웹 지리정보시스템은 사용하기 쉬운 사용자 인터페이스를 제공함으로써 사용자들로 하여금 공간 데이터의 접근과 분석기능을 쉽게 제공한다. 그러나 이들 시스템들은 독자적인 지리 데이터로의 접근만을 허용하고 분산되어 있는 지리 데이터로 접근할 수 없다. 이는 지리 데이터의 구조와 액세스 방법 등이 서로 상이하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 OLE DB을 기반으로 한 분산 지리 데이터의 상호운영성에 대한 기술한다. 또한 분산 지리데이터 서버에서 전달된 데이터는 웬 기반 환경에서 효율적으로 사용되기 위하여 XML 기반의 GML로 변환되어 진다. GML 은 지리정보시스템을 위한 XML기반의 웹 언어로 본문에서는 이를 기술한다. 본 시스템은 컴포넌트 형태로 제공함으로써 구축 비용 및 다양한 사양한 요구사항을 효율적으로 충족시킬 수 있다.

컴퓨터 기술의 발전과 인터넷의 보급에 따라 분산된 컴퓨팅 자원과 정보를 효율적으로 사용하기 위한 분산 응용프로그램의 개발이 활발히 이루어 지고 있다. 분산 응용프로그램 개발 표준으로는 RPC, CORBA, EJB 등이 있고, 각각 독자적인 통신 프로토콜을 사용하여 분산 응용프로그램을 호출할 수 있는 응용프로그램 디스패쳐를 제공한다. 응용프로그램 디스패쳐는 분산 응용프로그램 개발 플랫폼의 핵심 모듈로서, 개발자가 작성한 응용프로그램을 저장, 관리하면서 클라이언트로부터의 응용프로그램 수행 요청을 받아 그에 맞는 응용프로그램을 분기 시켜 수행하고 결과를 돌려주는 기능을 수행한다. 최근 W3C 에서는 분산 응용프로그램을 통합된 방법으로 호출할 수 있도록 하는 통신 프로토콜인 SOAP 을 제정하였다. 본 논문은 SOAP 을 기반으로 하는 응용프로그램 디스패쳐를 설계하고 구현한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 다음과 같은 특징을 가진다. 첫째, C, C＋＋와 Java로 작성된 다양한 응용프로그램 수행을 지원함으로써 분산 응용프로그램 개발을 위한 핵심 플랫폼으로서 사용될 수 있다. 둘째, 응용프로그램의 오류로 인하여 발생할 수 있는 문제에 대처하여 안정적인 수행을 제공한다. 셋째, SOAP 표준을 따름으로써 SOAP 을 지원하는 다른 분산 응용프로그램 개발 표준들과 상호 호출이 가능하다.

서열 시퀀싱을 통해 등장하는 원시 데이터들을 대상으로 유사한 서열과 기능 예측에 사용되는 모티프 데이터베이스들은 원시 데이터 생성 속도가 빠르게 증가함에 따라 그 중요성 또한 나날이 증가하고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 모티프 데이터베이스들은 서로 독자적으로 개발되고 발전되어 왔기 때문에 각각 서로 다른 형식의 데이터를 사용하고 있어 이에 대한 검색결과도 데이터베이스마다 서로 이질적인 형태로 제공하고 있다. 그러므로 사용자는 각 데이터베이스에서 사용하는 데이터 구조들에 대한 전반적 지식을 습득해야 할 뿐만 아니라 중복된 반복 검색 작업을 하여야 한다. 따라서, 이 논문에서는 이러한 문제 해결을 위해 독립적인 모티프 데이터베이스들의 자원을 분해하고, 합병하는 과정을 거쳐 하나의 통합된 모티프 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 또한 데이터베이스의 각 엔트리당 단백질의 3차 구조 정보, 분류 정보, 샘플 정보의 지원을 가능케 하여 기존 검색 조건을 개선하였다. 이 데이터베이스 구축으로서 사용자는 모티프 데이터베이스 검색에 대한 streamline적인 검색이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 기존의 통합된 데이터베이스에서 지원되지 못한 구조 정보, 분류 정보 검색을 가능케 하였다.

