Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the actual disaster response and suggest improvement measures for introduction of an autonomous police system Method: This study suggests the improvement measures by reviewing police disaster response manual, related statistical data, and statutes comprehensively Result: The introduction of autonomous police system enabled effective management of police based on circumstances of each region. However, there are still doubts on police response against situations that require large number of personnel. According to analysis on roles of autonomous police during the mass disasters, the autonomous police controlled disaster site to prevent secondary damage, prevented additional disaster damages, and rescued people. However, it is hard for the autonomous police to respond against the mass disasters due to its structure. Conclusion: To improve the response of autonomous police against mass disasters, this study suggested on disaster scene control and secondary damage prevention by the police, cooperative disaster response with regional autonomous police, and utilization of control tower.

지계차는 1930 년대에 미국에서 개발되어 세계대전을 통하여 미군의 군수물자 운반에 크게 기 여하므로써 널리 알려진 물자취급(material handling)의 현대적 장비로 팰릿(pallet).컨테이너와 함께 일관수송에 있어서의 커다란 역할을 담당하고 있는 산업용 차량이다. 지계차는 크게 샤 시부분과 작업기 부분으로 구성되는데, 마스트레일은 주로 소형차에서는 생산량이 많기 때문에 압출의 제조공정으로 만들어지고 있으나 대형차는 수량이 적기 때문에 용접구조로 설계되고 있다. 마스트렝리의 중요한 특징을 말하면 (1) 폭에 비하여 길이가 긴 형강구조 (2) 레일 내폭의 공차가 비교적 엄격하다. (3) 용착량이 많아 변형되기 쉽고 일단 변형되면 교정이 어렵다. (4) 원가와 제조공정을 단축시키기 위하여 기계가공 공정을 뒤에 두지 않고 있다. 이상과 같은 특징을 가진 용접구조형 레일을 제작하는데 있어서 실제 적용된 CO2 용접 및 이의 간단한 부 착(attach)에 의한 저투자성 용접자동화 실현과정상의 제문제등을 중심으로 고찰해 보기로 한다.

Since 2007, the defect confirmation test for vehicles using PEMS has been enforced in USA. This test can measure emissions from on-street vehicles using a device mounted on a car. Europe has confirmed its plan for introducing this test from EURO6, 2013. Thus, the Korean government is also under pressure to adopt this method that reflects the real-world driving conditions using PEMS, considering the emission controls for domestic heavy-duty vehicles. To provide various utilizations of the PEM, this emission test has been developed in accordance with the type of driving road, DPF, ISG, and air conditioner. This research aims to provide the fundamental materials for implementing defect confirmation tests for commercial vehicles, which are appropriate for domestic emission control situations, after studying the defect confirmation test methods for heavy-duty vehicles using PEMS.

대형디젤엔진의 대체용으로 LPG 엔진을 개발함에 있어서 차세대 연료공급방식인 LPG 연료의 액상분사방식을 채택하여 기존의 믹서방식의 연료공급시스템을 가진 LPG 엔진보다 고출력, 고효율, 저공해성을 추구하고자 하였다. 이를 위한 기초연구로서 먼저 단기통 연소엔진을 이용하여 대형엔진에 LPG 연료 적용 가능성, 액상분사 시스템을 포함한 여러 가지 연료공급방식에 따른 엔진의 성능파악, 대형엔진에 적합한 최적 선회비의 결정, 연료조성에 따른 엔진성능의 변화 등을 알아보았다. 실험결과, 대형엔진에 LPG 연료의 적용은 아무런 문제점이 없었으며 LPi 연료공급방식은 다른 방식에 비해서 10%정도의 체적효율 및 출력의 증가를 확인할 수 있었다. 최적의 선회비는 2.0 부근에서 형성되었고, 연료 조성은 프로판 대 부탄의 비율이 60 : 40에서도 정상적으로 운전됨을 확인하였다. 시제품 엔진의 경우, 과급방식의 KL6i 엔진을 개발하기 앞서 좀더 기술적 접근이 용이한 자연흡입방식의 K-1엔진의 개발이 선행되었으며 현재 개발 진행중인 K-1엔진의 성능평가 결과, 기존의 디젤엔진에 비해 출력성능이 20% 정도 향상됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 대형차량에서 중요시 생각되는 저속토크 성능이 매우 우수한 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 단기통 연소엔진에서 확인된 최적화된 연료조성과 선회비를 향후 K-1엔진에 적용할 예정이다. 최근 열린 가스학회 추계발표회와 LPG자동차세미나의 주요내용을 게재한다.

