최근 오픈 사이언스 운동과 함께 정부 부처, 연구비 지원기관 등에서는 공적 기금으로 연구를 수행하는 경우 생성된 각종 연구 데이터를 관리하고 공개하도록 의무화하려는 움직임이 있다. 데이터에 DOI와 같은 식별자를 부여하여 데이터 리파지토리를 통해 출판하면 이해당사자들에게 많은 이익을 가져다 줄 수 있으며, 데이터의 인용을 활성화하기 위해 주제별 또는 기관별 리파지토리나 데이터센터에서 표준적인 인용 방법과 인용 요소들을 발표하고 있다. 앞으로 과학연구의 공개, 개방화가 더욱 추진되면 더욱 많은 연구데이터의 공유 활동이 일어날 것으로 예상되며 분야별 또는 유형별로 국제적인 데이터 리파지토리들이 출현하여 학술 논문의 근거가 되는 데이터 저장소로서의 역할을 수행할 것으로 생각된다.

오픈 사이언스 운동의 활성화로 인해 다양한 연구 관련 자원들 간의 상호 운용성 확보를 위한 노력이 활발해지고 있다. 특히, 글로벌 연구데이터 커먼즈(Global Open Research Commons) 모델 개발 관련 표준화 활동이 세계 최대 연구데이터 커뮤니티인 RDA(Research Data Alliance)의 주도로 진행되어 왔고, 최근에 GORC Working Group 에서 버전 1.0 모델을 오픈하였다. 이에 이 모델에 대해 살펴보고 국내의 연구데이터 커먼즈인 KRDC(Korea Research Data Commons)와 비교 및 시사점을 논하고 향후 연구 방향을 소개한다.

The existing note on mobile can store only text data and cannot share the data, which means that the notes stored on mobile are just seasonal or temporary memo. Therefore, this research designs an improved note on mobile and gives a chance for sharing by importing a concept of Mindmap and backup server through the internet. The mobile application is developed based on Android Platform and the server applications are developed based on Linux. These can communicate each other throughout the internet to upload and download some mindmap data.

The Web 2.0 is mean to Web as Platform, as the platform provided various service using a data on webs by opening information. That is, it leads to the sharing and participation of information among internet users. In this paper, we research web technology for embedded computers which be supplied data and services to implement Ubiquitous computing. Therefore, we designed Open API service platform used the embedded system for the sharing and opening of web 2.0 trends. This designed platform is provided to internet users with various services and information in real-time.

Recently , as GIS technology is rapidly improved and stabilized, there are some needs to reuse pre-developed and powerful GIS technology. GIS standardization based on components and open interfaces becomes a way to solve those reusability of previous GIS technology. This GIS standardization currently focuses on building the GIS Data Infrastructure that is being deployed globally. Especially, OpenGIS consortium which is mainly made up of international GIS leading vendors is announcing some GIS abstract specifications and implementation specifications. This study focuses on how could we design and implement the OLE/COM-based data provider component based on various DBMS or file systems, how could these data provider components be used for enterprise UIS(Urban Information Systems) and how could various formatted GIS data be shared in one system. Also some problems practically caused by an implementation process of data provider component are listed up and some solutions are given. Furthermore, design and analysis of UML(Unified Modeling Language) was reformed through the data provider component development task and this UML methodology is able to indicate a standardized model for newly developed data provider component.

과거 서지DB 제작시스템은 자료의 수집부터 DB제작에 이르기까지 자료입수지연 및 서지데이터입력오류, 중복레코드생성, 권호정보의 부정확한 기입, 철자오류와 관련된 많은 문제들을 내포하고 있었다. 본 연구는 이와같은 문제들을 최소화하기 위해 SISAC기반 서지DB 제작시스템을 설계 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 기존 가용자원을 최대한 활용하기 위해 SISAC 바코드를 스캐닝하여 자료의 입수처리를 신속하게 하고, 서지데이터를 입력할 때 기존에 구축된 데이터를 공유함으로써 데이터 중복입력으로 인한 시간소모적인 작업을 줄인다. 그리고 개방형 환경에서 양질의 능력을 지닌 DB제작 전문가를 선정하는데 투명성을 제공하고, 이들 DB제작전문가를 활용함으로써 데이터의 품질향상에 기여한다.

