This study was intended to demonstrate how entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship affect the entrepreneurial intention, and also to examine whether Deokhu-like behavior, which can be called a personal characteristic, acts as an moderating variable in the relationship between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention. For this study, we conducted an online survey of young people through a research company and collected 231 surveys. The analysis showed that entrepreneurship education had a positive impact on risk-taking and innovativeness, which are factors of entrepreneurship, and again, risk-taking and innovativeness, had a positive impact on entrepreneurial intention. And the mediating effect was also found to be significant. It was also shown that the moderating effect of Deokhu-like behavior on risk-taking and innovativeness was significant. These findings suggest that entrepreneurship education has the effect of enhancing the entrepreneurial intention through the medium of entrepreneurship, and that the entrepreneurial intention can be stronger if a person with Deokhu-like behavior fosters entrepreneurship.
