Design of Path Weighting Data Analysis System for Efficient Product Arrangement (효율적인 상품 배치를 위한 경로 가중치 데이터 분석 시스템 설계)

  • Commercial analysis has been used for a lot of reasons such as improving the distribution structure, operational cost savings. However, existing commercial assay system is mostly flow through the analysis of the population and the environment around the store. Therefore, in this paper, we design a path weighted data analysis system for efficient product arrangement. It is not applying the analysis method of the existing commercial sales center but the data analysis system applying the weight to the form of customers' paths in a store. In conjunction with the existing POS system, it provides effective product placement in department stores, such as supermarkets, convenience stores. To this end, a system that maximizes efficiency of product placement in stores, receiving path data, converting them into statistics data that apply the weight, and printing out them into a visualized monitering system for the manager to see was designed.

  • Since COVID19 virus has been occured, variety steps of the quarantine guidelines were enacted. In step 2.5, eating in a cafe was prohibited and only takeout was permitted, but the government has changed several rules. So now people can have a dissert or coffee in the cafe. Though the government adviced available staying time as 1 hour, it is not obeyed often except superstore, and even the management depends on handwriting. In this paper, we implemented a blockchain system to use for this case. This system is implemented with using hyperledger fabric, the blockchain framework which is made by IBM. For a test, 1 organization is in the system and chaincode is installed to the organization to run the system. We expect the certain effect to the quarantine via this system. Moreover, we will develop an application by using this system as a backend.

  • Domestic coffee franchise market in South Korea has been rapidly growing along with developing the global coffee franchises as well as entering domestic franchise companies into the beverage market. Competitions in the markets are getting more accelerated and local franchises and owner-operated coffee shops are losing their market shares gradually as a result. Local franchises and owner-operated coffee shops in Daegu, however, are notable in that they are maintaining the competitiveness in the markets. This is a unique phenomenon, which deserves to be analyzed to identify the successful attributes as a case study. Important Performance Analysis (IPA) method has been employed for analyzing and its gap(i.e., difference between importance and performance) analysis shows that the price and quantity of coffee are the most important differentiating attributes of local and owner-operated coffee franchises in Daegu.

  • This study is to investigate consumer's purchasing behavior by types of retail store and to conduct Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) to exhort adequate competitive strategy to the traditional market. The results of this study are as follows. First, the result shows that consumer spends more time and less money at the traditional market due to the difficulties of store searching by store arrangement and construction of the market. Second, this study suggest that the traditional market needs to change their competitive strategy in same level with the discount stores, the traditional market can concentrate their capability on specialization and uniqueness of their product to meet the consumer's needs. Third, according to the result on quadrant(concentrate here) of IPA, traditional market is marked on ease of refund, convenience of after service and parking facility, and cleanliness of bathroom while the discount store and the department store are marked on high credibility level and quality of product.

Analysis of Leasing Decision Determinants by the Store Size and Lend-Lease Perspectives for Mix-Used Shopping Mall Development (복합쇼핑몰 개발을 위한 매장규모 및 임대차 관점에 따른 임차인 입점결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study intends to determine the decision making criteria of leasing in mix-used shopping mall, analyze the variation of their weight by store size inside mall and lend-lease perspective for lessor and lessee towards the identification of optimal leasing environment in mix-used shopping mall development. The decision making have been identified based on the number of prior literature review and expert consultation. And the AHP methodology and Fuzzy theory have been implemented to develop the weight for criteria based on experts survey. Research finding indicates that the 2 categories with 6 criteria and 24 sub-criteria have been determined. It is noteworthy that the large sized group would be located in both ends on main floor with their requested store size; middle sized group done over second floor with low rent by attracting with both competitive brands and key-tenants; small sized group done in both ends on main floor or on 2 to 3 floor connecting to main circulation. This should be examined in the planning stage of SPA lessee solicitation by the lessor in mix-used shopping mall development project.

