Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing nurses' performance of care in COVID-19 wards. Methods: The participants were 132 nurses who worked in COVID-19 wards at three hospitals, and were recruited from April 1 to May 31, 2021. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 24.0 program. Results: Nursing performance was significantly and positively correlated with ethical sensitivity (r = .75, p < .001), nursing professionalism (r = .67, p < .001), and social support (r = .67, p < .001). Nursing professionalism was positively correlated with ethical sensitivity (r = .64, p < .001) and social support (r = .55, p < .001). Multiple regression analysis for nursing performance revealed that the most significant factor was ethical sensitivity (β = .47, p < .001). Ethical sensitivity, nursing professionalism, and social support explained 66.0% of total variance in nursing performance. Conclusion: Ethical sensitiviy, nursing professionalism, and social support significantly influence nurses' performace of care in COVID-19 wards. It suggests that intervention programs should be directed at improving nurses' ethical sensitivity, bolstering social support, and enhancing nursing professionalism.

As urbanization progresses in Korea, megacities are being formed around the metropolitan area, the central area, and the southeast area. In addition, it is accelerating the development of urban air mobility (UAM) that can be operated by Mega City as a new growth engine industry in the future. At the same time, in order to become a space powerhouse, Korea plans to establish its own Korean positioning system (KPS) by 2035. Therefore, if urban air mobility and location information services provided by the Korean positioning system are used in combination, urban air mobility can be stably operated in future megacities.

Multilocular cystic renal neoplasm of low malignant potential (MCRNLMP) is a rare subtype of renal cell carcinoma that has a favorable outcome. Most cases of MCRNLMP usually present as distinct multilocular cystic lesions; however, they may appear as small complicated cysts with hemorrhagic components. Herein, we present a case of MCRNLMP and provide a review of the literature.

We analyzed the correlation among the GHG (Greenhouse Gas) emission, energy consumption and economic growth for the 6 specific regions in Korea by using Panel approaches with the test of the EKC hypothesis. We also analyzed the effects of environmental regulation on GHG and economic growth. The results show that by testing of the EKC (Environmental Kuznets Curve) hypothesis model,the effects of the environmental regulation and the structure of industries on GHC emission have a significant result on the regional analysis for SOx. For the NOx and TSP, only TK region passed the turning point of the EKC among the 6 specific regions. And, for the Co, the Central, Honam and the PUKN region passed the turning point of the EKC. This is because GHG emissions by the environment regulation had a weak path effect and also regional industry structures had a weak relation with regional GHG emissions.

2015년 12월에 개관한 국립부산과학관은 동남권 유일의 종합과학관으로 천문교육을 위한 천체관측소와 천체투영관을 보유하고 있다. 천체관측소에는 국내 최대규모의 구경 350mm 굴절망원경을 포함 다양한 천체관측 및 교육장비를 갖추고 있고, 천체투영관에는 디지털식 투영기와 직경 17m의 돔스크린, 133석 규모의 시설을 갖추고 있다. 이러한 천문시설은 일반개인관람, 학교단체교육, 학교 및 가족이 참여하는 1박 2일 캠프프로그램, 천문행사 등에 활용되고 있다. 개관 1주년을 바라보고 있는 시점에서 지속적인 천문 교육수요 창출을 위해 보다 효율적인 운영방법모색 및 다양한 컨텐츠를 개발이 요구되고 있다. 이를 기반으로 2021년 부산에서 개최되는 제31차 국제천문연맹총회(IAUGA)에서의 국립부산과학관의 역할을 증대시키고자 한다. 이번 발표에서는 국립부산과학관의 천문시설의 활용 현황을 소개하고 타 기관의 우수 사례를 공유하여 국립부산과학관 뿐만 아니라 전국 천문교육의 지속적인 발전 방법을 논의하고자 한다.

The problem of imbalance between supply and demand of fine aggregates in the southeastern region due to the decrease in collection of EEZ(Exclusive Economic Zone) sea sand has been raised. In this paper, the possibility of securing alternative aggregate as a means to solve the problem of fine aggregate shortage in the southeast region was analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the alternative aggregate is easy to manufacture and its quality can be secured. And, it is suitable to use as an aggregate with less environmental burden. In addition, institutional improvement measures are needed for effective utilization and recycling of alternative aggregates.

