In this study, the goal is to spread profound knowledge and theory through providing with accumulated methods in mathematics education to the students who are relatively neglected in educational benefits. The process is divided into 3 categories: mathematics for obtaining common sense and intelligence, practical math for application, and math as a liberal art to elevate their characters. Furthermore, it includes the reasons for studying math, improving problem-solving skills, machinery application learning, introduction to code(cipher) theory and game theory, utilizing GSP to geometry learning, and mathematical relations to sports and art. Based on these materials, the next step(goal) is to train graduate students to conduct researches in teaching according to the teaching plan, as well as developing interesting and effective teaching plan for the remote high school learners.

공공도서관은 인구통계적, 경제적, 자연적, 기술적, 정치적 환경속에서 지역사회 정보제공과 평생교육의 책임을 가진다. 공공도서관의 홈페이지를 통한 커뮤니케이션으로 행정, 생활, 지역문화, 교육, 직업정보 등을 제공 받을 수 있다. 공공도서관은 지역사회 정보문화센터로 평생교육 프로그램을 제공한다. 공공도서관의 핵심적 교육은 신직종 개발을 위한 프로그램을 안내하고 21C 첨단 유망직종을 소개하며 DB를 통한 취업정보, 직무교육 등 정보교환이 가능할 수 있도록 정보서비스를 확대해야 할 것이다.

한국산 유영류(다모강)의 분류학적 연구의 일환으로 1965년부터 1986년까지 우리나라의 삼면연안과 도서지방(36개 지역)에서 채집된 표본을 동정 분류하였다. 그 결과 10과 20속 31종 2 종이 밝혀졌으며 그 중 4아종 1 아종(Amphinome rostrata, Haplosyllis tentaculata, Typosyllis aciculata orientalis, Typosyllis variegata, Glycera subaenea)은 한국미기록종으로 판명되었다. 눈썹참갯지렁이 (Perinereis nuntina)는 총 36개 지역 중 11개 지역에서 채집되었으며 , 총 600여 개체중 232 개체가 채집됨으로써 우리나라에 널리 분포해있는 종으로 나타났다. 동정 분류된 표본 중 한국과 일본 해역에만 분포하는 것은 3 종이었다.

중국은 한민족을 주체 민족으로 하여, 55개 소수민족의 다민족 국가로 구성되어 있다. 소수민족들은 중국 역사에서 정책성 원인으로 산촌·도서·삼림·초원 등의 광활한 지역에 분포되어, 장기간의 폐쇄된 자연경제 상태로, 외래문명의 영향이 미칠 수 없어 민족 발전에는 불리하였으나, 민족복식을 원형에 가깝게 보존해 올 수 있었던 요인이 되기도 하였다. 티벳족의 복식과 그 복식이 불교와 관련해서 받은 영향과 다양한 지역에 분포하게된 경유를 살펴보기로 한다.

인천광역시는 산업단지 및 신도시지역의 지속적인 개발로 전력수요 증가에 대한 전력공급의 안전성 확보를 위해 부하 밀집지역에 적합한 154㎸ 옥내변전소 건물 표준형 개발 및 설계도서를 확보하기 위함이며, 21C를 향한 미래지향적인 복지국가 건설과 문화발전에 선도적 역할을 다하고 지역의 특성을 접목시켜 친환경적인 변전소를 건립하기 위해 현상설계경기를 실시한 결과 당선작으로 '(주)에이ㆍ포스트 종합건축사사무소'의 안을, 우수작으로 '건축사사무소 도우건축'의 안을 각각 선정, 발표하였다.

The 21st century is the era of the center of the Originality(of thought). It also emphasizes creativity and creative education policy based on the new changes are dreaming. Creative education through art grasp the essence of things, seek express oneself, and brings cognitive ability. An educatee promote the development of creativity and insight on things other than the existing. New thinking will gain the ability to make rational faculty of the mind and principle. Creative education implement in homes, schools, communities, public agencies, private organizations, and running through the creative environment, but the number of trainees are exposed to extremely rare. The creative practice book in charge of creative education of the dissemination insufficient of research and development in reality. The creative practice book requires a new approach. It can be seen easily accessible environment where everyone should be able to provide for nationwide. In this respect, the creative practice book through art to begin consideration, is studied a whole spectrum, and be published in variety of practice books.

In the 21th century, on the level of the limit of national resources, the national land development, the development using the marine resource and the marine space, the international diplomacy and the national security, the island development will be more vitalized. Therefore, considering the various kinds of information becomes diverse and massive quantitatively, it is necessary that we develop an effective system which not only operates the information, but also gives a function of various display using the computer graphic and the multimedia. On this point of view, this study focused on thesuggestion of the application system model which is necessary for an efficient management, analysis and development of our country's island. That is, unlike the previous information system, the IIMS(Island Information Management System) model was developed by the active use of the Geo-Spatial Information System which improves the efficiency of the work by managing the spatial information and the attribute information simultaneously, and objectively induces the decision of the opinion and the policy for the management and the development of the island.