In this study, we focus on identifying the determinants of improving technology collaboration performance between buyer and supplier and the impact of the determinants on new product development performance. We adopted trust, control and information sharing as the determinants of technology collaboration and the frequency of new product introduction and ratio of new product on revenue as dependent variables. We conducted hierarchical regression and mediation analysis using the data collected from 600 Korean manufacturing firms by Korean Productivity Association and Ministry of Trade and Industry in 2012. The empirical findings indicate that trust, control and information sharing are positively associated with technology collaboration performance and the degree of technology collaboration is also positively associated with both new product development performance. In addition, new product development performance is not only affected by technology collaboration but also mediated by trust. This result implies that developing social capital, trust with partner play a important role in leading to better performance by open innovation.

공공정보 공유 및 개방, 소셜네트워크서비스의 활성화 그리고 사용자 간의 공유 데이터 증가 등의 이유로 인터넷상에 노출되는 사용자의 개인 정보가 증가하고 있다. 인터넷상에 노출된 사용자들의 개인정보들은 연결공격(linkage attack), 배경지식 공격(background attack)으로 프라이버시를 침해할 수 있다. 이를 막기 위해 관계형 데이터베이스에서는 대표적으로 k-익명성(k-anonymity)을 시작으로 l-다양성(l-diversity), t-밀집성(t-closeness)이라는 익명화 모델이 제안되었으며 계속해서 익명화 알고리즘의 성능은 개선되고 있다. 하지만 k-익명성, l-다양성, t-밀집성 모델의 조건을 만족하기 위해서는 준식별자(quasi-identifier)를 일반화(generalization)처리 해주어야 하는데 이 과정에서 준식별자의 가치를 손실된다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서 준식별자의 정보 손실을 최소화하기 위해 k-익명성 모델을 만족시키는 과정에서 일반화와 데이터를 삽입을 사용하는 익명화 처리하는 방법을 제안한다.

본 연구에서는 자연재해 발생 시 신속하고 효율적인 재난 대응 의사결정을 지원하기 위하여 재난 재해 정보와 시설물 정보, 공간정보 등이 융합된 통합 인벤토리를 구축하고자 한다. 재난대응 의사결정 지원을 위하여 시설물의 중요도, 위험도, 피해액 산정에 필요한 원천 데이터를 공공데이터포털(data.go.kr)에서 제공하는 공공데이터를 활용하였다. 공공데이터포털의 데이터셋은 파일데이터와 오픈 API, 표준데이터와 국가중점데이터를 제공하고 있다. 파일데이터는 22,306건, 오픈 API는 2,505건, 표준데이터는 58건의 정보를 제공하고 있으며, 국민, 기업 등 수요 중심으로 개방의 효과성과 시급성 등이 높은 41개 분야의 국가중점데이터를 제공하고 있다. 또한 공공데이터를 활용하여 개발된 국내외 다양한 사례와 가공데이터를 공공데이터 활용사례를 통하여 공유하고 있다. 인벤토리 구축을 위하여 국가중점데이터와 데이터카테고리의 국토관리, 재난안전, 산업고용, 공공행정 등 다양한 공공데이터를 검토하여, SOC 시설물과 건축물의 정보를 수집하여 시설물의 중요도와 위험도, 피해액 평가 등 필요 목적에 맞게 최적화 하여 구축하였다. 또한 구축된 다양한 정보와 시설물 평가 모듈간의 원활한 데이터 수급을 위한 연계 모듈과 관리 모듈을 개발하여 구축된 데이터 정보를 표준화하여 유지 관리 할 수 있도록 인벤토리를 구축하였다. 이러한 재난대응 의사결정 지원 통합 인벤토리는 재난대응 의사결정을 신속하고도 효율적으로 가능하게 함으로써 방재업무 지원 및 대국민 서비스를 가능하게 할 것으로 판단된다.

스마트폰 이용자가 지속적으로 증가하면서 공공정보에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 국가R&D사업 관련 정보를 종합적으로 서비스 중인 국가과학기술지식정보서비스(NTIS)도 국가연구개발 조사 분석 원시자료 등 국가R&D 데이터 제공 요구가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 선진국의 공공정보 제공 현황과 국내 현황을 살펴보고, 국가R&D정보 공개 개방 확대 전략 및 국가R&D정보 공유 확대를 위한 모바일 서비스 개선 방안을 제안한다.