박물관은 한 사회의 기억이 저장되어 있는 곳이라고들 한다. 이러한 기억들은 유물이라는 매게체를 통해 현재로 되살아나 자신의 뿌리인 전통을 가시화해준다. 국립등대박물관은 지난 100년간 우리나라의 밤바다를 비춰주고 뱃길을 알려주는 항로표지의 역사를 고스란히 보여주는 곳이라 할 수 있다. 최근 박물관의 변화는 굉장히 빨리 진행되고 있고 다양한 변화의 모습을 보여주고 있으며 국립등대박물관도 이러한 변화의 추세에 발맞추어 나아가야 한다. 국내유일의 등대전문박물관으로서 위상과 역할을 되짚어 보고 박물관 운영 전문성 제고 및 발전 방안을 수립함으로서 희망을 밝혀주고 꿈을 심어주는 국립등대박물관으로 거듭나고자 한다. 독창적이고 참신한 전시로 관람객에게 최상의 만족도를 선물 할 것이며 쾌적한 관람 환경 및 시설로 동남권 최고의 명소로 자리매김하기 위하여 열심히 노력할 것이다.

동대구역 복합환승센터는 교통과 상업시설이 복합 개발되는 국내 첫 프로젝트로서 KTX, 도시철도, 고속 시외버스 등 모든 대중교통을 한곳에서 갈아탈 수 있는 원스톱 환승체계 구축은 물론 쇼핑, 문화, 컨벤션, 테마파크 등 복합문화 시설이 융합된 대구 경북지역의 랜드마크다. 12월 15일 동대구역 신세계백화점 오픈과 함께 준공 예정인 동대구역 복합환승센터는 동남권의 신교통 중심지이자 지역사회 활성화 등 새로운 미래를 여는 기폭제라는 의미에서 대구 시민뿐만 아니라 전국에서도 관심을 모으고 있다. 이 복합환승센터가 완공되면 직접고용 6천여명에 간접고용 포함 1만8천여개의 일자리 창출에 기여할 것으로 전망돼 대구시 전체 경제에 미치는 영향은 생산유발효과 2조4천억원, 부가가치 유발효과 4조2천억원에 달할 것으로 기대된다. 150여개의 백화점과 이마트의 풍부한 시공 노하우로 미래를 선도하는 신세계건설이 종합시공을, 쾌적한 환경 조성으로 삶의 질 향상에 적극 앞장서는 (주)우진아이엔에스(대표 홍평우 손광근)가 주요 기계설비를 시공하고 있다. 본지는 백화점 오픈 및 복합환승센터 준공을 위해 마무리작업에 박차를 가하고 있는 신세계건설 문길남 상무(현장소장)와 이종국 기계설비 부장, (주)우진아이엔에스 전명규 현장소장을 만났다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to verify the hypothetical models composed of elements that affect turnover intention of hospital workers. Methods : From four random hospitals, 330 questionnaires were collected. Statistical analysis was done using IBM SPSS, AMOS 22.0. Results : Self-esteem had a positive effect on intrinsic job satisfaction. Self-efficacy had a positive effect on intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. Job satisfaction had a positive effect on the organizational commitment, and negative effect on the turnover intention. Organizational commitment had a negative effect on the turnover intention. Conclusions : This research found that Self-esteem and Self-efficacy affect turnover intention through Job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Therefore, we should implement policies and administration to maximize self-esteem and self-efficacy.

With the revitalization of alley market area becoming a major goal of the urban regeneration project, an understanding on customer characteristics that affect the sales of alley market areas is needed. As spatial heterogeneity appears to exist in alley market areas, the use of GWR (Geographically Weighted Regression) is required as an alternative to OLS (Ordinary Least Squares) regression. This study analyzes effects of customer characteristics on sales of 1007 alley market areas in Seoul. Comparing R squared and AICc, results show that GWR is better than OLS regression. According to OLS regression, the ratio of female, the ratio of 40's and 50's, the number of employees, the opening rate of establishment, the density of building and the size of alley market area have positive effects on sales, while the ratio of 20's and 30's, the distance of bus stop and that of subway station have negative effects. As a result of comparing local regression coefficients of geographically weighted regression analysis, the ratio of female customers has the greatest effect on the northwestern region, followed by the southwestern region, the central region and the northeastern region. The ratio of 20's and 30's and that of 40's and 50's effect on the southeastern and northeastern regions, and then the southwestern region. It is expected that this study will help to identify marketing target for each alley market area.
