사이버대학을 설립하고자 하는 많은 대학에게 보다 안정적이고 효율적인 사이버대학에 관한 프레임워크 및 모델들의 개발과 운영지침 등이 제공될 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 이런 관점에서 본 연구는 사이버대학에서 가장 핵심이 되는 사이버대학의 모델유형들을 재정리 하여보고, 단계별 발전방안도 제시해보고자 했다. 사이버대학이 성공하기 위해서는 위에서 제시한 경쟁력 있는 사이버대학 발전모형을 빠른 시일 내에 정착하여야 하며, 사이버대학에 대한 수요창출도 반드시 고려하여야 한다. 기존 대학들이 온상 속에서 고객 확보를 위한 마케팅전략의 필요성을 심각하게 고민한 경우가 많지 않았으나 사이버대학은 새로운 수요창출을 위해 많은 고민과 전략을 세워야할 것이다. 무엇보다도 사이버대학이 발전하기 위해서는 사용자위주의 사이버강의시스템을 잘 구축하고, 교수들은 사이버강의에 맞는 교안을 잘 개발하여 학구적 자유와 전문가적 기회를 증대시키며, 학생들은 능동적으로 강의에 참여하는 self-leader가 될 때 비로써 사이버대학은 에듀피아(Edupia)의 시발점이 될 것이고, 우리나라가 교육대국으로써 거듭나는 초석이 될 것이다. 본 논문은 처음 시스템을 개발하고자 하는 대학에 있어서 어떻게 사이버대학을 설립하고, 발전시켜 나갈 지에 대해 제시해주고 있다.

대학이 급변하는 환경에 적극적으로 대처하고, 경쟁력을 제고하기 위해서는 대학 시스템의 근본적인 변화가 필수적이다. 이를 위해서 대학은 기존의 교육 공급자 입장에서의 행정 위주의 운영 방식에서 탈피하여 대학 본연의 목표를 재정립하고 교육과 연구의 수월성 을 확보하여야 하며, 이 목표를 성취하기 위해 대학의 자원을 합리적으로 투입·분배하는 과 정과 방법을 설계·구현하여야 한다. 대학의 정보화는 이러한 경영혁신의 중요한 추진 도구 가 될 수 있다. 대학의 정보화는 이러한 경영혁신의 중요한 추진 도구가 될 수 있다. 본 논 문에서는 대학 본연의 목표인 교육·연구를 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 대학정보화 추진의 틀 을 제시하였고, 정보화 대상 업무 중 중점 업무를 분류·정리하였으며 정보화 추진 전략을 수립하였다. 또한, 대학정보화의 사례를 들어 구체적인 정보화 추진 과정을 소개하였다.

Previous research on university life of Chinese students studying in Korea has been conducted on students in Korea, but Chinese students have a sense of belonging and university prejudice against Korean universities, so the objectivity of research is not clear. This paper conducted a survey of the Chinese people in China and conducted a media search for attracting foreign students. Not all foreign students are proficient in Korean language. Even students who have completed more than one year of education in the Korean language institutes or passed advanced level of Test of Proficiency in Korean(TOPIK) have difficulties in everyday life and acquiring a degree. According to the results of this study, until foreign students who lack sufficient Korean language skills are able to adapt to culture and acquire information in Korea, it is desirable to prepare multilingual content services so that they can obtain academic information or daily information necessary for studying in their native language.

This paper introduces a relative comparative advantage index and a composite concentration index of university research activity in science and technology. Three hypotheses were tested regarding differences of degree of concentration based on the size of government R&D fund, location of university, and source of foundation, respectively. T-test results imply that there are significant differences of concentration based on the size of R&D fund and source of foundation, while location of university does not show a significant difference. The paper generally suggests that the lesser size of government R&D fund would lead higher level of concentration, and public funded universities tend to maintain far higher concentration ratio. The paper contributes by introducing relevant indexes for analyzing university research competence, concentration and competitiveness, and hence by proposing policy direction and implication for university competitiveness policy.

