  • 표면처리는 전기적, 물리적, 화학적 처리방법 등을 통해 보호표면을 생성시킴으로서 재료의 외관미화, 내마모성, 전기절연, 전기전도성 부여 등의 폭넓은 목적을 달성시키고자 하는 일련의 조작을 말한다. 최근 스마트 휴대폰으로 대표되는 이동통신기기 산업의 빠른 성장으로 인하여 이들 기기를 보호하기 위한 표면 처리기술도 함께 발전하고 있다. 그중 대표적인 것이 나노기술을 융합한 보호막 도장기술이다. 나노입자를 분산하거나 나노상(phase)을 융합하여 제품의 표면에 보호막을 도장하는 기술이며, 그 주된 목적은 내 스크래치, 내 부식 등의 물리 화학적 보호기능을 수행하도록 층(layer)을 형성하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 제조된 실리카 나노입자와 유기물을 사용하여 휴대폰 케이스에 도장막을 형성하였고, Scratch, Wear, hardness Test등의 분석을 통하여 유무기 하이브리드 도장막의 특성을 평가하였다.

Study on the Development System of Rotary Atomizing Painting Equipment and Its Application (회전무화형 도장 기기의 개발체계 및 적용에 관한 연구)

  • Concurrent development system which includes design, analysis, basic experiment and performance test procedure for rotary atomizing painting equipment was established. Basic design specifications of the equipment parts were determined according to the overall design requirements of painting equipment using conceptual design model. On the basis of derived design specifications, design and analysis procedures was proposed for developing each equipment part. Also proposed are experiment and test methods to investigate the spray and transfer characteristics of designed painting equipment, and their measurement variable, process and evaluation criteria are constructed. The present development system was validated by applying its entire processes to the actual painting equipment.

  • 자동차용 도료의 도장 품질은 미려한 외관과 더불어 내후성, 내약품성, 방청성, 내Chipping성등 물리화학적인 물성이 우수해야 한다. 특히 최근에는 이러한 도장품질과 더불어 지구환경 보호 및 도장 Cost 절감과 관련된 기술개발 요구가 고조되고 있으며, 산성비등의 환경오염 물질에 대한 저항성 및 내Scratch성 향상을 위한 기술개발 노력이 경주되고 있으며, 본 총설에는 자동차 도료 system즉 하도, 중도, 상도등의 상세한 도막별 특성에 관한 기술 내용 설명을 피하고, 도장품질 향상과 지구환경 보호 측면에서의 자동차도료 개발현황 및 향후 방향에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.

  • The effect of outer edge serrations of a rotating disk in the electrostatic rotary atomizer has been experimentally investigated. In this study, the edge serrations of the rotating disk are designed and fabricated to maintain the ligament atomization for wide range of paint flow rates. A series of experiments have been conducted using optimally-designed or off-designed disks to investigate the surface characteristics, i.e., transfer efficiencies, thicknesses and bubbles. The optimally-designed disk has experimentally shown the best surface characteristics compared to other disks, especially for an existing non-serrated disk.

  • Basic concepts and procedures for designing air turbine and atomizing disk, which require core technologies, of rotary atomizer were established. Experimental data agreed well with the computational fluid dynamics analysis results. The rotary atomizer RPM was varied remarkably for various air turbine and atomizing disk types. Experimentally, the atomizer with $20^{\circ}$, slope-contraction and 2 nozzle air turbine has shown the most desirable performance.

  • The optimization for the water bath design and the skimmer installation are conducted to separate floated-sludge from the waste water in a water bath of a painting booth. VOF(volume of fluid) model is used to analyze the flow pattern of sludge-water-air mixture in a water bath. From the results of numerical analysis, the design criteria of the skimmer, the separation plate and the sludge inlet port of a water bath are obtained for effective sludge separation from water in bath. Furthermore, the installation condition of the skimmer immersed in water is optimized to minimize entrained air and pressure loss.

  • In order to recycle the waste bumper, techniques removing coated paint on a bumper is crucial. Chemical methods are known to be much more effective in removing the paint compared to physical methods. However, the chemical methods generally use toxic solvents and consequently cause environmental pollution. In this study, we tested a new method which combines the chemical and physical method to reduce the amount of solvent and increase the paint removal efficiency. We found that mechanical stirring increases the paint removal efficiency in soaking stage of solvent. When solid particles as a stress transfer media are incorporated into the solvent and high mechanical stirring is applied, the paint removal efficiency is very high. It was proved that the combined method can accomplish high level of the paint removal efficiency maintaining low amount of solvent consumed.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of service quality on satisfaction factors, and to provide practical information on the management of Taekwondo Dojang nationwide, which are facing difficulties due to the decrease in trainees and COVID-19. In this study, 11 studies were selected from January 2010 to December 2020. The conclusion is as follows. First of all, it has been confirmed that the overall influence of Taekwondo dojo service on satisfaction is moderate. Second, the effectiveness of low-quality service on satisfaction (painting, customers, trainees) was the highest, and there was no significant difference between the factors in order of confidence, response, empathy and reliability. Third, the quality, effectiveness and satisfaction of the satisfaction type were the greatest, and the satisfaction of the trainees was the coating and customer satisfaction.
