This study was conducted to analyze the industrial concentration of the districts, cities and counties among clinics, dental clinics, and Oriental clinics. For this purpose, the sales from 1996 to 2015 in five-year intervals were analyzed by the Heifindal-Hirschmann index (HHI). The results of this study showed that the competition index represented by the HHI tended to intensify as a whole. Especially in the county area, HHI tended to be in comparison with other regions, but decreased with statistically significance. On average, the HHI was higher in the county than in the district and city areas. In the case of the clinic, the HHI of the county area tended to decrease. In the case of the dental clinic, the HHI tended to decrease in the city and county, while in the Oriental clinic the HHI tended to decrease in the district, city and county. Overall, monopolies were present in the county, but competition strengthened over time. In the case of clinics, competition is intensifying in country. area. In the case of dental clinics, competition in the city and country areas has not yet reached saturation. In the case of Oriental clinics, competition in all regions has not yet been saturated, and competition in the distinct market has been most intense.

Governments and companies are trying to reduce occupational accidents in the construction industry; however, the number of disasters are not decreasing significantly. This study aims to identify the correlation between factors affecting construction disasters quantitatively. To this end, 1,197 cases of serious disasters provided by Korea Occupational Safety and Health Administration (KOSHA) were analyzed using affinity analysis, one of the data mining techniques. The data from KOSHA were preprocessed and analyzed with variables of accident type, project type, activity type, original cause materials, sensory temperature, time of the accident, and fall height, and the association rules were derived for fall accidents and the others. For fall accidents, 64 association rules with lift ratios of 1.38 or greater were derived, and for the other accidents, 59 association rules with lift ratios of 1.54 or greater were derived. After analyzing the derived association rules focusing on the relationship among accident factors, this study presented the significance of applying the affinity analysis to address the study's limitations. The significance of this study can be found in that the correlation among factors affecting construction accidents is presented quantitatively.
In this thesis, I examined the characteristics of modernism in this work, focusing on the melodrama "Sarang ye soggo donye wulgo(means 'Crying in Love and Crying for Money')", which was popular in the 30s when the consciousness of modernity was overflowing. There has never been an example of a connection between modernism and drama in the 1930s. The characteristic of modernism is clearly embedded in the representative drama of "Sarang ye soggo donye wulgo(means 'Crying in Love and Crying for Money')" at that time. In the title "Sarang ye soggo donye wulgo(means 'Crying in Love and Crying for Money')". 'Don' reveals modern elements. 'Love' can be seen as revealing melodramatic elements. The research study conducted logistics regression analysis through HLM (Hierarchical Linear Modeling) and presented the value of the outcome in order to investigate characteristic factors of demanders which influence the intention to move into public rental housing. (1) The results of the regression analysis of characteristic factors of household and housing were analyzed as having the significant effect on the intention to move in public rental housing, according to residents moving in monthly rent housing, residents' occupations, rental housing, the number of household, the location of surrounding public rental housing, monthly average income, children's educational level, the number of children, the types of housing and one's own house, in order, out of the types of housing tenure. (2) The results of the regression analysis of characteristic factors of the conditions of location were analyzed that out of the conditions of location of the top five areas in public rental rates, what influences significant effects on the intention to move in public rental housing is the location of surrounding rental housing, income, the number of household and children, children's educational level, job state, housing types, ones' own house, rent housing, monthly rent housing, in order. (3) In case of Seoul, Expanding public rental housing is inevitable in order to stabilize ordinary people's housing stability, owing to the high and rental prices of private housing. Nevertheless, an accurate analysis of the intention to move in public rental housing has not been conducted. Eventually, the research was, thus, conducted, based on the fact that the preference on public housing is low. According to the analytic results of the study, it is required for the government institutions and agencies should consider individual and local characteristics and provide an alternative that meets the real situation, in order to help ordinary citizens with low incomes stabilize housing.

In recent years, public bicycle systems are widely spread over the world according to the development of ICT technology. Since the public bicycle systems in large cities need to secure both publicity and convenience for citizens, analysis of various their issues from introduction to operation is required. In addition, it is also necessary to prepare for various scenarios for coexistence with the PM business, which is recently in the spotlight as a last mile means and normally managed privately. This paper introduces modeling and simulation for efficient operations of public bicycle systems. In particular, the proposed method was developed in a form that can be easily used in other cities by modeling the general structure and behavior of the public bicycle system, and it was developed to facilitate modification and expansion of the future model with a component-based model configuration. This paper provides a case study of the propose method, which is the public bicycle simulation in Sejong City. The simulation results were derived by applying the data from the public bicycle system of Sejong City, and they were verified with the associated real data of Sejong City. Using the verified model, it is expected that it can be used as a tool to design and analyze various services on the public bicycle systems, which were especially suitable for Sejong City.
The purpose of this study is to prepare basic data to reflect polar literacy education in the school curriculum. The perception about the polar regions, teaching experience, and polar-related cognitive and affective characteristics of teachers were investigated. The survey was conducted among 56 elementary, middle, and high school teachers from schools from 10 major cities and surrounding regions, based on their perceptions of the polar region, current teaching status, polar knowledge, and beliefs and attitudes toward polar region and climate change. Results showed that although teachers' polar information efficacy was low, they positively evaluated the status of educators in resolving polar and climate change problems, and prioritized global citizenship values over practical purposes. The experience of teaching polar region and climate change issues at schools varied across subjects and non-subjects, but showed a passive aspect in teaching development, such as wanting to be provided with consolidated learning materials. On the cognitive aspect, teachers revealed an ambiguous understanding of the mechanisms and processes by which polar change and climate influence each other. On the affective aspect, most teachers showed strong beliefs and attitudes for polar-related issues beyond the school level, but their behavior choices were relatively lower. Based on the results, we propose the following as recommendations: providing opportunities and materials to promote polar knowledge, discovering educational materials in various contexts to form values and attitudes, developing educational materials from polar research materials, identifying misconceptions about polar knowledge among students and teachers, strengthening elementary school teachers' polar literacy, and cultivating positive attitudes and values toward polar issues.

