The objective of this study is to develop NCS-based vocational curriculum procedures developing models recognized by experts in the National Skill Standards and to verify them. As for a research method for efficiently achieving this study, Delphi research has been conducted three times based on the result of preliminary Delphi investigation, contents of in-depth interview (review and advice), and consideration of previous studies and literature research related to NCS in Korea and abroad. Major results of study in regard of validation of NCS-based vocational curriculum procedures developing models recognized by experts of National Skill Standards are as follows. First, validity of conceptual model(plan) of NCS-based vocational curriculum developing procedures was verified. According to the result of implementing it on 10 members of verification for Delphi preliminary investigation tools, the average was higher than 4.70, and validity of contents was turned out to be outstanding in 1.00. Secondly, validity of conceptual model(plan) of NCS-based vocational curriculum developing procedures was verified by using Delphi preliminary investigation tools. According to the result of verifying it in order on 10 members of verification for Delphi preliminary investigation tools, validity of contents on questions in each area from the development procedures model(plan) was all 1.00, and appropriateness of contents on the components was turned out to be outstanding in 1.00. In addition, validity of contents on interrelation and comprehensiveness of components in the development procedures model(plan) was all turned out to be very satisfying in 1.00. Third, Delphi investigation was implemented in three rounds on 26 Delphi panel members for the verification. As a result consistency rate of interrelation and comprehensiveness among questions in each area of development procedures model(plan), components on the contents, and elements was turned out to be outstanding in .75 from all of three rounds. Here, consistency rate from all three rounds was turned out to be 1.00, and convergence rate was shown to be .00 that very well satisfied the conditions(except for 1 question out of 29). Therefore, it was confirmed that opinion from Delphi panel members was completely consistent in the third round of Delphi investigation research. Such a result in the study was from how Delphi selection criteria were strictly reinforced, and, at the same time, implies how will of participation of Delphi panel members was important.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the development of a instrumental activities of daily living training program called grocery shopping for schizophrenic patients in Delphi. Methods : The final program items and contents were completed through the first and third delphi surveys from August 2018 to March 2019. The expert composition selected 26 occupational therapists related to mental health. Three surveys were conducted and 23 experts participated in the Delphi survey. The second questionnaire, which was created from an open questionnaire, was designed to indicate the degree of importance using the Likert 5-point scale. As a result of the response of the 3rd questionnaire, the level of expert consensus was reconfirmed by analyzing average, standard deviation, and content validity ratio (CVR). Results : Three rounds of Delphi research reveal four categories of questions: grocery shopping views, product purchase strategies, necessary functions, and expert knowledge and experience on how to make purchase decisions. 24 items were selected. Through the 2nd and 3rd Delphi surveys, 4 items that did not meet the criteria of goodness of fit of each item or duplicated the contents were deleted and finally 20 items were extracted. Conclusion : Experts' agreement on grocery shopping technology was drawn from an occupational therapy perspective so that patients with schizophrenia living in the community could recover and participate as a member of society.

Objective : This study aimed to determine Korea-type family function factors that affect individual growth and social activities, and examine check the appropriate contents and domestic culture components based on the McMaster model, a family function evaluation tool, through the Delphi technique. Methods : The Delphi technique was applied to 12 expert panels in fields related to family function. The period lasted 9 weeks, from May to June 2020. The Delphi survey was conducted twice. In the first survey, the domestic culture and appropriate contents of the McMaster model were selected and localized, and expert' opinions about the components were collected using closed and open-ended questions. In the second survey, the fitness and importance of the components were investigated. Results : As a result of the first Delphi investigation, 18 items were deleted from the 53 items presented. After adding 11 items and excluding any overlapping items, a total of 40 items were selected. Subsequently, sentences that were difficult to understand were revised to familiar vocabulary. A second survey was constructed, with an example sentence. In the second Delphi investigation, 33 items were selected. The average content validity ratio for the final selected component was 0.76, and the stability was 0.28. Conclusion : Family function and the factors influencing domestic family function identified though this study can be used to conduct family function evaluations and interventions in clinical sites or relevant research studies.

