The purpose of this study was to examine whether the entrepreneurship education through team learning positively influences the effectiveness of team learning and the satisfaction of entrepreneurship curriculum. To do this, we analyzed the questionnaire data of 149 students who took the entrepreneurship course that was conducted by the team learning method focused on problem solving task among the entrepreneurship courses opened in the venture autonomous major. First, we examined the effect of team learning effectiveness and entrepreneurial education satisfaction on the effectiveness of the team learning by individual's intention for startup, diversity of team members, and supporting activities of assistants as independent variables. For this, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to examine whether independent variables influenced the effectiveness of team learning, and whether the effectiveness of team learning mediates between these independent variables and entrepreneurial education satisfaction. The results of this study support the hypothesis that supporting activities of assistants will influence team learning effectiveness. However, the hypothesis that individual's intention for startup or team diversity influences team learning effectiveness was rejected. On the other hand, the results of the regression analysis show that individual's intention for startup has a significant effect on the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education. In addition, the effectiveness of team learning was found to be influential on the educational satisfaction, and it was verified that the effectiveness of team learning was mediating between the supporting activities of assistants and the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education. Especially, as a result of the hierarchical regression analysis, it was found that the significance of the supporting activities of assistants decreased remarkably. This suggests that the mediating path that affects the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education is very meaningful through the effectiveness of the team learning although the supporting activities of assistants are partially mediated. As a result of this study, it was found that the supporting activities of assistants are important in the team learning entrepreneurship education and it is also confirmed that the individual's intention for startup is also important. Especially, supporting activities of assistants were found to be an important factor affecting the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education through the effectiveness of team learning. Therefore, I think that it is essential to designing a practical education course that meets individual's intention for startup in the entrepreneurship education of university students and networking with the participation of internal and external experts or entrepreneurs. In addition, I think that it is necessary to think more thoughtfulness about the composition of team members in the team learning, and to provide more meticulous support to the effectiveness of the team learning.

본 연구는 중소기업에 종사하는 구성원들의 직무역량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 개인의 직무적합성과 조직의 공정성 두 변수를 독립변수로 하여 분석하였다. 각각의 독립변수별로 하위에 세부변수를 도출하여 세부변수별로 직무역량에 미치는 상관관계 정도를 분석하여 중소기업 인사 실무담당자들이 인력채용이나 직무관리 시에 종사원들의 직무역량 향상을 위해 필요한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 국내 중소기업 종사자 323명을 대상으로 설문지를 회수하여 SPSS와 AMOS를 활용하여 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석, 타당성 분석을 실시하고, 회귀분석 등을 통해 독립변수와 종속변수간 상관관계를 분석하였다. 대부분의 선행연구가 직무역량이 직무만족이나 조직몰입 등에 미치는 영향을 분석한 반면, 본 연구는 직무역량 향상에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 도출하고 세부변수별로 직무역량에 미치는 영향 정도를 구분하여 제시하고자 한다.

벤처 기업의 평가와 관련되어 벤처 캐피탈리스트들의 의사결정에 대한 지금까지의 선행 연구들의 주 초점은 벤처 캐피탈의 의사 결정 과정과 이에 관련된 의사 결정 기준이지만, 연구의 또 다른 상호 보완적인 흐름은 의사 결정에 상대적인 가중치와 중요성에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 것이다. 즉, 벤처 캐피탈리스트의 의사결정에 있어서 인적 자본 요소인 벤처 기업의 창업자 또는 창업팀의 특징이 더 중요하다는 주장과 불확실성을 특징으로 하는 제품/서비스의 특징, 시장/산업의 특징, 재정적 특징이 창업자/창업팀의 특징 보다 더 중요하다는 두 가지 관점이 선행 연구에 존재한다. 그러나 벤처 캐피탈리스트의 의사 결정에 영향을 주는 것으로 알려진 두 가지 주장은 각각 독립적으로 연구되어 왔기 때문에 창업자의 특징과 불확실성의 요소가 결합된 상호 영향이나 상대적인 중요도가 벤처개피탈의 의사결정에 어떤 영향을 주는지에 관한 연구는 거의 없다. 이러한 배경에서 본 논문의 목적은 인적 자본 이론을 도입하여 벤처 캐피탈리스트의 의사 결정에 중요한 의사 결정 기준인 창업자의 특징 중 창업자의 경험(산업 경험, 창업 경험, 경영 경험)과 불확실성으로 발생되는 요인의 상대적인 중요도에 대한 이해를 증진시키는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 창업자의 특성과 불확실성의 특성을 벤처 캐피탈리스트의 의사 결정 과정에 실험적으로 적용할 수 있는 가상의 시나리오를 기반으로 하는 컨조인트 분석법을 적용하여 창업자의 특성과 불확실성을 포함하고 있는 8가지 요인(속성)의 중요도를 연구한다.