발전에서 송배전 및 소비자에 이르기까지 다양한 설비 및 기기들이 유기적으로 결합되고, 모든 과정이 실시간으로 운영되는 전력시스템은 지금까지 각 운영시스템별 독자적인 필요에 의해 상이한 플랫폼으로 개발되고 운영되어 왔기 때문에, 시스템 상호간 연계와 원활한 정보교환을 통한 전체 전력시스템 차원의 최적화를 이루는 데는 어려움이 있었다. 이러한 전력시스템은 스마트그리드로의 전환을 위해 각 시스템별 독립적 필요에 의한 부문별 자동화가 아닌 정보의 통합화, 제어의 분산화 그리고 기능의 상호운용성을 통해 전력시스템이 하나의 유기적인 시스템으로서 동작하는 체계를 필요로 한다. 본 논문은 전력운영시스템 상호간 정보교환과 전력시스템 전 영역에 걸쳐 발생되는 데이터의 활용 및 새로운 전력 어플리케이션의 Plug & Play 통합을 위한 스마트그리드 플랫폼 아키텍처에 대하여 기술한다.

본 강좌에서는 설계를 하는 데 특히 고려해야 할 부분의 하나인 재료의 선택과 관련시켜 고분재 료의 기계적인 거동을 이해하기 위한 기초적인 개념을 소개하고 물건의 파괴기능과 설계 등의 관계를 구조재료의 관점에서 기술하여 보고자 한다. 앞으로 본 강좌에 기술되는 내용은, 금번 가 능하면 쉽게 학회지 내용을 소개하고 널리 보급하자는 새로운 편집방법에 따라 다소나마 독자 여러분께 참고가 될까하여 이미 발간되어 있는 책자 등에서 간추려 보았다. 앞으로 여러 차례에 걸쳐 기술하여 보고자 한다.

현대건축조류를 더듬어 원고를 정리하고 있는데 그 이유는 필지 불어 올 북의 거센 바람에 맞서는 다시말하여 건축이라는 창작활동에 있어서도 사상적으로 마음을 가다듬고 사물을 정확히 파악하여 이에 대비하려는 마음에서이다. 원고의 일부인 일차대전후에서 기능주의의 시작까지를 회지에 기고하였다. 물론 독일표현주의가 더 많은 지면을 찾이 하여야 할 것이다. 기회가 있으면 그 다음을 계속하겠고 독자 여러분의 참고가 될는지 모르겠다.

Gartner is requiring companies to considerably change their survival paradigms insisting that companies need to understand and provide again the upcoming era of data competition. With the revealing of successful business cases through statistic algorithm-based predictive analytics, also, the conversion into preemptive countermeasure through predictive analysis from follow-up action through data analysis in the past is becoming a necessity of leading enterprises. This trend is influencing security analysis and log analysis and in reality, the cases regarding the application of the big data analysis framework to large-scale log analysis and intelligent and long-term security analysis are being reported file by file. But all the functions and techniques required for a big data log analysis system cannot be accommodated in a Hadoop-based big data platform, so independent platform-based big data log analysis products are still being provided to the market. This paper aims to suggest a framework, which is equipped with a real-time and non-real-time predictive analysis engine for these independent big data log analysis systems and can cope with cyber attack preemptively.

Micro-simulation models have been recognized as an efficient assessment tool in developing traffic signal control technologies. In this paper a prototype of a microscopic simulation model which can be applied to evaluate the performance of traffic-adaptive signal control strategies was developed. In the simulation process, space-based arrays were appled to estimate parameters of car following and lane changing models. Two levels of link types, a micro-type and macro-type links, were also embodied in the simulation process. The proposed model was tested on a test network consists of 9 intersections. The performance of the proposed model was evaluated in link by link comparisons with the results of NETSIM. The results show that the proposed model could appropriately simulate traffic flows of the test network. The model also produces traffic adaptive signal timings, cycle lengths and green times for turning movements, based on the detector data. It implies that the optimization process of the model produces reasonable signal timings for the test network on the cycle basis.
