The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of ego-resilience, empathic ability of preliminary broadcasters on communication ability and to explore what university should do. The subjects of the study analyzed the relationship between self-resilience, empathic ability and communication ability among 333 preliminary broadcasters in the journal and broadcasting, media related departments of five universities in Busan. As a result of the research analysis, first, the preliminary broadcasters had the highest empathic ability, followed by communication ability and ego-resilience. Second, ego resilience according to the general characteristics of preliminary broadcasters was significantly different according to gender, major satisfaction, and club activities. There were significant differences according to satisfaction and club activities. Third, the correlation between ego resilience, empathic ability, and communication ability of preliminary broadcasters has a significant static correlation, and the correlation between empathic ability and communication ability is the highest. Fourth, the factors influencing communication ability were empathic ability, ego resilience, and gender. It will be meaningful as a study that the factors influencing communication ability related to preliminary broadcasters are empathic and ego resilience. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a plan such as opening a curriculum to improve the communication ability of preliminary broadcasters.

The purpose of this study is to research and analyze recognition of teachers and students about operating BizCool in technical high school. These results were obtained by questioning teachers and students of high school which operated BizCool. Above of all, On the Teachers' recognition about BizCool. First, the most effective programs in BizCool are the entrepreneurial club activities, and these activites fostering an entrepreneurial mind as the primary benefits of operating BizCool. Second, to activate BizCool they want to employ staff whose responsibility is to organize BizCool because of the demand and pressure involved, and Bizcool entrepreneurial club should be connected with related enterprises. The development and spread of standard managing models is necessary. Third, Students also have to be able to learn essential knowledge about management, increasing their will to rely on themselves, and getting actual chances to conduct business. Finally, On the Students' recognition about BizCool. First, The contents and level of Bizcool, the availability of BizCool material, the fostering and learning of entrepreneurship are relatively easy and they show much interest in systematic entrepreneurial education. Second, the data show that BizCool is helpful for students to create an entrepreneurial mind and increase confidence about conducting business. Third, about school activities. Entrepreneurial club activities did not help to improve students' grades, to develop good habits or to make friends.

This study examines the procedure of successful novel adaptation. It is well known from precedent studies that narrative structure of novels should change forms to suit the media characteristics of films. But, the changing forms of narrative structure is not a sufficient condition of successful novel adaptation, but a necessary condition. A successful adaptation could be completed with filmic expressions on the presented narrative structure. The core of filmic expression is cinematic language which means the composition and array of image and sound. The novel, Kirishma Thing deals with everyday life of high school students and it consists of six stories which are narrated by one student each in first person point of view. The film, Kirishma Thing implemented a different strategy. It reveals the same events several times to show many characters over in each person's point of view in the first half. In the second half, all the characters gathers at the rooftop of the school to have an unilinear narrative structure over one event. This film utilize all kinds of cinematic language to achieve these structures including the widescreen aspect ratio which exposes as many characters as possible in one shot, picture composition which shows the same event in a different point of view, contrast in lighting and music which differentiates and empowers the last sequence of the film.

한국데이터베이스 진흥센터는 국내외 지식정보 관련 정책과 유관 산업의 트렌드를 살펴보고, 지식의 생산∙유통∙활용의 단계별 이슈를 진단해 보고자 지식정보 이슈 보고서를 게재한다. 그 첫번째 보고서인 ‘ CoP(Communities of Practice: 학습조직, 학습동아리, 또는지식실행공동체) 활동을 통한 대기업과 중소기업간 지식격차 해소’에서는 국내외 대기업들이 활발히 진행하고 있는 CoP 사례를 분석하고 이를 통해 중소기업이 벤치마킹 할 수있는 실천적 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study assumes alternative character of the operation of gifted class in middle school. The case that operated the voluntary mathematics club for one year was analyzed and the educational effect was considered. First, the examination instrument for choosing the members of mathematics club was developed and used. Second, diverse teaching and learning materials for improving creativity and mathematical ability of the members were used. Third, the difference of learning result between the experiment group and control one who joined the activities of mathematics club was analyzed.

본 연구에서는 2009 개정 교육과정에서 새롭게 도입된 창의적 체험활동과 학교스포츠클럽 운영 실태에 관하여 고찰하였다. 연구결과 학교스포츠클럽의 시간을 136시간으로 정해놓음으로써 학교에 부담을 주고 있고, 동아리활동이 다양하게 이루어지지 못하고, 스포츠 활동에 치우치고 있으며, 창의적 체험활동을 자유롭게 활용하기 보다는 교육과정에 묶여 있어 자유로운 창의성이 발현되거나 인성중심의 학습이 일어나지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

러시아는 오래 전부터 성공적으로 수학 경시대회를 운영해 오고 있기 때문에, 러시아의 수학 경시대회의 발생 배경, 초창기의 수학 경시대회의 정착 및 발전 과정에 대한 체계적인 분석은 우리 나라 수학 경시대회의 위상을 정립하고 앞으로의 발전 방향을 모색하는데 의미로울 것이다. 본 연구에서는 러시아의 대표적인 수학 경시대회의 하나인 모스크바 수학 경시대회의 발생 배경, 초창기 운영 방법, 수학 경시대회의 성격 및 목적, 수학 경시대회의 교육적 측면, 수학 경시대회와 연결된 수학동아리 활동을 체계적으로 분석하였다.
