박물관 3.0시대의 도래와 함께 박물관 경영 측면에서 빅데이터 분석, 그리고 공유와 개방의 관점 및 커뮤니케이션 플랫폼과 마케팅 도구로써 소셜 미디어의 영향력이 증대되고 있다. 모바일 애플리케이션이나 비콘에 의존했던기존의 박물관 빅데이터 분석과는 달리, 본 연구에서는 전시에 대한 인스타그램의 해시태그를 분석함으로써, 관람객 분석도구로써 인스타그램 해시태그의 효용성과 가치를 입증하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 최근 2년 동안 국내에서 개최된 다섯 개의 전시의 인스타그램 해시태그를 수집 및 시각화했다. 그 결과, 모든 전시의 인스타그램의 해시태그는 전시명, 전시장소, 전시회, 지역명, 작가명에 집중되었다. 결론적으로 인스타그램의 해시태그는 전시관람 경험에 대한 분석을 위한 빅데이터로 사용하는 것이 부적합했다. 또한 관람객 개발을 위한 도구로써 인스타그램 해시태그의 효용성과 가치는 입증되지 못한 반면, 노출형에 해당하는 해시태그의 정보 확산에 대한 잠재력은 확인되었다.

최근 사물인터넷이 화두에 오르며, 사물인터넷에서 발생된 센싱 데이터의 분석에 많은 관심이 모아지고 있다. 사물인터넷에서는 대규모의 센싱 데이터가 폭발적으로 발생하고 있으아, 이렇게 발생된 센싱 데이터의 분석에 대한 연구는 현재 미비한 상태이다. 사물인터넷 환경에서 발생된 센싱 데이터는 외부 데이터와 통합 분석을 통해 가치 있는 데이터로 재생산이 가능한 만큼 사물인터넷에서 발생되는 센싱 데이터의 분석에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사물인터넷 환경에서 센싱 데이터를 활용한 다차원 분석 기법을 제안 하고자 한다.

기업간의 경쟁이 심화되고 정보의 중요성에 대한 인식이 확대되어 가는 상황에서 다량의 데이터로부터 가치 있는 데이터를 추출하는 CRM 데이터 마이닝은 중대한 관심사가 아닐 수 없다. 본 연구는 데이터마이닝의 여러 활용 분야 중 고객세분화를 위해 최근 많이 사용되고 있는 데이터마이닝 기법인 로지스틱 회귀분석, 의사결정나무, 신경망 알고리즘 기법들을 비교하며, 이를 실제 아파트 고객의 데이터를 이용하여 검증하고자 한다. 따라서, 아파트 고객 세분화를 위한 데이터마이닝 수행시 기법 선택의 기준과 비교 평가의 기준을 제시하는 데 연구목적 있다.

Data economy era is rapidly approaching where big data plays the pivotal role of creating new values and solving various problems. This paper aims at designing Korea's new strategic direction of informatization in the big data age. For this purpose, paradigm shift of our society and the new role of IT together with the discussion on open platform and big data focused on its potentials and new possibilities are analyzed, which leads to the conclusion that big data will be a main engine for creating new values. Based on the results of the analysis, three kinds of strategic direction is designed. The first direction is on national vision making and 'data analysis-based creative nation' is suggested. The second direction is on catalyst making and 'smart government utilizing the power of big data' is proposed in details. The third direction is on sustainable leading mechanism and 'collaborative governance between stakeholders' is suggested.

인터넷과 스마트폰의 발달로 SNS서비스의 사용자와 데이터가 활발하게 증가하고 있다. 이로 인하여 SNS 데이터의 가치와 신뢰성이 점점 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 추세에 따라 여러 연구와 실험을 통하여 데이터를 분석하고 분석 결과를 제공하는 서비스가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 배경을 바탕으로 특정 키워드를 포함하고 있는 한글 트윗을 검색하여 해당 트윗에 대한 연관 키워드와 감정 키워드를 분석해서 출력해주는 시스템을 개발한다.

