T'oegye placed great emphasis on the cultivation of quiet-sitting. His idea of quiet-sitting, like Zhu Xi's, had various therapeutic effects as well. This can be highlighted as a real-life practice and a diverse application of the "abiding by Gyong" that he stressed; it is also associated with the treatment of physical diseases, composure in the mind, the benefits of reading, meditation in solitude, and many other areas. And We can easily infer that T'oegye would have set some premises before referring to Hualin Simbang. First, he would have been wary of quiet-sitting being the goal of cultivation: Too much obsession with and emphasis on Toinsul would actually obstruct the practice of "abiding by Gyong" and mislead one's effort for the "preservation and nourishment of the mind" and "reflection and examination." T'oegye would have probably used the physical and breathing exercises in Hualyin Simbang mainly as a reference to treat his physical illnesses. Also, his Toinsul would have been employed independently and partially as a sort of supplementary practice-without being used in parallel with quiet-sitting as one of the methods to achieve reverent seriousness.

In Korean society, church once witnessed the period of its being considered light and salt. After the liberation, Korean church bestowed Jesus Christ's love to underprivileged neighbors in the industrialization process and organized practical participation activities for human rights and democratization. Nonetheless, church was sunken into quantitative growth without having qualitative growth. As church was cited as the epicenter of the spreading COVID-19, the image of selfish church has started receiving attention and there has appeared a criticism for immoral church tendency, which brought low trust about church. These things are resulted from church's failure to undertake its role with responsibility, in society. Such as this, church has lost its identity as the model of the Kingdom of God. In such a situation, church needs to remind itself of the enlightenment of the Ecumenical Movement, in order to recover trust and perform its mission. The Ecumenical Movement means accomplishing unification of the universe through a renewed church. This movement is aimed to create the earth as 'where humans can stay' and to consider the sustainability of mankinds. This purpose of this study is to examine political activities conducted for responsible participation in the church world and to find the way for church roles in this world. This researcher will attempt to investigate educational methods to help Christians in this world take full responsibility given to them, through an educational discussion about Christianity made in this context. This educational attempt means, in other words, political affairs also.

지적도(地籍圖)는 한국에서 가장 대축척의 공도(公圖)로 공간정보의 기초가 되며 국토의 효율적 관리와 국가 토지정책 결정에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 지적도는 국가 및 개인이 소유한 토지에 대한 물권(物權)이 미치는 영역을 나타낸 지적공부에 속한다. 그러므로 토지소유자에게는 중요한 법적 기록물이며 토지의 역사를 연구하는 토지를 나타낸 도면으로 귀중한 문화재적가치가 있다. 본 연구는 특수도이며 주제도인 지적도를 연구해 향후 촌락사 연구 및 지형의 복원이나 그 지역의 개발과정을 분석 할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용하는데 있다.

This paper presents a comparative analysis of five different fusion methods. The five different methods to merge multispectral images and panchromatic image are IHS, FIHS, PCA, BT and WT methods. The comparative analysis based on visual analysis and quantitative analysis are performed using the merged results. From the results the FIHS method provide good result, BT, PCA, IHS and WT method show the next order.

In physical and reactive extraction system using equilibrium extraction equipment, the effects of extractants, concentration of extractant, and solvent on the degree of extraction were investigated. The organic acids used were acrylic acid and metacrylic acid. Extractants were n-octylamine(OA), di-n-octylamine(DOA), tri-n-octylamine(TOA) and tri-octylmetyl ammonium chloride(TOMAC ; Aliquat 336). We found that the degree of extraction for reactive extraction was 2~9 times than that for physical extraction and that effect of extractants on the degree of extraction of organic acid was the order of OA

현재 고해상도의 원격탐사 영상을 이용하기 위해서는 고가의 비용을 부담해야 하고 데이터의 용량도 매우 커서 실제로 사용에는 대부분의 사람들이 매우 소극적이다. 이미 수집된 저해상도의 활발한 활용을 위해서는 값이 저렴하면서도 해상도가 좋은 분광력이나 지상해상도를 높여주어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해상도가 각기 다른 영상을 관련 자료들을 근거로 20년 전에 저해상도인 30m의 위성영상과 5m의 고해상도 위성사진과의 합성을 통하여 저해상도에서 판독할 수 없었던 여러 종류의 지형지물을 파악할 수 있는 고해상도의 퓨젼 영상을 생성시킨 것이다.

일본 총무청에서는 행정개혁프로그램에서 행정사무절차의 간소화, 통일화, 공통화, 전자화, 페이퍼리스화 등을 추진해 신청에 따른 국민의 부담을 경감시킬 수 있도록 했다. 또한 이것에 기반하여 신청 부담 경감 대책을 추진해 신청 신고절차의 전자화 페이퍼리스화를 행정정보화 추진계획의 최종년도인 1999년도를 넘기지 않는 것을 원칙으로 내년도말까지 가능한 것에서부터 신속히 실시하기로 하는 등 행정정보화의 간소화를 추진하고 있다. 어떻게 계획되고 있는지 살펴봤다.
