  • 3차원 건설환경의 디지털기반의 가시화는 도시계획 및 통신계획, 건설, 건축, 입체적인 도시공간정보시스템 구현, 안전 및 방재 등에서 많은 필요와 그 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있다. 건설현장의 환경정보의 사전분석에 의하여 USN의 구성과 실시간 정보취득의 장점을 활용하여 기존의 항공사진과 DEM의 매칭에 의한 3D지형공간에 온도, 습도, 조도, 적외선량, GPS위치, 이산화탄소량 등의 환경정보를 실시간으로 원하는 장소와 시간에서 획득하여 이를 모바일 스마트폰으로 연결함으로서 새로운 건설환경정보를 사전에 분석할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • This study was begun on the premise that architecture which has the definite disposition for survival even in the urban, social structure of that uncertainty and constructs specialty is biomorphic architecture. This study was organic philosophy background analysis of Biomorphic architecture occurrence, through meaning inherent analysis in Biomorphic architecture, which going to be deployed atypical and new shape one. Biomorphic architecture is organism shape of structure of autonomous survival, which is shaped the potential of biological phenomena. Theoretical analysis of the Biomorhpic architecture characteristic was analysed. Factor in the occurrence of Biomorphic architecture based on an objective analysis of the research is characteristic analysis. Which is reason as the 'create', the science of complexity and emergent System. The generation causes of biomorphic architecture are an organic philosophy. Biomorphic architecture makes the realization of simile form using the procedural principle represented by in natural phenomena.

  • 1990년 이후 우리나라를 둘러싼 동북아시아를 비롯하여 동남아시아의 도시에 이르기까지 지진, 태풍, 쓰나미 등의 환경재해가 빈발하고 있는 상황이다. 인간이 건축한 구조물들은 다양한 자연재해로부터 취약할 수밖에 없으므로, 이를 최대한 빠르게 확인하여 경보하는 것만이 인명 및 재산의 피해를 최소화할 수 있는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 구조물 건전성 진단을 위한 통합 모니터링 시스템을 제공하고, 발생한 사건을 조기에 대응하기 위해 SMS(Short Message Service)를 활용하여 시설물 유지관리 담당자에게 경보를 보내는 시스템에 대하여 소개한다. PDA나 스마트폰을 갖고 있는 관리자는 실시간으로 통합 모니터링 시스템에 접근하여, 해당 구조물의 상태를 확인함으로써 피해 상황을 파악한다. 시설물 유지 관리자에게 건전성 유무를 판단할 자료를 실시간으로 제공하는 것은 조기대응으로 인한 현재의 피해를 최소화할 수 있으며, 추후 발생할 수 있는 추가적인 피해를 예방할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

  • It often occur to nature disaster that like earthquake, typhoon, etc. around KOREA. A Haiti and Chile also metropolitan area of KOREA occur earthquake. in result, People consider nature disaster. Structures of present age are easily affected by nature disaster. So we are important that warn of dangerous situation as soon as possible. On this study, I introduce Integrated Health Monitoring System for Infra-structure. I develop Structure Health Monitoring System on web-site. Administrator always monitor structure on real-time using internet network. As Administrator using mobile device like PDA, Administrator always monitor structure. As using this system, Damage of nature disaster is minimized and is prevented post damage.

  • To reduce the energy consumption of HVAC system in buildings, thermally activated building system(TABS) has been applied to low energy building because of energy efficient performance and reduction of peak load. DOAS coupled with a parallel sensible cooling could be promising because TABS handles sensible heat load only. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the indoor thermal environment and cooling operation characteristic of TABS with dedicated outdoor air system(DOAS) in Korea climate. Indoor thermal environment and operation characteristic of TABS integrated with DOAS are investigated at different TABS operation schedules and climate conditions by simulation tests. The result shows that the DOAS is more suitable for hot and humid climates. And also it show that the potential of intermittent operation of TABS.

  • The purpose of this study is that investigated the characteristics of integral planning related factors using the history and culture of Mojiko. It is a small city that has been urbanized after the opening of the port for logistics transportation in the modern period of Japan. As the function of the logistics city, which is the factor of the expansion of the town, declined, Mojiko applied the retro concept to the harbor which has lost its popularity due to the regional characteristics of the city to increase and revitalize local visits. Mojiko has steadily promoted the retro style of landscape and town development over 30 years, focusing on 18 Historical buildings and modern infrastructure. We analyzed characteristics of integrated urban planning include the regulation, landscape institution. Moreover, we suggest the result of the designation process of a core scenery maintenance district and the components of the plan after the designation analysis and provide essential data for revitalizing the field based on the historic city for the cultural establishment and beautiful town in the future. And deliver vital data to reviving the area based on the historical city culture establishment and beautiful town in the future.

  • Since entering the 21st century, the construction industry has developed faster and faster, and more and more technologies have been applied in the construction industry. BIM technology (Building Information Modeling) was born in this environment. The application of BIM technology can greatly improve the efficiency of cost management and help achieve the goal of cost management. But through BIM to realize project cost management, there is still no good solution. In order to solve this problem, this paper puts forward the concept of WBS structure applied to construction projects by studying the BoQ (Bill of Quantities) list based on BIM, and proposes the numbering method of the structure. The WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) structure proposed in this paper divides more than 5000 cost objects into 133 projects according to the type of work and project schedule. This structure helps to realize the application of BIM in project cost management. Although this article has studied more than 5000 data of three projects, it does not think that it can cover all cost objects in the existing construction industry. The purpose of this article is to propose a solution for cost and Process Control using BIM-based BoQ data.

  • The visual implementation of 3-dimensional national environment is focused by the requirement and importance in the fields such as, urban planing, telecommunication facility deployment plan, railway construction, construction engineering, spatial city development, safety and disaster prevention engineering. The currently used DEM system based on the 2-D digital maps and contour lines has limitation in implementation in reproducing the 3-D spatial city. Currently, the LiDAR data which combines the laser and GPS skill has been introduced to obtain high resolution accuracy in the altitude measurement in the advanced country. In this paper, we first introduce the LiDAR based researches in advanced foreign countries, then we propose the data generation scheme and an solution algorithm for the optimal management of our 3-D spatial u-City construction. For this purpose, LiDAR based height data transformed to DEM, and the realtime unification of the vector via digital image mapping and raster via exactness evaluation is transformed to make it possible to trace the model of generated 3-dimensional model with long distance for 3D u-city model generation.

  • This is the urban design master plan for the Public Administration Town. The project proposes a newly configured city, where environmental and democratic principles are expressed in the shape of the urban fabric. To achieve the goal, the concepts of 'Flat City, Link City, and Zero City' were introduced. These concept show "Space fabric arrange, connection and material circulation and flow from ecological landscape". 'Flat City' shaped the government buildings into an iconic plane, and democratic society. The iconic plane's surface extends across the whole city, creating an expansive public park, which is easily accessible, and open to nature. 'Link City' connects governmental agencies to enhance their function and interactions. Government facilities, parks and green spaces, cultural facilities, commercial zones, and residential districts areas create an interconnecting network. 'Zero City' has integrated infrastructure systems to reuse waste, reduce pollution, and provide essential city functions. It creates a new wildlife habitat, making 'Zero City' a good neighborhood. This proposal was made to integrate historical, regional, nature experiences with various approaches in architecture, city, and landscape architecture.
