차세대 해안공간확보기술

  • 본고는 건설교통부의 지역특성화사업의 일환으로 진행 중인 "차세대 해안공간확보기술"에 관하여 일반 적인 사항을 설명하고자 한다. 본 과제 "차세대 해안 공간확보기술"는 2005년 06월 30일부터 2010년 07년 29일 까지 진행 예정이다. 과제의 연구를 위하여 주관기관 1개, 협동연구기관 4개, 참여기업 25개로 구성되어 있으며 총 연구비는 약 95억원이다. 2007년 3월 현재 2차년도 연구를 진행 중이다. 본 과제는 해안공간확보를 위하여 방(防) 용(用) 보(保)를 목표로 하고자 한다. 즉, 해안을 방어, 이용, 보전을 대상으로 각각의 세부과제를 분할하였다. 세부과제는 방어에 해당하는 제1세부과제인 해안저지대 방호기술, 이용에 해당하는 제2세부과제 해안매립공간 확보기술과 제3세부과제 해안 레저공간 확보 기술, 보전에 해당하는 제4세부과제 해안유지 및 확보기술로 구성되어 있다. 본 과제는 기술적 목표 외에 기반구축, 기업지원, 정책지원, 지역기여, 연계활동(홍보활동, 국제협력, 창업지원) 등의 의무적 활동을 요구하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구단은 언론을 통한 홍보, 지방정부에 대한 정책자문, 참여자 및 기술자를 대상으로 워크샵, 심포지움을 통한 교육 및 홍보, 일본 공항항만연구소와 방문 세미나개최, 요코하마국립대학 시바야마 연구실과 국제협력을 위한 양해각서 체결, 지역을 중심으로 한 "해안공간학회"설립 등을 목표로 하고 있다.

Performance Indicators Analysis and Development Plans of K University's Professional Graduate School for the Training Professionals in the Human Resources (인적자원 분야 전문인력 양성을 위한 K대 전문대학원의 성과지표 분석 및 발전방안 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is propose performance indicators analysis and development plans for K University professional graduate school for the training of human resource professionals. Specifically, the main research includes the derivation of performance indicators for K University's professional graduate school, PR plan, academic establishment plan, name change, vision proposal, and curriculum improvement plan for each major. To this end, a survey was conducted on a total of 132 current and former students of K University's professional graduate school. FGI was also conducted with 29 participants. The results of the research are as follows. In the case of key performance indicators, 15 indicators were proposed, taking into account previous research, the characteristics of professional graduate school, surveys, and FGI surveys. Promotion should be continuous, not one-time, and the advantages and benefits of the graduate school should be actively informed to target customers. The proposed name of the professional association is the Korean Association for Employment and Vocational Competency Development. It was found that operating as a convergence society and focusing on convergence research were appropriate. The names of K University's professional graduate school were HR (Human Resources), HRD, and employment and vocational competency development graduate school. As for the vision, it was suggested that a balance between identity and differentiation is needed to flexibly respond to new changes while maintaining existing strengths. As for the proposed improvement of the curriculum by major, it is proposed to reform in a stepwise and gradual manner while maintaining the existing framework to some extent rather than being radical.

A Study on the Influence of Filmmaking Factors and Promotions on the Intention of Watching Movies (영화제작요소와 프로모션이 영화 인지 및 관람의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study sought to identify the impact of scenarios, capital, manpower (directors, actors), media promotion, oral communication, and recognition on the intention of watching movies, and to present marketing and policy implications to film producers for ways to revitalize their films. Therefore, the implications of this study are as follows: First, if you watch a movie with a friend or introduce a movie, you should set up a marketing strategy to promote the movie as a oral message to the people around you through double points and free admission at the 10th movie. It will also require the promotion of the scenario to be strengthened so that people around them can recognize it naturally. Second, film production companies will have to improve the quality of their movies by readjusting the distribution of capital in the event of capital investment. In addition, the movie should be encouraged by the oral publicity that the huge amount of capital has enhanced the quality of the movie, as well as pre-experience events to help the audience recognize it. Third, filmmakers will have to choose directors and actors who can digest novel and experimental material over the director's or actor's reputation. Fourth, the movie promotion company should set up strategies to cater to visitors through a contest for ideas for promoting visitors, which can arouse interest among visitors. Fifth, movie promoters will have to set a sufficient promotional period for visitors to be aware of the film in advance. Finally, movie writers will have to create scenarios with a variety of materials that meet the needs of visitors. Also, movie officials will have to develop or create a mechanism for those who watch the movie to practice oral and cognitive skills.

