본고는 장비 부문에 대한 시장 전망을 하기 위하여 방법론을 정립하고, 그에 대한 연구 결과를 제시한 사례 분석이다. 본고에서는 특히 네가지 주요 장비 부문, 즉 기업의 구내 오피스 접속, 기업의 기간 네트워크, 교환기 및 전송 부문에 대한 초고속 관련 장비 및 기존 장비부문에 대한 비교 분석을 행한다. 시장 전망의 방법론으로서 본고에서 주요 분석 대상으로 하고 있는 초고속 네트워크 관련 장비와 같은 신규 장비 부분은 과거 자료가 존재하기 않기 때문에 이에 대한 방법론으로서 델파이 방법을 채택하였다. 또한 본고에서는 델파이 방법에 의한 정량적인 결과를 얻기 위하여 여러 가지 가능한 대안 등을 고려하였으며, 이와 관련한 체계적인 방법론을 정립하였을 뿐만 아니라 델파이 방법에 의해 얻어진 결과를 분석하는 방법을 제시하였다.

Recently, many companies and organizations have interests in 'Business Process Management Systems (BPMS)'. In this research, we surveyed and analyzed the objects and the required functions of BPMS for companies to implement BPMS. The Delphi Method was employed for this research. As a result, the categorization of the objectives and required functions, and weights representing the importance of functions are established. Finally, discussions on the framework to evaluate and select the effective BPMS solutions for each company or organization are proved.

기술추세분석(trend analysis)이나 특허분석(patent analysis) 등과 같이 객관적 자료를 이용하는 여타 기술예측방법과 달리, 델파이 방법은 해당 분야에 대한 전문가들의 식견(또는 주관적 평가)을 예측의 유일한 원천으로 하고 있다는 점에서 예측결과에 대한 신뢰도 분석을 강하게 요구하고 있다. 이러한 점에 착안하여 본 연구에서는 최근에 실시된 산업기술예측(1998) 자료를 이용하여 델파이 방법을 이용한 기술예측의 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 분석은 전문가들의 예측결과에 대해 내적 일관성의 유지 여부와, 전문도가 상이한 집단간에 예측 결과의 차이가 있는지 여부를 중심으로 이루어졌으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 응답 결과에 내적 일관성이 있는지 여부를 검정한 결과 생물·정밀화학분야를 제외한 모든 분야에서 일관성을 지니고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 두번째, 전문도가 높은 응답자들일수록 자신의 예측결과를 확신하고는 있으나, 전문도가 낮은 응답자들에 비해 예측결과에 이견이 큰 것으로 분석되었으며, 마지막으로 전문도가 높은 응답자들과 그렇지 않은 응답자들 사이에 기술과제의 예상 실현시기에 대해서는 거의 차이가 없는 반면, 합의(consensus)의 정도는 큰 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 델파이 방법을 이용한 기술예측을 설계하는 데 있어 몇가지 시사점을 제공하고 있다. 첫번째로 기술예측시 전문가들의 예측결과에 대해 내적 일관성이 존재하는 지 여부를 검증할 수 있도록 예측과정을 설계하는 것이 바람직하다는 것이다. 이러한 설계과정은 델파이 방법이 예측결과를 검증할 만한 객관적인 장치를 지니지 못하고 있다는 점에서 더욱 필요하다고 하겠다. 두번째는 정보로서의 가치가 큰 전문도가 높은 응답자들의 예측결과를 활용하기 위해서는, 예측결과에 대한 이들의 합의(consensus)의 정도를 높일 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 한다는 것이다. 델파이의 최종 라운드가 진행된 이후 이들에 대해서만 추가적인 라운드를 실시하거나, 예측과정에서 이들에게 관련 정보를 제공하는 것도 하나의 대안이 될 수 있을 것이다.