  • Large-scale discount stores, that were in charge of leading role up to recently, reach the limit of growth because of increasing competition, saturation of domestic market, and shortened product life-cycle. As per the limit of domestic market, large-scale discount stores are trying to various global market entry strategy and global marketing strategy like new store entry, takeover of foreign distribution chain, and global sourcing strategy. In the past, global companies of advanced country have been entering to Asian market with leading position. But, as per the rapid growth of Asian economy in the late 1980's, East Asian distribution companies like Japanese company were trying to enter the Asian market. In Asian market, starting with China, that was relatively not advanced in comparison with economic development, not only western advanced countries but also East Asian countries like Japan and Korea are entering actively for overcome their limitations of domestic market. Many of distribution companies experienced success and failure for various reason already. Korean large-scale discount stores are relatively late starters in Asian market. So, this paper purposed to review global market entry strategy of Japanese large-scale discount stores, and find out strategic implications for successful global market entry strategy of Korean large-scale discount stores.

  • In the form of B2C transaction, making an on-line order by using the website increases rapidly. An off-line order at the whole sale outlets is geometrically increasing. However, it is so true that both types of market are showing a tendency to become computerization. As to apply this type of computerized B2B transaction to this kind of large scale wholesale outlets, the most important fact to be considered is that there must have no data error. In addition to this, an accurate counting of actual stock is a precondition to decide a suitable amount of production and a timely delivery of goods. In this study, reducing elements of the risk that may create a difference In between actual stock and that in the computer, the integrated B2B ordering system is designed by taking actual cases an example in order to manage the information for a sale, which is conducted by various system in the large scale wholesale outlets such as E-mart, Carefour or the same kinds.

  • 본 논문에서는 대형 마트에서 물품 구매 시 과소비를 방지 할 수 있도록 RFID 판독기 (Reader)를 이용하여 카트에 담겨있는 물품의 가격을 수시로 계산 할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하였다. 기존에 보급되어 있던 저가의 RFID 판독기를 이용하여 매장용 검색대를 설계, 제작 하였다. 또한 상품의 정보를 내장하고 있는 RFID-태그를 읽고 그 정보와 가격을 모니터에 출력해주는 프로그램을 제작 하였다. RFID의 문제점으로 인해 생기는 인식 오류를 다양한 실험을 통해 해결 및 대안책을 제시하였다.

시판 신선편이 채소류의 유통 중 품질변화 조사

  • 신선편이 채소류의 유통 중 품질변화를 조사하고자 대형 할인 매장에서 시판중인 8종의 포장된 제품을 구입하여 4$^{\circ}C$에서 냉장저장하면서 변화를 조사하였다. 선정 품목은 양상추, 양배추, 치커리, 버섯(양송이), 연근, 우엉, 도라지, 마늘로서 총 8가지 채소류를 대상으로 하였으며, 각 시료에 따라 엽채류는 2일, 버섯, 우엉, 도라지는 3일, 마늘은 4일, 연근은 5일 간격으로 다음의 항목을 조사하였다. 중량감소율, 경도, 가용성 고형분, pH를 측정하였으며, 색의 변화는 Hunter ‘a’, ‘b’ 및 ‘L’값으로 나타내었으며 표면의 갈변도를 기계적으로 측정하기 어려운 경우 마쇄 후 여액의 흡광도(420nm)로 측정하여 나타내었다. 이와 함께 포장지 내부의 기체조성 변화 측정을 통해 호흡특성을 함께 조사하였다. 중량감소율의 경우 모든 시료가 현저히 증가하였으나 진공포장된 연근, 우엉의 경우 중량감소율이 낮았으며, 특히 우엉은 호흡률이 높아 저장 6일째에 진공이 해제되었다. 마늘과 우엉의 pH는 감소하였고, 나머지는 전체적으로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 특히 엽채류와 도라지의 O.D value의 증가와 버섯의 L value 감소가 현저하여 이 품목에서 갈변이 빠르게 진행됨을 알 수 있었다.