This study aims to specify a constructivism-based instructional method using a modular data analysis tool. The value and meaning of a modular data analysis tool have been examined to be applied in the national curriculum for artificial intelligence education and the process of cultivating problem-solving ability based on computational thinking. The modular data analysis tool visually expresses the cognitive thinking process that forms the schema in equilibrating through assimilation and adjustment. Artificial intelligence education has features that embody abstract knowledge and structure the data analysis module through the represented schema as a BlackBox implemented as an algorithm. Therefore, the value of the modular data analysis tool could be examined because it has the advantage of connecting the conceptual and implicit schema.

정보통신의 패러다임이 글로벌 경쟁, 인터넷 중심의 멀티미디어, 이용자 중심의 서비스 창출, 파트너십에 의한 시장지배력 강화 등을 축으로 하여 급속히 변하고 있기 때문에, 얼마나 효과적으로 고객과 시장을 지향하는 가치경영 체계를 구축하느냐에 따라 통신사업자의 경쟁력 우위가 결정된다. 가치경영의 구체적인 효과는 EVA(Economic Value Added), CVA(Customer Value Added), PVA(People Value Added)와 같은 가치 지표들을 체계적으로 통신사업에 활용하느냐에 달려있다. 본 고에서는 통신사업자가 CVA 체계를 구축하기 위한 프레임웍, 데이터 수집 및 분석 체계, 내부 프로세스 및 피드백 등에 관하여 실천적인 방안을 제시한다.

Big data refers to dataset whose size is beyond the ability of typical database software tools to capture, store, manage, and analyze. And now it is considered to create the new opportunity in every industry. The purpose of this study is to develop of big data services in public library for improved library services. To this end, analysed the type of library big data and needs of stockholders through the various methods such as deep interview, focus group interview, questionnaire. At first step, we defined the 16 big data service models from interview with librarians, and LIS professions. Second step, it was considered necessity, timeliness, possibility of development. We developed the final two services called on 'Decision Support Services for Public Librarians' and 'Book Recommendation Services for Users.'

In the resent years, the importance of VE (value engineering) and LCC (life cycle cost) analysis for apartment building construction projects has been fully recognized. Accordingly theoretical models, guidelines, and supporting software systems were developed for the value engineering and life cycle cost analysis for construction management including large building systems. However, the level of consensus on VE and LCC analysis results is still low due to the lack of reliable data on maintenance. This paper presents time dependent LCC model based value analysis method for rational investment decision making and design alternative selection for construction of apartment building. The proposed method incorporates a time dependent LCC model and a performance evaluation technique by fuzzy logic theory to properly handle the uncertainties associated with statistics data and to analyze the value of alternatives more rationally. The presented time dependent VE and LCC analysis procedure were applied to a real world project, and this case study is discussed in the paper. The model and the procedure presented in this study can greatly contribute to design value engineering alternative selection, the estimation of the life cycle cost, and the allocation of budget for apartment building construction projects.

헬스케어 패러다임이 정밀, 예측, 맞춤, 예방의료 중심으로 변화하면서 개인의 건강관리에 대한 관심과 중요성이 커지고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어 산업은 4차 산업혁명 정보통신기술 발달과 함께 수요자 중심의 고부가 가치형 의료서비스 제공이 가능할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어 산업의 한 영역인 개인건강기록(PHR) 서비스는 개인의 모든 건강기록 데이터를 기반으로 하여 예방과 관리 목적에 맞추어 맞춤형 건강관리를 가능하게 한다. 본 연구에서는 개인건강기록 서비스의 가치사슬을 정리해보고, 가치사슬 핵심요인 중심의 산업구조분석을 통해 주요 환경변화에 있어 경쟁자들과의 경쟁우위를 확보하는데 필요한 차별화 전략의 우선순위를 모색하고자 한다.
