilization and circulation on the internet and examines the related technical developments. Then, the author explains each component of the video content circulation system, while discussing the issues to be considered in the practical implementation of the system. The paper will provide practical guidelines for the librarians in their investigation and/or implementation of the video content circulation service and system.

최근 국내외에서 3D GIS 및 VideoGIS분야의 연구가 시작되고 있다. 동영상을 기반으로 하는 VideoGIS는 기존의 2D 및 2.5D GIS보다 더 현실감있고 생동감있는 정보의 제공이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 동영상의 경우, 그 양이 방대할 뿐 아니라, 본질적으로 순차적인 특징을 가지고 있어 자료 사용(브라우징 및 검색)에 있어 사용자가 필요한 정보에 접근하기 위해서는 반복적인 검색기능을 수행해야 하는 문제점이 있다. 동영상 자료의 접근성 개선 및 VideoGIS의 기초 자료로 활용하기 위해 본 논문에서는 동영상 자료구조화에 관한 연구를 수행하였다.

국방부문에 있어 항공에서 촬영되는 동영상들은 정보분석 측면에서 수많은 자료를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 자료는 Off-Line 상태에서 또는 국한된 네트웍에서 다루어지고 있으며, 비직관적인 텍스트 위주의 데이터로 가공되어 전파됨으로써 정보를 필요로 하는 여러 부대에 효과적으로 제공되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 항공에서 촬영된 동영상 정보를 디지털화하여 관리하기 위하여 동영상을 정보 분석 자료와 유기적으로 결합시킨 데이터베이스로 관리하고 이러한 정보를 국방망등의 인트라넷에서 이용하기 위해 자료요구 부대에서 효율적으로 동영상을 검색할 수 있는 동영상 정보 시스템을 설계하였다. 동영상 정보시스템은 검색의 다양성과 정확성을 위해 주석기반의 검색과 내용기반의 검색을 지원하는 시스템으로 설계하였다.

본 논문에서는 동영상 정보의 효율적인 관리를 위해 주석 기반 검색과 내용 기반 검색을 통합적으로 지원하는 통합 동영상 데이터 모델(Integrated Video Data Model, IVDM)를 제안한다. IVDM은 동영상 자료를 계층적으로 구조화하여 상위 수준에서는 의미 단위와 세그먼트 단위로 주석 기반 검색을 지원하고, 하위 수준에서는 이미지 인덱싱을 이용한 내용 기반 검색을 지원한다. 우리는 이 IVDM을 이용하여 MPEG-2로 압축된 동영상 정보를 관리하는 시스템(Integrated Video Information Management System, IVIMS)을 개발한다.

최근에 중등학교 학내 전산망에서 동영상 위주의 멀티미디어 학습 자료를 이용한 학습이 많아짐에 따라, 실제 수업 시간이나 자율 학습 시간에 동영상 학습 자료를 활용했을 때 트래픽 특성이 구체적으로 어떻게 나타나는 지를 정량적으로 규명하는 것이 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 고등학교 1개교와 중학교 1개교에 대해 동영상 학습 자료를 이용한 학습 시 학내 전산망에서 나타나는 트래픽 특성을 트래픽 분석 도구를 이용하여 분석하였다. 특히, 학교 내에 자체 웹 서버의 유무, 컴퓨터 접속 대수 등을 주요 변인으로 하여 동영상 실행 시 나타나는 현상들에 대한 측정 결과들을 제시하였다. 측정 결과로부터 다음과 같은 특성들을 얻어낼 수 있었다. 첫째, 학교 내에 자체 웹 서버의 유무가 전송 트래픽 량에 상당한 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 동시 컴퓨터 접속 대수의 증가가 끊김 현상과 같은 트래픽 특성에 영향을 주었다. 이러한 측정 및 분석 결과를 볼 때, 적게는 수십 명 많게는 수백 명의 학생이 동시에 인터넷을 통해 학습을 한다면 학내 전산망의 구성 형태나 동시 접속자 수에 따라 원활한 학습을 가져오지 못하고 많은 문제를 가져 올 것으로 예상되었다.

Video data are retrieved and stored in various compressed forms according to their characteristics, In this paper, we present a generic data model that captures the structure of a video document and that provides a means for indexing a video stream, Using this model, we design and implement CVIMS (the MPEG-2 Compressed Video Information Management System) to store and retrieve video documents, CVIMS extracts I-frames from MPEG-2 files, selects key-frames from the I -frames, and stores in database the index information such as thumbnails, captions, and picture descriptors of the key-frames, And also, CVIMS retrieves MPEG- 2 video data using the thumbnails of key-frames and v31ious labels of queries.

본 논문에서는 다양하고 효율적인 활용을 위한 동영상 저장 방법을 제안한다. 메타데이터에 포함된 단어와 검색어의 일치성을 중요시하는 기존의 저장 및 검색과 달리, 동영상 자료의 메타데이터에서 구간을 나타내는 태그에 그 구간이 사용자의 요구에 부합되는 정도에 따라 유용성 수치를 부여하여 데이터베이스에 저장함으로써, 검색시에 유용성 수치를 이용하여 원하는 구간에 접근 할 수 있고 사용자의 목적에 일치하는 정도에 따라 범위 검색이 가능하고 히스토리 테이블을 추가, 다차원 큐브 생성을 가능케 하여 동영상 자료의 폭넓은 활용과 효율적인 검색이 가능하다.

This study examined the educational effects by song video self study of CPR and CPR VSI with middle school students who have no CPR education experience and aimed to provide basic materials for effective CPR education method with middle school students. The subjects of the research were total 68 middle school students of S middle school in G metropolitan city and they were selected by convenience sampling into 33 experimental group and 35 control group. The period of examination was from Apr. 22 to 23, 2009 and the data were collected for two days. As a result of the research, song video self learning of CPR with middle school students was not considered as achieving better results than video self learning. But, as its educational effects were confirmed, it will be available in education of CPR with middle school students.
