Comics uses words to convey its content and meaning, while the comic image conveys the content as a narrative function to represent how language is combined with the text. This paper makes a comparison and analysis of the comics of Japan and South Korea, in terms of words and image expression, narrative techniques, and the way of communication, to study the characteristics of image narrative. The comic image of Jing ke is the other as a flow of narrative and getting rid of the current screen, to resonate with the readers. Go U-yeong's comics and Sumeragi Natsuki's set up a virtual narrative time and space through the line, surface, space and shade, to realize the reproduction of unhistorical facts and the significance of narrative with the artist's imagination. Sumeragi Natsuki's comics uses historical facts to represent exquisite narrative like still-life paintings. She focuses on the description of the objective facts of history, to seek the sensitive comic image beyond reality. The image narration of Go U-yeong's comics is a clash between his historical narrative among the subjective romantic image and the readers' awareness narrative flow that they insist inside. Therefore, he tries to keep balance. The instant image in his comics is not a reproduction of the historical real moment, but a reproduction image of the reality reconstructed by his own pursuit of narrative.

With speed up of railway, the demand for safety of the railroad transportation is on the increase in Korea's conventional railways. In additions, freight trains with heavier axle load are required to run conventional railways. In order to solve these requirements, the increase of rail weight and the application of long rail system have been underway in conventional railways. However, the research on ties that is absolutely influencing the track stiffness in ballasted tracks has not been much progress. In this paper, the new H-typed tie is developed to increase the track stiffness and reduce the track irregularity. And from the structural analysis by FE program, the intial design drawing of the new H-typed tie is proposed.

국제연합 식량농업기구 (FAO)에 의하면 UR 협상과 WTO 체제 출범 이후 농산물 수출국가와 선진국에서의 소득균형은 일반적으로 향상되었으나 순식량수입국가나 개발도상국가에서는 소득균형이 더 악화되고 농업영역의 쇠퇴를 가져왔다. 더욱이 식량안전상황은 농산물의 급격한 수입으로 여전히 불안하고 농가판매의 지속적인 악화, 농촌과 도시간의 소득격차가 큰 것으로 나타나고 있다. 특히 인간의 건강과 환경에 유해한 GMO의 거래는 소비자의 식품안전과 잠재적 위해 때문에 적절한 조치를 필요로 하고 있다. 아시아 지역 개발도상국가들에서의 식량의 안정적 공급과 농촌 지역사회 개발의 핵심적 과제는 인적자원의 개발, 기술역량의 신장, 하부구조의 개선, 농업기술 이전의 효율화 등으로 요약될 수 있다. 이러한 상황에서 농업교육, 연구 그리고 지도, 특히 아시아의 주요작물 영역에 대한 더 많은 투자가 필요하며 많은 아시아국가들에서 우선적으로 요구되는 농촌청소년교육은 빈곤퇴치, 식량의 안정적 공급 및 식품의 안전 그리고 지속적이고 균형있는 농촌개발 등이다. 이를 위한 정부와 국민, 특히 젊고 열정적인 사람들이 함께 협력해야 빈곤퇴치와 식량의 안정적 공급 및 식품의 안전 등 농촌의 사회경제적 발전이 가능할 것이다. 진행되고 있는 WTO 체제 하에서의 아시아 지역 농촌사회 발전과 식량문제 해결을 위해서는 교역과 환경, 그리고 개발의 총체적 접근이 중요하며 식량의 안정적 공급을 위한 농업, 농촌의 하부구조가 열악한 개발도상국 소농에 대한 우선적 배려가 필수적이라 할 것이다. 특히, 농업분야 생산 유통 분야의 개선을 위한 농업교육, 농촌지도의 국가적 강조와 농촌 청소년 교육 훈련과 육성의 중요성에 대한 인식과 이에 따른 국가적, 국제적 협력이 필요할 것이다.

As spreading of train concrete ballast leads to the increase resounding friction noise, an porous sound absorbing block is applied in urban train tunnel as a counterparts against the friction noise. Three steps of major variables tests for an optimal mix design of the block are conducted to pursue the light weight of the block. Pilot property tests of the block for the cases of the fly-ash only as lightweight aggregates are carried satisfying KRT(Korean Rail Transit) and new KRS(Korean Railway Standards). Based on the results of pilot tests, required structural strength and admixture effects are evaluated. Additionally, typical lightweight aggregates are replaced so that lightweight and strength are improved for serviceability of poor working conditions and proper maintenance in urban train tunnel.

