  • 현장에서 학생을 지도하는 교사들은 독서의 중요성과 독서지도의 필요성을 인식하면서도 독서지도에 많은 부담을 느끼고 있다. 또한 획일적인 독후감 쓰기를 강요함으로써 많은 초등학교 학생들 또한 독서를 감동이나 즐거움이 아닌 교과목의 한 과제로 여기고 있다. 본 연구는 초등학생들의 독서 흥미를 유발하기 위하여 독후 감상활동을 자유롭게 할 수 있는 홈페이지의 장을 마련하고 웹상의 독서지도를 통해 일선 학교 교사들의 독서지도 일반화 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 독서는 어린이에게 정신적 자양분을 제공하여 그들의 꿈과 희망을 일깨우고 삶의 이정표를 올바르게 제시해주는 교육행위이다. 이 글은 어린이들이 책을 읽고 그들의 생각을 밖으로 표출할 수 있는 독서행위를 독서교육과 독서교육지도사의 측면에서 조사하여 분석한 것이다. 어린이들이 책을 가까이 할 수 있는 동기유발과 독서 후 책 내용에 대한 감상을 자유스럽게 제시할 수 있는 방법으로서 독서게시판의 교육적 효과를 실증을 통해 제시하고자 한다.

  • 어린이들은 독서 활동을 통해 새로운 지식을 얻고, 생활의 즐거움을 얻으며, 사고력을 증진시킬 수 있다. 이 때문에 학교에서는 독서교육을 강조하고 있고 정부에서도 모든 학교에 도서관 설치 운영 계획을 추진하고 있으며 사이버 도서관이 갖추어져 운영되고 있다. 사이버 도서관의 운영은 독서교육에 많은 도움을 주고 있으나 초등학교 어린이들이 즐겨 참여할 수 있고 독서 교육에 효율적인 구조로 운영되는 사이트를 찾기가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 독서 활동에 자기 주도적으로 참여하면서 독서교육을 할 수 있는 독서활동 관리 시스템을 설계하고 구축한다.

A Study on the Curriculum for the Private Certificates According to the Reading Education (독서교육 관련 민간자격 교육과정 분석 연구)

  • The object of this study is to survey the private organizations which have issued the certificates according to the reading education, to describe the right curriculum for the private certificate, and to propose the proper subjects and curriculum for it. The results of the survey may be summarized as follows; 1) The private organizations which have issued the certificates are so many. 2) The certificates which have been issued are not to acquire the proper authorities' cachet. 3) The kinds of the certificate are reading instructor, reading therapist, reading couch, etc. 4) It's necessary for the chief organization to manage all of the organizations which have issued the reading education certificates. 5) It's thought that it's necessary to study more the subjects and curriculums as for the proper reading education certificates.

  • Because of the development of varieties multimedia and information technology, university students's book reading and university library's book borrowing rate is decreasing. As a center of liberal learning, university libraries have many events for the promotion of reading. But those events do not give practical help for students. In order to solve this problem, researcher benchmarked 4 university libraries that have most active in reading events. The results is below. For reading promotion about the liberal books that was recommended by university, it is suitable to be reading in university education system. Reading discussion is effective for motivation in library reading events. Writing is preferable at reading education by integrating the personal and reading experience. The reading ability of librarians is essential for good reading service in library.

  • This Study has developed the contents(scope and sequence) of reading education in school library. For this purpose, this study compares and analyze the contents of reading education curriculum in Korea, American and Japan. Basing on the comparative and analyzed results, It has established a scope for reading education, 10 area and 45 elements. It survey reliability against established a scope and sequence(suitable school year) with 52 teacher librarian in Korea. It proposed the contents(scope and sequence) of reading education in school library with final.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Reading Promotion Program of Public Library on Reading Activity. For this purpose, this study carried out carried out literature review, readingmarathon program development and operation. It was followed by the questionnaire survey and interview about reading activity of readingmarathon program participants. The findings are as follows 1) People of high satisfaction increased reading volume and frequency of library use 2) Book talk with family members increased after participating in readingmarathon program. The readingmarathon program had a positive effect on reading activity.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that affect adolescents' reading effectiveness. This study suggested three things as factors that influence reading effectiveness and they are an attitude towards reading, reading role models(parents, teachers, peers), a library influence(library use, library visit, library psychology). This study also examined the correlation of reading effectiveness and the influence of reading education. As results, most suggested factors made significant differences in adolescents' reading attitude and a positive attitude towards public libraries also influenced greatly in students' reading effectiveness.

  • The aim of this study explores the task of bibliotherapy for expansion of library service. There are three subjects for a study. First, I consider the position of bibliotherapy in library community. Second, I examine the outcomes and the critical point of an experimental bibliotherapy program conducted in Korean Library since 2000's. Third, I find out the tasks of bibliotherapy for expansion of library service. It is four tasks that have the problem of bibliotherapy terminology, the librarian's understanding and acceptance about bibliotherapy, education and training for bibliotherapy in department of library science and plans for the expansion of bibliotherapy service.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop teaching-learning method for reading guidance librarians in Korean Library and Information Science. Even though it was an increase of needs for reading guidance librarians in libraries, reading education courses provided by LIS in Korea lacked. Also, most reading education courses of LIS stressed knowledge-oriented education than the practice of reading program design or reading experience. So this study developed the teaching-learning method of the self-directed learning for the activities of post-reading portfolio, management of reading program for motivation, and the team-projected learning for the design of reading program.
