Properties Evaluation of $SnO_2$ : Sb transparent conductive films by $SiO_2$ barrier ($SiO_2$ barrier에 따른 $SnO_2$ : Sb 투명전도막의 특성고찰)

  • 여러원소 (Sb, F 등)를 도핑한 SnO$_2$ 투명전도막은 여러 가지 훌륭한 특성으로 Solar cell, heat mirrors, gas sensors, liquid crystal displays, thick film resistor 등과 같이 넓은 범위에서 응용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Sb 도핑된 Tin Oxide films이 Sol-gel dip coating법에 의해 준비되었다. SnO$_2$:Sb 용액은 SnC1$_2$ 와 SbC1$_3$ Power를 알코올에 용해하여 Ethylene glycol 와 Citric acid를 첨가하여 합성하였다. 막의 상형성은 XRD와 SEM(Scanning electron microscope)에 의해서 분석되었으며, 특성분석은 투과율(UV/VIS Spectrophotometer)과 표면전기저항(four point probe)으로 분석되었다. SiO$_2$ barrier이 SnO$_2$:Sb 막의 특성에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 XPS(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy) 분석이 적용되었다.

Measurement of Water Absorption in Anticorrosive Organic Coatings Using Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM) (수정진동자 미세저울을 이용한 방식도막의 물 흡수 측정)

  • The absorption of water into an anti-corrosive organic coating, such as alkyd and urethane resin coating, was investigated, using a quartz crystal microbalance (QCM). Anticorrosive properties of the coatings were also measured, by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The overall absorption of water in the coating is determined by the chemical nature of resin, and decreases with increasing thickness. The enhancement of anti-corrosive performance, through increase of coating thickness, was more remarkable in the case of the coating that hadlower equilibrium water absorption. The absorption kinetics curves were Fickian in nature. The EIS analysis confirmed that the resin, having lower equilibrium water absorption, shows higher anti-corrosive performan.

  • Two-component polyurethane (PU) flame-retardant coatings were prepared by blending tribromo modified polyesters ($TBAO_s$) and isocyanate.$TBAO_s$ were synthesized by condensation polymerization of tribromoacetic acid, a flame-retardant component, with 1,4-butanediol, adipic acid, and trimethylolpropane. The content of tribromoacetic acid was varied by 10, 20, and 30 wt% for the reaction. Various physical properties of these new flame-retardant coatings were comparable to nonflame-retardant coatings. Coatings with 20 wt% tribromoacetic acid did not burn during the vertical burning test.

  • The problem of water leakage due to damaging waterproof in concrete structure, causes the impediment in a long term and shortened the life span of durability. There are a lot of techniques for repair and reinforcement to improve using environment. However, the improper construction which is unconsidered various environmental conditions, could effect to increase the maintenance expenses. Therefore, this study will be compared and estimated the adhesion liquid and sheet integrate waterproofing material, as analyzing the existing problem. For those result, we would like to arrange the alterative plan for the long durability and user needs of concrete structure.

  • In the construction industry, a variety of Root-Resistance Waterproofing Sheets ar being developed and studied. However, defects still occur in the sheet. In this study, the performance of the navigation is studied by Root-Resistance. As a result of the test, no piercing or penetration marks were found by root in all the specimens.

  • In this study, to confirm the performance of gel type urethane (hereinafter referred to as urethane gel) developed for the purpose of securing waterproof stability after application by increasing compatibility with asphalt mastic film material, general urethane coating material and adhesion. As a result, gel type urethane showed "all right" in fatigue resistance test.

  • Organic coatings are widely used to control of the corrosion of a steel structure. The water in coatings may cause the coatings to swell, leading to the degradation of the coatings. In addition, water affects the permeation of oxygen and other corrosive agents, and consequently, the presence of such substances at coating-metal interface promotes corrosion of the metal substrate. In this study, the anticorrosive properties of 4 types of coating, such as epoxy-epoxy, epoxy-urethane, urethane-epoxy, urethane-urethane, were evaluated. The evaluation tests were conducted under cyclic water-absorption/desorption conditions, consisting of alternative exposure to diluted 0.001M-LiCl(a$H_2O$≒1) and concentrated 10M-LiCl(a$H_2O$≒0.15). The anticorrosive performance of coatings was found to decrease in the order of urethane-urethane > urethane-epoxy > epoxy-epoxy coating.

  • The introduction of materials and methods of construction which are appropriated to property of green roofs could be a decisive factor in a long-range durability and economical maintenance cost, moreover, it support to variety construction system and organization. In this paper I focused to assure the basic system for waterproofing materials and root barrier apply to green roof as searching the application of field condition. And I suggest proper waterproofing and root barrier as considering the mutual connection and plant growth. and it can be a standard model to adopt to domestic green roof system.

  • Urethane, epoxy, acrylic have common property to adhere on the concrete dried surface in the waterproofing materials at present. In the wet condition, however, the materials such as urethane, epoxy, acrylic need a long hardening time and it become a reason of water leakage as the materials breaking down. it is one of the problem to adhere to the substrate. Therefore, in this thesis, I focused to assure the structural safety and durability and quality for waterproofing and safe of construction cost by cut down the cost of labor and reduce the term of works as searching the application of field condition for hish adhesive spray type of degenerated and rubberized asphalt membrane material.

  • The subject of this study, Eco-friendly Polyurethane Waterproofing Membrane Coating of Exposed Type is manufactured by replacing environmental hazardous substance such as Toluene, Dioctyl Phthalate with Dimethyl Carbonate, waste-soybean oil. As part of existing filler is also replaced with waste-rubber chip and waste-soybean oil. As a result of environment friendly tests, in test of detection of VOCs case was contented with the Ministry of Environment standards at 5% below. Testing methods for heavy metal extracted was contented with standards for official wastes test method. So it is judged that environment friendly is secured.
