Until recently post-processing of finite element model has been heavily relied on expensive graphic peripheral devices. With the aid of inexpensive microcomputers, very economical post-processor graphics program called MICRO-POST has been developed. Model geometry or results of analysis for the unlimited meshes can be easily presented in a number of low-cost graphic devices. The paper presents the procedure obtaining the device-independent graphics, and the structure and functions of the program. It also describes efficient I/O scheme to overcome the memory limitation, and dialogue-type input technique to control the plot operation in an interactive manner. Through the post processing examples for the general purpose finite element programs, it demonstrates the usefulness of the program.

In this paper we describe a VoIP transcript system which is able to record call conversation between counselor and customer in an IP contact center based on IP telephony environment. The transcript system, designed and implemented in this paper, uses packet sniffering to capture packets without imposing network overhead on overall system. It can decode H.323 and SIP which are used to setup call sessions in VoIP environment and captures voice data and record without any loss of contents. Implemented transcript system can be integrated with CTI system in that it can manage and record call more effectively. It is designed generically so that it is implemented both on Windows and Linux environment.

최근 WWW의 기하급수적인 성장과 더불어 인터넷 서비스를 통한 정보 획득과 공유 및 원격 시스템 접속을 통한 인터넷 응용 처리 서비스에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있고, 이는 학습과 교수 업무지원 분야에서도 용용되고 있다. 특히 교수를 위한 복잡한 학교 업무의 관리와 학습자료 및 업무 자료를 지원하기 위해서는 확장성과 호환성, 편의성을 제공하는 XML 형태의 전자문서가 제공되어져야 한다. 따라서 웹을 기반으로 다수의 교수자들이 교수 업무 지원을 위해 XML 문서를 효율적으로 작성하고 공유할 수 있는 적절한 교수 지원 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 이는 웹 상에서 XML 문서의 효과적인 생성과 검색 및 의도된 문서를 재사용 가능하도록 제공함으로써 교수자의 다양한 요구 사항을 융통성있게 수용할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 상에서 XML 문서 제공을 위한 교수 지원 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템을 통해서 교수자들은 XML 문서를 효율적으로 생성, 등록, 수정하고 또한 문서를 대화적으로 검색하고 이해하며, 다양한 형태의 문서를 획득할 수 있다. 따라서 교수 지원시 업무처리의 효율성과 작성된 XML 문서의 재사용성을 증대시킬 수 있다.

This paper introduces a health monitoring system based on a wireless sensor network for weapon asset. This system can estimate the remaining lifetime and decide what should be done and when should it be done using the environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity and shock for weapon assets by sensor tag. And we describes its operating scenario and routing method for this system. Finally we introduce the developments of the sensor tag, portable reader, gateway and monitoring server.

Portable multimedia Player (PMP) devices have been gaining in its popularity with the emerging digital convergence of data, video, audio, etc. Since the PMP devices are typically equipped with DSP, a bigger LCD screen, and a hard disk, efficient power management has become more crucial than the other portable devices. This paper builds up a hardware/software-based power measurement system based on data acquisition devices. Subsequently, it measures and analyzes the power consumed in commercial PMP devices under different types of events: the system boot & shutdown, video playback, and the use of different video-coding types. Finally, our analysis of the measured power consumption patterns reveals useful information for the design of low-power PMP devices.

As changing financial environment and increasing the number of access channel to banking system, new banking system is needed which can be developed financial commodity rapidly, can be deployed easily, and can be maintained easily. Component based development method is believed to meet these demands. In this paper, we propose EJB banking component and explain its system architecture and functionality. And we design and implement approval system on EJB banking component system. To implement approval system, approval conditions are classified and registered. Using registered approval condition, transactions are classified whether approval is needed or not. Approval client for web based client standardization has an advantage of no need to deploy and manage software version.

In implementing interactive multimedia systems, real-time visualization plays an important role. This paper presents efficient data structures and algorithms for real-time terrain navigation. Terrain data set is usually too huge to display as is. Therefore LOD (levels of detail) methods and view frustum culling are essential tools. This paper describes in detail compact hierarchical data structures, fast view frustum culling, and efficient LOD construction/rendering algorithms. Unlike previous works, we use a precise screen-space error metric for vertex removal and a strict error threshold allowing sub-pixel -sized errors only. Nevertheless, we can achieve 22 fps on average in a PC platform. The methods presented in this paper also satisfy almost all of the requirements for interactive real-time terrain Visualization.

최근 무료 WiFi Zone이 확대되고 있고, Smart Phone으로 무료 WiFi에 접속하여 인터넷으로 접속하여 메신저를 하거나, 메일확인, 정보검색 등을 한다. 하지만 무료 WiFi Zone에서 Smart Phone으로 인터넷을 할 때, 개인정보를 해킹 당 할 수가 있다. 본 논문에서 안드로이드 O,S, Smart Phone에서 무료 WiFi를 이용하여 접속한다. 먼저 메신저와 웹사이트 로그인을 한다. 이때 AirPcap을 이용하여 패킷을 캡처한다. Packet 분석 툴인 WireShark를 사용하여 Packet의 내용을 분석하고, ID, PW와 메신저 대화 내용을 해킹한다. 해킹한 개인정보 ID, 비밀번호를 이용하여 인터넷 사이트에 접속을 하여 관리자 권한을 획득한다. 그리고 Smart Phone에서 WiFi접속 시 공격에 대한 보안대책을 제시한다. 본 연구는 Smart Phone에서 무료 WiFi 접속 때, 보안성 강화연구와 무선 해킹과 방어 기술 발전에 초석이 될 것이다.

A messenger program in this paper was designed and implemented using Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram, and Sequence Diagram. We selected total 7 major functionalities such as PC server, login, friends management, chatting, file transfer, account management, etc. The followings are various implementation results from this paper. First, developers could easily understand the desired product and programming flow from using UML Diagrams. Second, PDA users could communicate with developers for a long time without time constraints. Third, there was high usability of UML Diagram in the phase of objected-oriented analysis. Forth, it was easy to update and maintain a program.

최근 디지털 기술의 발달로 인해 디지털 캠코더, 디지털 카메라 등의 휴대용 멀티미디어 기기가 증가하고 있고, 이러한 휴대용 장치를 위한 저장 장치로 낸드 플래시가 많이 사용된다. 이러한 장치는 고화질 미디어 컨텐츠 녹화 기능을 제공하고, 녹화된 영상물은 대용량 파일 형태로 저장된다. 대용량 파일의 필요한 부분만을 편집하여 재 저장하기 위해서는 새로운 기법이 요구된다. 본 논문은 낸드 플래시 메모리 전용 파일 시스템인 YAFFS를 사용하는 멀티미디어 휴대 장치에서 멀티미디어 파일을 고속으로 편집하고 동시에 필요한 저장 공간 소모를 최소화 하는 기법을 제안한다. 동영상 파일 편집 후 저장에 있어서 현재의 낸드 플래시 파일 시스템들은 편집 내용을 빈 공간에 새로 저장하기 때문에, 대용량의 파일일수록 많은 시간과 저장 공간이 소모 된다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 기법은 동영상 편집 후 파일 간에 중복되는 데이터를 새로 저장하지 않고 공유하도록 하면서 소모되는 시간과 공간을 최소화 한다. 이를 위해 파일 간 공유 되는 데이터를 관리하는 페이지 공유 맵을 설계하고 이를 이용한 동영상 고속 편집 저장 기법을 제시한다.