정부는 이미 차세대 성장동력 10대 과제로 디지털콘텐츠 산업을 선정, 2007년까지 세계 5대 디지털콘텐츠 강국으로 부강하겠다는 야심찬 포부를 밝혔다. 2003년 627억달러의 세계시장 규모에서 2007년 1,267억달러, 2012년 2,563억달러로 급증할 것으로 예상되면서 정부는 디지털콘텐츠 관련 분야를 집중 육성하겠다고 선언한 바 있다. 디지털콘텐츠 강국이 되기 위해서는‘사람이 경쟁력’이라는 것에 누구나 동의하고 있다. 디지털 지식경제사회가 진전할수록 뛰어난 한 사람이 평범한 1만명을 먹여 살리는 구조가 정착되고 있다. 이에 본지는‘사람’의 중요성을 일깨우고자 대학 · 기업 · 연구소 등 각계각층의 인력현황과 구조적 문제점, 그리고 나아갈 방향 등을 제시하는‘사람이 경쟁력이다’라는 주제로 지난 1월호부터 기획 연재를 진행하고 있다. 이번호에는 국내 대학에서 디지털콘텐츠 관련 동아리를 통해 꿈을 펼치고 있는 학생들을 소개한다.

본 연구는 1주기 전문대학혁신지원사업에 참여한 전문대학 중에서 주요 대학의 혁신 사업목표 및 프로그램의 주요 핵심어들을 분석하여 향후 혁신지원사업의 방향과 성관관리 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 2주기 혁신지원사업은 학령인구 급감과 사회변화에 대응하여 대학의 경쟁력을 추진하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 1주기 전문대학혁신지원사업 자율협약형 전문대학들 중 50개 대학의 사업목표 및 프로그램의 핵심어 및 연결성 등을 분석하여 워드클라우드로 제시하였다. 본 연구자는 본 연구결과에 기초하여, 각종 정부재정지원 사업 계획서를 분석하여 그들간의 중복성과 연계성 등에 대한 후속 연구를 진행할 계획이다.

This paper focuses m the measurement of increased work efficiency and competitive advantage expected from the implementation of information systems through random interactions of the organizational behavioral factors whose attributes can be changed with. Specifically, the work reported here is concerned with modeling and analyzing the interrelationships among the organizational behavioral factors which a university information system can have impact on throughout the time horizon of its implementation in terms of productivity. In addition, it is also concerned with developing a continuous simulation model to be used to assess the impact of the information system.

Today when an age of unlimited competition is being ushered in, we are witnessing a Domino phenomenon driving many companies into insolvency due to the control of IMF bailout program and national management crisis. Amid such an extreme vortex, our companies are struggling hared to survive the crisis. As it is, it is very difficult for domestic companies to invest their capitals in the development of new technologies as they did in the past. Particularly, as knowhow or information regarding new technologies or products are databased or computerized enough to allow for its easier sharing or transmission, the conventional competitive edges are being dismissed more and more. Under such circumstances, the industrial design may be the best strategy or means for domestic companies to surmount their management crisis. For an industrial design may help to create a higher added value with a shouter-term investment or effort than other types of research and development efforts. In order to realize such a higher added value of the industrial design with a shorter-term investment, it is required to establish an educational system which can continue to supply the quality design professionals armed with sense of creativity and practical applicability. Only when such an educational system has been established, our companies can afford to advance into the world markets with their unique designs produced by their professional designers. With such a basic conception in mind, this study was aimed at providing for the data useful to establishment of a scientific and systematic industrial design education system or the prerequisite for development of our industrial designs. To this end, the educational system of domestic and foreign college design departments were investigated and analyzed, while researcher's experience at a design department of Yuhan college (hereunder called 'Y' college) were used. Based on the results of investigation and analysis, marketing strategies for design departments are put forwards together with a new pedagogic method of bringing up professional industrial designers through reinforcement of the design department curriculum.

21세기 최첨단 산업의 고도화 발전으로 국민들의 생활 수준은 크게 향상되었고 대학 및 각 연구기관의 연구 노력은 국가 경쟁력 강화에 크게 기여하여 왔다. 반면 신기술 고도화에 따른 연구 실험실에서 사용되는 신물질이 갖고 있는 성분도 새로운 양상의 잠재 위험으로 내존 하게 되었다 특히 각 연구 실험실의 연구활동은 특수성을 갖고 있어 연구기관이나 기업의 장래운명에 좌우되는 시간 다툼과 기밀 유지에 폐쇄적이어서 상호정보 교류가 어려운 실정이고, 더욱이 연구원들이 갖고 있는 자부심에 비해 안전에 관한 관심도나 의식이 낮은 상태에서 연구 실험 활동이 추진되어 오고 있다.(중략)