The goal of this research paper is to respond to changing paradigms in urban planning and derive requirements needed for urban archiving for the purpose of urban growth. In this research, the Delphi research method was used twice on experts on urban archiving in order to derive areas and required elements of urban archiving. Moreover, each area and elements were formalized and categorized. The results of this research is as follows. In the 1st Delphi research, 6 areas (natural environment, liberal arts environment, historical and cultural environments, social and educational environment, industrial and economic environment, transportation and communication environment), a total of 62 elements. In the 2nd Delphi research, six areas, a total of 32 elements.

The Delphi is a popular technique for forecasting based on the opinions of experts. It is important to know how valid and reliable the technique is. In this paper, we analyze accuracy and precision of the Delphi in IT and BT of Korea, and also discuss the relationship between them. As a result of the analysis, the accuracy and precision of the forecasts partly have significant differences according to their area and degree of expertise. Besides, significant correlation between the accuracy and precision of forecasts with high expertise is found. The result indicates that the precision of forecasts can be a criterion of the accuracy of them.

Through first questionnaire six category and detail kinds of LBS service & advertising method are found. and through second & third questionnaire degree of need & demand for detail LBS service & advertising methods are found. The result of this research will help to develope LBS industry & advertising industry by making them prepare for demanded LBS service.

The purpose of this study is to suggest school safety accidents prevention policy by applying delphi technique as a method to decrease school safety accidents which have been increasing consistently. As results of Delphi, the plans to improve school safety accidents prevention policy per area are as follows: First, it is required to establish systematic safety policy by dividing school facilities into four stages such as planning, designing and building, maintenance and evaluation etc. Second, it is required studies to overcome budget limitation and accountability of people in charge of safety of facilities to apply school safety policy as a useful measure. Third, it is required to make an effort to revise relevant legislations through examinations of relevant government ministries per each area to reflect prevention measures to safety policy consistently.

This study is to consider varying factors of jnternal/external informational and operational environments in libraries, and develop a new evaluation indicators for university libraries in digital environments. The main research results are as follows. First, the results through the Delphi method that was to adopted to verify evaluation items and indicators determined by the literature review show that the repressed values for each evaluation category is greater than 3.00, overall average is 4.02, and standard deviation is ranged from 0.40 to 0.62 for each category. This means that the evaluation indicators are valid. Second, the factor analysis was performed to verify .the construct validity of evaluation indicators. As a result, the cumulative variance of evaluation indicators consisting of 11 dimensions per factor is 72.733%. In turn, this result shows that the validity of these indicators is very reliable. Third, t-test and one-way ANOVA are performed within significance probability 0.05 in order to verify differences in each librarians point of views for the degree of importance in evaluation indicators. Based on the Delphi study and our own analysis, we developed a new evaluation indicators that consists of 7 evaluation categories, 35 evaluation items, and 92 evaluation indicators.

This study aimed to develop the standardized contents and methods for preventing sexual harassment for hight school students preparing for employment after graduation. Delphi methodology was used with 30 experts. Three-round Delphi surveys were analyzed using Kendall's coefficient of concordance W analysis, appropriateness for reliability of consensus opinion. Data were analyzed respectively by descriptive statistics using SPSS Win version 20.0. Results of this study showed that standardized contents were classified with 3 domains and 83 contents, then 46 contents were selected from Kendall's W analysis and weight rank. Finally, 37 contents have taken as standards contents for prevention education. If high school students are educated with systematic standardized education before employment, it will be prevented sexual harassment in the workplace after graduation.

Creativity is a fine ability among major values of human resource in knowledge-based society. The purpose of this study is to identify the components of the informatics creativity based on domain-specificity and confluence theory. To explore these components, a three-round, classical Delphi process was administered with an expert panel of 31 individuals. All members of the expert panel initially responded to open-ended questions, and the qualitative results were analyzed. The subsequent two rounds of the Delphi required quantitative responses in which the expert panel was asked to indicate the level of importance using a five point Likert scale associated with specific items. As a result of the Delphi survey, total of 32 items were selected as three core areas such as congnitive, affective and environmental components of informatics creativity.