Korean entrepreneurship education is strongly driven by government policies. Government ask to university to enhance entrepreneurship training in university. Our study focus on the effects of entrepreneurship training such as entrepreneurship education and students' business incubation club activity. What is important for the entrepreneurship education and club, this paper suggests an comparative importance of entrepreneurship education to incubation club activity. As the result, Entrepreneurship education raises intentions to be entrepreneur generally. Incubation club activity has similar effects too but it is not clear based on regression results. Between training(education and club) experience and non-experience group, there are different to plan entrepreneurial intention and to receive entrepreneurial circumstances.

세계적으로 창업 생태계가 구축되면서 기술창업 분야가 두각을 보이고 있다. 기술창업은 기술력을 통한 지속력뿐 아니라 혁신적으로 변화를 진행시키므로 기술에 대한 투자 동향을 날이갈수록 높아지고 있다. 하지만 기술이 발전하면서 함께 주목되고 있는 분야가 사회적 가치를 가지고 있는 소셜벤처이다. 특히 UN에서 발표한 지속가능한 발전목표(SDGs)의 경우 필수적으로 사업 비즈니스 모델적으로 채택된 분야를 갖고 있어야하며 비재무적성과를 판단하는 기준인 ESG 또한 필수적인 사회적 가치 요소로 떠오르고 있다. 이러한 흐름 속에서 기술 역량을 내세웠을 때와 사회적 가치를 내세웠을 때 투자자들은 어떤 역량과 특성을 더 선호하며 투자 유무가 결정되는지를 분석해보고자 한다. 결국 기술 역량 또는 사회적 가치 둘중 하나를 내세운다는 것은 기업의 이미지를 나타내는것과 같은 의미이다. 이에 기술역량과 사회적 가치가 기업이미지를 유능 또는 따뜻함 중 어떻게 나타나는지 알아보고 투자 유무에 미치는 영향을 보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 기술창업 기업 기술 범위를 인공지능(AI), 빅데이터, 사물인터넷(IoT), 바이오(Bio)로 총 4개로 분류하였다. 기술 창업의 기술범위를 독립변수로 설정하였으며 기술창업에서 기술역량 또는 사회적 특성을 내세웠을 때 기업이미지가 유능하게 보여지는지 따뜻하게 보여지는지를 알아보고자 한다. 기업이미지가 유능함 또는 따뜻함으로 비춰졌을 때 벤처투자에서 투자 유무가 결정되는지를 검증하고자 한다. 검증 방법에서는 벤처투자자가 아닌 창업교육을 이수하는 대학생들을 대상으로 모의투자를 통해 연구를 진행하고자 한다.

Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship courses, including my recent absence undergraduate entrepreneurship-friendly system is activated, the spread of technology startups to be scanning my college. However, the college is successful technology startups to take place in order to be solved many problems still exist. In this paper, we have a hard job and continuing high unemployment and social environment college students majoring in IT technology to enable the establishment of the control action for the establishment and analysis of influencing factors. In particular, IT college students majoring in technology startups will affect students' technical skills and characteristics of entrepreneurs and Entrepreneur's motive, entrepreneurship environment outside the extraction and evaluation items such as IT skills to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship. In analysis result, IT major career college students interested in entrepreneurship as an alternative to the higher technology, technical skills and characteristics of entrepreneurs and start-motivated alternative to independence and had an impact on employment. In addition, the university was founded in tech startups according to the environment of entrepreneurship education has a lot of outside influence.

The purpose of the study is to suggest ways to reduce the difference in occupancy rate and cost of incubation centers and surveyed 262 business disclosures of KBIA. the region, the subject of management, and the technology field are set as independent variables among the management disclosure items, and the occupancy rate, cost, and assigned grade are defined as dependent variables. As a result of the correlation analysis, it was found that about 19.4%($R^2=0.194$) and about 7.0%($R^2=0.059$) explain the cost of the operation, Respectively. finally Costs are high in metropolitan areas, public organizations and technology-intensive centers are inexpensive, occupancy rates are high in government and universities, and low in large cities. In order to resolve the gap, $5,720won/m^2$ is appropriate, and the center operates as a technology-intensive specialization center.

In this study, we empirically investigated how start-up support programs provided at colleges affect students' satisfaction with their major and their Entrepreneurial Intentions. The participants included 248 students from five colleges two-four-year colleges located in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do Province, Chungcheong-do Province, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, and Jeola-do Province. SPSSWIN 24.0 for descriptive statistics analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and moderated regression analysis. showed that, among various forms of support for business start-up, support for education on start-up and support for start-up activities had a positive impact on the students' opportunity motivation and achievement motivation at a statistically significant level. opportunity motivation, achievement motivation, and independence motivation all positive influence on the students' resolution to start a business support for education on start-up and support for start-up activities had positive impact on the studens' entrepreneurial Intentions. These findings suggest that college programs that support students' business start-up need to be developed and applied with a focus on support for education on start-up and support for start-up activities to enhance college students' satisfaction with their major and stimulate their Entrepreneurial Intentions.