반능동 현가 시스템의 장점은 능동 및 수동 현가 시스템의 장점을 모두 갖고 있다는 것이다. 즉, 반능동 시스템은 수동 현가장치에 비해 우수한 성능을 제공하면서 대형 액츄에이터나 큰 동력 원을 필요로 하지 않는다. 지금까지는 승차감 및 조향성능을 향상시키기 위한 능동 및 반능동 현가시스템에 관한 연구가 많이 이루어졌으나, 능동 또는 반능동 현가시스템을 이용하여 대형 차량의 주행 안정성을 향상시키고, 대형차량에 의해 주로 발생하는 도로의 파손을 줄이면서 차 량의 수송능력을 향상시키는 연구는 최근에 유럽과 미국의 대형트럭 제조업체와 정부 주도로 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 그러므로 반능동 현가시스템에 의한 대형 트럭의 성능 향상 가능성 및 연구 개발도 승용차용 능동 및 반능동 현가시스템과 함께 앞으로의 주 연구 과제이다. 이글에 서는 우선 가변 댐퍼 및 반능동 현가시스템의 기본 원리를 설명하고, 반능동 현가시스템의 Bilinear Model, 제어방법에 대하여 언급한 후, 컴퓨터 모의 실험결과를 통하여 반능동 현가시 스템에 의한 차량의 동적 성능 향상을 두 가지 측면, 즉, 승용차와 대형트럭의 측면에서 언급될 것이다.

터치 디스플레이 기술이 발달함에 따라 이를 이용한 스마트 폰을 비롯한 스마트 테이블, 스마트 월 등 다양한 HW 플랫폼들이 대두되고 있다. 특히, 터치 디스플레이의 대형화가 가능해짐에 따라 이를 기반으로 다양한 서비스가 제공될 것으로 예상된다. 이를 이용하는 서비스들은 멀티 터치를 기반으로 한명 이상의 사용자 입력을 필요로 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 터치 디스플레이의 주요 입력 도구인 가상 키보드 역시 마찬가지의 요구사항이 있다. 본 논문에서는 리눅스 환경에서 차세대 윈도우즈 매니저(Wayland/Weston)을 기반으로 가상 키보드 등록, 생성 및 사용 과정에 대해 분석하고, 멀티 가상 키보드를 지원하는 윈도우 매니저를 설계 및 구현한다.

This study was conducted to investigate that affect benthic macroinvertebrates for installed erosion control works at a mountain torrential stream. The survey was carried out six times from April 2007 to October 2008 at two points where erosion control works were installed and at a control point in the upstream with no such works. Variations in the community structure and cluster of benthic macroinvertebrates and ecological water quality were analyzed in the survey. From the six times survey, the identified benthic macroinvertebrates were 6,922 individuals belonged to 27 species, 24 families, 13 orders, 6 classes and 4 phyla. As the average results of three surveyed sites, the dominant species was Gammarus sobaegensis of Amphipoda. The species diversity index(H') showed the highest as 1.47 at Site 2 of the fourth survey and the lowest as 0.24 at Site 2 of the sixth survey. The evenness Index(EI) showed the highest as 0.823 at Site 2 of the fourth survey and the lowest as 0.194 at Site 1 of the fifth survey. The richness index(RI) showed the highest as 2.794 at Site 1 of the first survey and the lowest as 0.291 at Site 2 of the sixth survey. The ecological score of benthic macroinvertebrate community(ESB) and individual of EPT-group were declined during the survey period. The functional feeding group(FFG) showed the highest SH types during the survey period.
