불황이다. 지금이야말로 벤처정신을 발휘해야 할 때다. 10년 전 IMF 위기를 벤처기업들이 앞장서서 돌파해 나갔듯이 다시 한 번 뭉쳐야 한다. 지금의 경제위기는 오히려 새로운 기회가 될 수도 있다. 이럴 때일수록 당당히 도전하는 진정한 벤처 정신이 빛을 발하기 때문이다. 독보적인 기술력 혹은 튀는 아이디어로 불황에도 대박을 터트리는 아이템이 있다. 불활에 강한 벤처 아이템들 어떤 것들이 있을까.

4차산업혁명 시대에 대학교육은 창의적 인재육성을 위한 중요한 역할을 담당하게 되었다. 또한 청년실업율 상승과 일자리 창출을 위한 대책으로 청년창업으로 진로를 개척할 수 있도록 대학에서부터 창업을 보다 활성화 시키지위한 정책과 지원을 확대되기 시작하였다. 대학교육의 교과 비교과 교육커리큘럼 역시 시대적 요구에 맞춰 변화하고 있으며 창의성 역량을 강조하는 창업교육이 확산되고 있다. 대학의 창업교육을 통한 문제해결능력, 의사소통능력 등 창의성역량 함양과 도전정신을 강조하며 기업가정신을 함양하는 추세이다. 이는 작금의 시대가 요구하는 창의적 인재상과 일치하며 정부와 대학에서도 창업교육에 대한 중요성을 인식하였다. 하지만 창업교육에 대한 효과성을 검증함에 있어서 창업의지, 창업성과, 청년창업 등 창업에 관련된 단편적 측면으로 연구가 많이 되고 있다. 즉, 창업교육에 대한 다양한 효과성 측면에 관한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선행연구와 차별적으로 창업교육을 통하여 사회에 진출을 앞두고 있는 대학생의 진로준비와 선택에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실증분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 이를 위해 2016년 8월부터 지역 거점별 5개 대학교의 창업교육을 수강한 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사 실시하여 393개의 표본으로 실증분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과 창업교육을 통한 역량은 진로준비행동에 직접적인 영향은 없었다. 다만 창업교육의 협업적 의사소통능력과, 창의적 문제해결능력은 창업가정신과, 자기효능감을 통해 매개효과로 진로준비행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 또한 창업교육의 협업적의사소통능력, 창의적문제해결능력이 창업가정신과 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 창업가정신과 자기효능감은 진로준비행동에 긍정의 영향을 미치는 실증적 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 단순히 대학의 창업교육을 시키는 것이 중요한 것이 아니라 창업교육을 통하여 창업가정신과 자기효능감을 고취 함양시킴으로써 진로준비행동에 긍정의 영향을 미친다는 점과 창업가정신과 자기효능감이 중요한 요인이라는 시사점을 도출하였다. 또한 향후 대학 창업교육의 효과성에 대한 측정과 평가에서 창업과 같은 실무적 성과 접근뿐만 아니라 사회진출을 위한 진로 영역 등과 같이 다각도의 효과와 올바른 방향성에 대한 추가 연구가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the experiences and attitudes of elementary pre-service teachers, the level of entrepreneurship core competencies, and to analyze differences in entrepreneurship core competencies by grade, gender, and attitude. To this end, 208 elementary pre-service teachers who responded to the online questionnaire surveyed their experience, attitudes, perceptions, entrepreneurship attempts, and entrepreneurship core competency levels. As a result, pre-service teachers had a low level of understanding and direct participation in entrepreneurship education, the need for entrepreneurship education for elementary school students and teachers was high. The average of the value-creation competency group consisting of innovation, social value orientation, and change agility was relatively lower than the challenge, group creativity, and self-directed competency group. The difference of the entrepreneurship core competency level between the grades was not significant, and female students' competency levels were statistically significantly higher than male students. In addition, the average of the four core competencies of entrepreneurship in the group that recognizes the importance of entrepreneurship as essential competencies was statistically higher than that of their counterparts. Based on the results of this study, the implications for the design and development of a program for enhancing entrepreneurship competency for elementary school pre-service teachers were presented.

This study aimed to analyze the personality of 141 pre-service early childhood teachers who will be in charge of the quality of education in the early childhood curriculum and to verify the differences in the career resilience according to the personality types. Career resilirnce, which measures the ability to cope with various problems and create ideas according to the work environment, was judged to be a very important factor for teacher-child interaction and successful operation of the early childhood curriculum. The results of the study showed that, among personality types, in the case of extraversion and conscientiousness, groups with average scores or higher scored higher in creativity, flexibility, challenging spirit, and future orientation than the groups below. In the case of the openness personality, higher scores in creativity, flexibility and challenging spirit, and in the case of the agreeable personality, the group showed significantly higher scores in flexibility and future orientation. In the case of the neurotic personality, on the contrary, the group with below average score received higher scores in flexibility, challenging spirit, and future orientation. The significance of this study is that it suggests the need for comprehensive programs such as various extracurricular programs, curricula, and counseling to help and promote the formation of more positive personalities of pre-service early childhood teachers.

인간과 자연이 공존하는 환경 토피아 건설의 주역이 되고자 시종일관 노력하여 1996년 설립 이후 16년의 역사 속에서도 LG, 현대기아차, 삼성, GS칼텍스, 한화 등 대기업으로부터 인정받는 기업으로 자리 매김하게 되었다. 가족과 같은 사내분위기 속에서 경험 많은 기술진과 패기의 도전정신으로 무장한 젊은 연구진들이 혼연일체가 되어 보람이라는 울타리 속에서 성장해 나가고 있다. 주요 추진 사업으로써, 소각로 및 폐기물 재활용 기술 및 신재생에너지 관련 기술을 산 학 연 컨소시엄을 통한 지속적인 개발을 하고 있으며, 특히 소각로 화격자효율 향상을 위한 신기술 접목, 폐기물 에너지화 기술개발, 고형연료생신기술개발 음식물처리시설 기술개발 등을 중점적으로 진행하고 있다.

팝의 역사에 있어 수많은 장르의 음악들은 여러 뮤지션들의 끊임없는 창작활동에 대한 노력의 결과로 생겨나고 발전 되었다. 그중에서도 밴드 "토토(Toto)"의 드러머 "제프 포카로"는 한 가지 장르가 아닌 여러 다양한 장르의 음악들을 크로스오버 하여 자신만의 음악세계를 성공적으로 구축했다. 그의 음악활동을 연구함으로서 뮤지션으로서 실험적이고 예술가적인 도전정신을 분석해 보고자 한다.
