본 논문은 분산환경하에서 생산정보, 데이터 분석의 일 방안으로서 데이터의 관리 주체와 데이터들간의 유사성에 기초한 분산 기준을 제시한다. 제안된 분산기준은 데이터베이스 설계의 초기과정에서 네트워크 환경의 각 노드에서의 트랜젝션의 발생 수와 데이터 이용량의 예측이 용이하지 않은 경우에도 적용 가능하다는 점에서 가치를 지닌다. 제시된 설계 기준을 이용하여 생산정보 데이터베이스의 분산 모형을 설계, 제시한다.

This study empirically investigated the effect of firm-level data quality on economic performance in the Korean financial industry during 2008~2009. The data quality was measured by data quality management process index and data quality criteria by Korea Database Agency, and financial firm performance data was acquired from Financial Statistics Information System of the Financial Supervisory Service. The result showed that the data quality has statistically significant impacts on financial firm performance such as sales, operating profit, and value added. If the data quality management process index increases by one, the value added can increase by 2.3 percent. Moreover, the data quality criteria increase by one, the value added can increase by 72.6 percent.

The multimedia data of game affects the immersion of the game depending on its quality. It is difficult to design the evaluation criteria of artistic quality of the data. But, in a technical point of view, it is possible to evaluate its quality. Thus, the design of evaluation standard can ensure the reliability and objectivity of quality. However, multimedia data quality evaluation metrics had not yet been designed. Therefore, in this study, we extracted quality evaluation elements of Game Multimedia Data, and verified the reliability of the elements. And we defined detailed evaluation items of each element, developed Multimedia Data Quality Evaluation Metrics. We expect that the results of this study will serve as a guide in the development of high-quality games, have a positive impact on the growth of the game industry.

Recently, many studies have examined UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles), which can replace and supplement existing surveying sensors, systems, and images. This study focused on the use of UAV images and assessed the possibility of utilization in areas where it is difficult to obtain GCPs (ground control points), such as disasters. Therefore, 3D (dimensional) pointcloud data were generated using UAV images and the absolute/relative accuracy of the generated model data using GCPs and without GCPs was assessed. The results showed the 3D shape pointcloud generated by UAV image matching was proven if the relative accuracy was set, regardless of whether GCPs were used or not; the quantitative measurement error rate was within 1%. Even if the absolute accuracy was low, the 3D shape pointcloud that had been post processed quickly was sufficient to be utilized when it is impossible to acquire GCPs or urgent analysis is required. In particular, the results can obtain quantitative measurements and meaningful data, such as the length and area, even in cases with the ground reference point surveying and post-process.

Since January 2009, Seoul Metro Government(SMG) is operating own Network RTK Systems connecting four(4) GNSS Reference Stations which are installed inside Seoul Metro City area. SMG is currently providing VRS data service via wireless internet for Network-RTK and RINEX data observed from GNSS Reference Stations. This paper will discuss utilization of data available from SMG Network-RTK System for various applications, and present the test results on practicalities of Virtual RINEX data. For the utilization of data available from SMG Network- RTK system, 1)NTRIP data delivery of GNSS realtime observables streaming and converting to RINEX at receiving side, 2) monitoring deformation of bulky structures using GNSS observation were discussed. In addition to those discussion, 3) broadcasting VRS correction data for job site via radio modem after acquiring such correction data on-line using NTRIP based GNSS Internet Radio from SMG Network-RTK System were introduced. For the test results on practicalities of Virtual RINEX data, 1) the post-processing results of the GNSS observation data on a certain point with GNSS Reference Station data have been compared to the post-processing results of Virtual RINEX data on the same point generated from SMG Network-RTK System, and 2) VRS RTK positioning results for a certain point and post-processing results of Virtual RINEX data for the point were compared. The results showed only a few mm difference, and the high possibility for using Virtual RINEX data for post-processing applications.

This paper discusses cost allocation model of common facilities in voice and data traffic of mobile telephone network. There are several methods to be considered including traffic, facility, revenue, Ramsey, and benchmarking in local loop unbundling for High Speed Internet. It is important to investigate the strength and weakness of each method. This paper reviews the theoretical literatures and compares the characteristics of each methodology. Also, case studies are employed to get the implications concerned. As a result, in the beginning, it is desirable to introduce 50:50 allocation method used in local loop unbundling in UK. Then, it is recommendable to apply the ratio allocation method as the quantities of voice and data traffic become equal.

본 논문에서는 다중 입출력 안테나 OFDM 통신시스템에서 신뢰할 만한 데이터 신호 사용하는 한 연판정 지향 채널 추정 기법을 제안한다. 기존 방식에서는 주어진 기준 신호만을 이용하여 채널을 추정하는 반면에 제안하는 기법은 기준 신호를 포함하여 신뢰할 만한 데이터 신호를 동시에 사용하여 채널을 추정한다. 모의실험을 통해 제안하는 기법이 기존 채널 추정에 비해 성능이 우수함을 확인할 수 있다.

전기통신 시장에 있어서 경쟁의 도입은 통신 시장의 활성화와 서비스 향상을 위해 필요불가결하다는 결론하에 구미각국을 중심으로 경쟁확대를 추진하고 있다. 이에 우리 나라에서도 통신사업체계의 개편을 통해 그동안 독점으로 운영되어 오던 전화사업의 일부에 경쟁이 이루어지고 있는 실정이고 1994년부터 부가통신사업이 전면 자유화가 이루어질 입장에서 1994년 체신부 주관하에 상호접속전담반에서 제정한 데이터망 접속기준(안)을 중심으로 접속에 필요한 기술적인 면과 정책적인 면을 분석함으로써 데이터망 접속에 필요한 기술사항을 제시하고자 한다.

어떤 정보가 어디에 위치하고 그 내용이 어떤 것이며 어떤 기준으로 그러한 자료가 생성되었는가에 대한 정보들이 일관되고 통합되어 제공되지 않는다면 그 데이터 웨어하우스는 몇몇 사람만이 사용하는 전유물이 될 것이다. 데이터 웨어하우스에서 이런 것이 방지하기 위해서는 메타데이터의 역할을 정확히 이해하고 활용해야 한다. 이 글에서는 데이터 웨어하우스 구축시 메타데이터의 역할과 중요성에 대해 살펴보기로 한다.