대한민국은 2017년 이후 저출산·고령화사회로 진입하였고 생산가능인구가 감소함에 따라 노동생산성이 낮아지고 있으며, 여성의 경력단절 문제가 심각한 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 정부에서는 여성가족부와 고용노동부가 함께 여성의 경력단절 예방과 해결을 위해 다양한 지원창업과 경제활동을 장려하고 있지만 현실에서의 재취업장벽과 열악한 노동환경, 일과 가정의 양립 문제 등으로 인해 경력단절 여성들 특히, 고스펙·고학력의 여성들은 취업이 아닌 창업을 선택하고 있으나 창업의 성공률은 그다지 높지 않아 다양한 대비책이 요구되는 실정이다. 여성 기업가는 창업부터 성장하기까지 수많은 위험요소에 노출되어 있으며 이러한 위험요소를 체계적으로 관리하고 극복하는 노하우를 쌓아 잘 활용하였을 때 경제활동의 핵심주축으로 성장할 수 있으며 창업이라는 혁신적이고 생산적인 활동으로 전환해 일자리 창출 및 기업의 혁신과 나아가서는 국가경제발전에 기여할 수 있는 토대가 될 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 여성의 기업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하는데 있다. 경력단절여성 창업자를 대상으로 기업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향과 회복탄력성이 조절효과를 갖는지 여부를 확인하고자 하였다. 여성기업가 특유의 소비자의 욕구를 세심하고 활동적으로 파악하여 생활밀착형 아이디어가 풍성면모와 창조적인 아이디어를 갖고 적극적으로 실행해보고자 하는 진취적인 성향과 회복탄력성이 창업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 상황에 초점을 두고 연구모형을 설정하였다. 이를 위해, 기업가정신의 구성요소를 '혁신성', '진취성', '위험감수성'을 독립변수로 구성하였고, 창업성과의 주요구성요소인 '재무성과', '비재무성과'를 종속변수로 설정하였다. 또한 회복탄력성을 조절변수로하는 연구모형을 상정하였고 이는 여성의 기업가정신과 창업성과의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과여부를 확인하여 여성의 기업가정신교육과 회복탄력성의 중요성을 밝히고 활성화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구는 여성의 기업가정신이 창업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 것을 규명했다는 점에서 시사점을 갖는다. 심각한 사회문제로 떠오르고 있는 여성의 경력단절 문제를 해소하기 위해 향후 중소벤처기업부 및 여성가족부, 고용노동부 등에서는 여성창업자를 대상으로 체계적인 기업가정신교육과 회복탄력성에 관한 교육을 시행할 것을 제언한다.

Although recent policies and regulations in Korea strongly advocate and encourage cultivation of venture foundations, studies on venture foundation and success are very limited and often primarily focus on entrepreneurship or individual quality as a venture founder in addition to such studies' validity in question. Therefore, this study primarily focuses on venture preparation process which is subject to venture founder's effort to verify the policy effectiveness in the relationship between venture preparation and business performance. Major goal of this study is to reduce social cost of venture failure by suggesting systematic policy support for venture foundations and analyzing the relationship between following variables: first, venture preparation and financial performance, second, venture preparation and non-financial performance, and third, venture preparation and business performance. 400 initial venture foundations less than 5 years are selected from KISED(Korea Institute Startup & Entrepreneurship Development) trend analysis to carry out statistical analysis using SPSS 18.0. To organize the data features, frequency analysis as well as descriptive statistics are performed to verify the hypothesis. As a result, sub-factors in measurement of venture preparation which are venture education period, venture benefit, and experience of incubating organization are selected as independent variables. Likewise, sub-factors in measurement of business performance which are financial performance and non-financial performance are used as dependent variables. To validate interactive effect, venture preparation period is selected as control variable to perform hierarchical regression analysis. The analysis result verifies that venture benefit has positive influence on financial and non-financial performance while venture education period has positive influence on non-financial influence and experience of incubating organization has negative influence on non-financial performance without influence on financial performance. In addition, interaction of venture preparation period has positive influence solely between venture benefit and non-financial performance. Through this study, appropriate supporting plans depending on the level of venture preparation can be derived to improve business performance of initial venture foundations for policy designer of venture support, and quality rather than quality improvement of venture businesses is possible through investigation of structural issues of individual venture businesses. Ultimately, this study suggests venture founders to determine whether to focus on venture preparation process or to start a venture business.