Objective : This study presents guidelines for setting up a sensory integration room by applying the Delphi method. Methods : The Delphi method was applied in a survey of 22 expert panels asked to review sensory integration therapy from May to June 2020 to collect expert opinions. The survey was conducted in two rounds. The first round involved the collection of opinions based on prior research that used a total of 40 assessment tools, 23 closed questions about treatment tools, and 10 questions about the physical environment. Based on the results of the first round, the second was conducted using a process of item deletion and modification. Results : A total of 59 items were selected in the first round of the survey. In the second the contents of these 59 items were analyzed: each item scored .42 or higher, so no items were deleted. The stability of the survey was also calculated and found to be less than 0.5, so no further testing was required. The average content feasibility ratio of the final Delphi survey was .92, stability .15, convergence .36, and consensus .80, showing high agreement. Conclusion : This study is expected to help institutions and clinical therapists who want to create a sensory integration therapy room in their facilities by examining the physical environment, treatment tools, and evaluation tools used in sensory integration therapy rooms and understanding the views on such environments obtained from the clinical site to sensory integration therapists.

This study aimed to develop the standardized contents and methods for preventing sexual harassment for hight school students preparing for employment after graduation. Delphi methodology was used with 30 experts. Three-round Delphi surveys were analyzed using Kendall's coefficient of concordance W analysis, appropriateness for reliability of consensus opinion. Data were analyzed respectively by descriptive statistics using SPSS Win version 20.0. Results of this study showed that standardized contents were classified with 3 domains and 83 contents, then 46 contents were selected from Kendall's W analysis and weight rank. Finally, 37 contents have taken as standards contents for prevention education. If high school students are educated with systematic standardized education before employment, it will be prevented sexual harassment in the workplace after graduation.

This study aims to explore a set of indicators to be used for purification management. by estimating the total quantity of depositied waste in coastal waters, Through 3 rounds of Delphi technique, this study sorts out the following 5 variables to be used as major indicators determining priorities for purification in coastal areas: the ratio of re-deposition after collection, the area where fishing gear are lost, the total quantity of depositied waste of each coastal water, the total quantity of deposited waste in the past, and the quantity of depositied waste by unit area. Although the fact that the delphi surveys were done only on 27 specialists limits its external validity, this study will serve as a base for in-depth studies with more expanded panels that will provide better indicators for purification management in coastal waters of Korea.

정보시스템의 위험분석은 평가결과의 신뢰성을 위해 전문지식을 가진 여러 명의 평가자에 의해 실시된다. 위험분석은 평가자의 주관적인 관점이 많이 작용하며 평가결과들 간에 편차가 생긴다. 따라서, 평가자 간에 의견을 조정하고 절충하는 절차가 필요하다. 하지만 일반적인 면대면(面對面) 의견조정 방법은 여러 가지 부작용이 있다. 본 연구에서는 비대면(非對面) 전문가 의견조정 방법인 델파이 방법을 연구하고 이를 위험분석 도구에 적용하기 위하여 웹기반 델파이의견조정시스템을 설계 및 구현해 보인다.

전문가 내지 구성원의 주관적인 의견에 의존하는 방법의 하나인 델파이법(Delphi Method)은 관련자료가 불충분한 중.장기 예측, 전략결정 등에 이용되고 있다. 이 방법을 더욱 발전시킨 퍼지 델파이법(Fuzzy Delphi Method)은 델파이법에 퍼지숫자(fuzzy number)의 개념을 도입하여 정확한 예측을 하고자 하는 것이다. 또한 이러한 예측치가 삼각 퍼지 숫자(Triangular Fuzzy Number)로 주어져 불확실성에 대한 예측과 의견종합을 쉽게 하며, 전문가에 의해 추정된 삼각 퍼지 숫자의 입력을 토애 그 추정치들의 비유사도(Dissemblance Index)와 퍼지거리(fuzzy distance)를 계산하고 간단한 그래프를 다시 전문가에게 피드백(feedback)할 수 있도록 나타내어지는 과정을 code화하여 전문가들로 하여금 다양한 정보를 통하여 좀 더 정확한 추정치를 예측하고자 한다.

This paper investigates the responding patterns between panelists of high and low expertise, overall consistency in responses and the reliability of a technology forecasting outcomes of the study $\ulcorner$The Industrial Technology Forecasting for 2010 and New Strategies$\lrcorner$. The conclusions, based on various tests, are as follows : panelists' responses are tested to be significantly consistent : the panelist group of high expertise are more confident on their responses than the one of low expertise and the convergence ratio is higher in the latter group than in the first.