The location of the bus stop on urban roads should be installed at a point where it is convenient for users and the impact of bus stops on the traffic flow is minimized. However, the location of the bus stops is determined indiscriminately due to the lack of related research. Therefore, this study developed a traffic accident prediction model and calculated the proper separation distance for the bus stops through an optimization technique. The result of the study indicates that the bus stop can be installed in the form of a mid-block approximately 87 to 166 m away from the intersection in the road section. This result is valid if the number of main road lanes in the road section is 2 to 4 with a level of traffic from 1,000 to 3,000 v/h. In the section with 5 to 6 lanes, it is desirable to install a bus stop close to the intersection by about 42 to 97 m.

The aim of this study is to compare and analyze structural characteristics of smart city industry focused on Korea and Spain. Structural characteristics of industries were compared focusing on share, penetration, impact path and network clustering of smart industries. Research data used input-output tables established by Korea and Spain in 1995 and 2015, and industries were reclassified into 8 and 25 industries. The analysis model is the Smart SPIN Model. The key finding as follows: It was analyzed that there are differences in the structure and characteristics of the smart city industry between Korea and Spain. Firstly, It is analyzed that Korea has a larger share and penetration rate of IT manufacturing than Spain. On the other hands, Spain has a higher share and penetration rate in the IT service and knowledge service sectors than Korea. Secondly, Korea had many production paths for the IT service and the knowledge service. On the other hands, Spain included more production paths in the IT manufacturing sector. Thirdly, as a result of network analysis, Korea's smart industry has a characteristic that it is difficult to develop independently because it is dependent on traditional industries. In Spain, most of the smart industries were included in one industrial cluster, and it was analyzed to have an independent form. In conclusion, It was found that Korea has the industrial characteristics of a smart city based on IT manufacturing. Spain has the characteristics of smart city industry based on IT service and knowledge service. The results of this study are expected to provide basic data on the direction of smart city promotion and the establishment of smart city policies in Korea.
The study aims to provide an academic basis for the preservation and restoration of abandoned paddy wetland and the enhancement of its carbon accumulation function. First, the temporal change of the wetlands was analysed, and a typological classification system for wetlands was attempted with the goal of carbon reduction. The types of wetland were classified based on three variables: hydrological environment, vegetation, and carbon accumulation, with a special attention on the function of carbon accumulation. The types of abandoned paddy wetlands were classified into 12 categories based on hydrologic variables- either high or low levels of water inflow potential-, vegetation variables with either dominance of aquatic plants or terrestrial plants, and three carbon accumulation variables including organic matter production, soil organic carbon accumulation, and decomposition. It was found that the development period of abandoned paddy analyzed with aerial photographs provided by the National Geographic Information Institute happened between 2010 and 2015. In the case of the wetland in Daejeon 1 (DJMN01) farming stopped by 1990 and it appeared to be a similar structure to natural wetlands after 2010 . Over the past 40 years the abandoned paddy wetland changed to a high proportion of forests and agricultural lands. As time went by, such forests and agricultural lands tended to decrease rapidly and the lands were covered by artificial grass and other types of forests.

Cities around the world are increasing their demand for Urban Air Mobility (UAM) aircraft due to traffic congestion with population concentration. Aircraft with various shapes depending on fixed-wing and propulsion systems, are being prepared for commercialization. Airworthiness certification is required as it is a manned transportation vehicle that flies in the city center and transports people on board. UAM aircraft are vulnerable to lightning and HIRF environments due to the increasing use of composite materials, the use of electric motors, and use of electronic equipment. Currently, the development of certification technology, guidelines, and requirements in lightning and HIRF environments for UAM aircraft is incomplete. In this study, the certification procedures for lightning and HIRF indirect impacts of rotorcraft shown in AC 20-136B and AC 20-158A issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), were verified and applied to the computerized simulation of UAM aircraft. The impact of lightning and HIRF on ducted fan UAM aircraft was analyzed through computerized simulation, and the basis for establishing practical guidelines for certification of UAM aircraft to be operated in the future is presented.