We investigated the e-learning platforms for higher education in developing countries. First, we introduced e-learning environmental factors such as ICT technology as well as ASEAN Cyber University (ACU) project for developing countries. And then, we presented Cambodian case as an example of e-learning platform for developing countries. We analyzed the national education policy and ICT environment as well as the demands and obstacles of e-learning in Cambodia. We derived e-learning strategies and plans based on the analysis results, and finally proposed e-learning platform C-MOOC Net. In order to verify the proposed scheme, we developed prototype of C-MOOC Net system which is implemented based on open software. As a result, we have met the requirement of networking the C-MOOC hub, supporting localization of local language and personalization of favorite courses respectively.

The chemical compositions and stability constants, thermodynamic parameters for the neodymium(Ⅲ) complexes of substituted benzo-1,4,7,10,13-pentaoxacyclopentadecane(B15C5) have been determined by spectrophotometry and conductometry in methanol solution at various temperatures. As substituents, CH3, Br, CHO, NO2, and 3,4-(NO2)2 were used. In methanol solution the ratios of neodymium(Ⅲ) to the ligands in the complexes are 1 : 1. The stability constants were increased in order of B15C5-3,4-(NO2)2 < B15C5-NO2 < B15C5-CHO < B15C5-Br < B15C5 < B15C5-CH3. This observation can be explained in terms of the substituent effect. The order of stability constants was dimethylsulfoxide < acetone < acetonitrile in solution and the magnitudes were found to be inversely proportional to the solvents donicities. These results could be understood in terms of solvent basicity, ligand basicity, solvation of the cation, and entropy changes of complex formation.

본 논문에서는 무궁화위성의 발사단계에서부터 궤도상 운용에 이르기까지 각 임무 단계별로 필요한 궤도제어 기법을 살펴보았다. 정지궤도 통신/방송 위성은 정지궤도 진입 및 정지궤도상에서 임무 수행을 위한 정밀 궤도 제어 등 궤도제어와 관련하여 궤도 결정과 함께 지상국용 임무설계 S/W를 필요로 한다. 정지궤도 위성의 이러한 궤도 제어 기술은 향후 국내의 자체 정지궤도 위성 개발시 관련 기술의 국산화에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. 또한 현재 무궁화위성 1, 2호의 운용기술을 자체 습득하고 고도화하는 노력도 향후 계속되는 국내 수요에 대비하여 계속되어야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 여러 정보환경 또는 정보 디자인 유형 중에서 짧은 정보 노출 시간에 비해 정보 전달력이 강해야 하는 정보유형의 인지력을 높이는 방법을 모색하기 위해 진행되었다. 이와 같은 정보를 본 연구에서는 '고기능성 정보(High-Functional Information)'라고 정의하고, 연구를 위해 7개 항공기에서 사용되고 있는 Safety Information을 중심으로, 고기능성 정보의 주요 속성과 그에 따른 거시적 정보 표현 방법에 대해서 연구하였다. 본 연구는 상황, 순서, 흐름, 구조 표현으로서의 정보디자인인 Safety Information을 기능변수에 대한 활용이 중요한 '고기능성 정보'라고 정의하고, 이에 대한 주요 정보 속성을 Accessibility, Errorless, Understandable, Timeliness로 제시하였다. 고기능성 정보는 맥락에 따라, 시각적 재현 측면에서 Understandable, Accessibility 속성이 충족되어야 하며, 사용자 조작 측면에서는 Errorless, Timeliness 속성이 충족되어야 한다. 각 측면에서의 거시적 표현 방법으로써, 시각적 재현 측면에서 독특 속성을 기반으로 한 속성이론, 도상화를 통한 "현실감지" 최대화, 정보 주도성(Proactivity), 잉여정보와 노이즈 정보의 최소화를 제시하였으며, 사용자 조작측면에서 맥락효과, 일차적 독특성을 중심으로 한 기억부호화, 이중부호화 및 표현 방법 등을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서의 개괄적인 연구 내용을 토대로 앞으로 정보환경 또는 디자인 유형과 속성에 따른 정보 표현방법에 관한 연구가 추진될 예정이다.