A Study on the Establishment of Systematic Review Service for University Libraries in Korea (국내 대학도서관의 체계적 문헌고찰 서비스 구축 방안 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest a plan for establishing SR (systematic review, hereinafter called SR) support services in domestic university libraries through a case study of SR support services in overseas university libraries. For this purpose, a total of 119 overseas university libraries were divided into all fields (subjects and disciplines) and the medical field. And A total of 10 areas such as service fields, service subjects, public relations, librarian roles (counselors, collaborators), education, librarian introduction, team member, application form, SR theoretical content, and others were divided and investigated. As a result, the SR support service of the university libraries being investigated is expanding from the medical field to academic fields such as natural science, engineering, and social science. It was confirmed that there were differences in service support hours, services, and whether co-authors were recognized according to the role of the librarian. Educational services are provided to users for the SR support service with a focus on retrieval strategy and skills. In the promotion of the SR support service, the librarian must suggest that it should be included. The importance of SR support services for Korean university libraries should be emphasized through the analysis of SR support services for overseas university libraries, professional search education should be strengthened in the curriculum. Also Organizations related to university libraries such as KERIS have suggested that systematic SR education support is needed for librarians.

Relative importance of university promotion activities and images (대학홍보대상의 세분화 가능성에 관한 탐색적 연구 -홍보활동과 이미지를 기준으로-)

  • The objectives of this study are to examine what are the important promotion activities and images when students choose the university. In order to this research, 277 students drawn from university in pusan area are utilized and 5 hypotheses are analyzed by t-test, anova and regression analysis. The principal findings of empirical study are as follows (1) the most important promotion activities are ranked as follows 1) advice from other peoples(family and teacher are ranked highly) 2) publicity 3) university brochure 4) guide magazine for university 5) university homepage etc. Against our expectation, TV (radio) ad. transit ad. newspaper ad. are ranked lowly among the factors. (2) this study reveals that the most important university images are possibility of good job employment and future growth, confidence, ability of research and lecture, specialization of major etc. but history and tradition, scale of uni. are ranked lowly among the factors. (3) this study reveals that seven universities those are analyzed have different images. In order to achieve the more effective promotion strategy, universities may strengthen their good images and make better their weak images. I have a conviction that the findings above can be applicable for university promotion strategy.

  • 초고속정보통신 홍보부문 전담기관인 한국정보문화센터에서는 지난 1월 초고속정보통신 홍보용 CD-ROM 타이틀을 제작하여, 초고속계획과 관련된 정부/공공기관, 각급대학, 언론기관 등에 배포하였다. 이 타이틀은 초고속정보통신기반구축이라는 국가적 사업에 대해 일반 국민과 산,학,연 등 관계자들의 이해의 폭을 넓히고 다함께 참여할 수 있게 하는데 도움이 되도록 그 추진방향과 세부계획을 보여주고 있다. 그리고 국내외의 초고속정보통신망구축계획과 관련된 정보 및 가상으로 꾸며본 2005년의 '초고속 씨' 일가족의 하루일과 등을 생생한 멀티미디어 정보로 표현하고 있어 보는 이로 하여금 흥미로움을 더해주고 있다. 아울러 인터넷의 설치 및 이용, 각종정보내용 및 사이트 소개, 인터넷 검색 브라우저의 소개 및 특성 등을 초보자가 알기 쉽게 설명하고 있으며, 사용자가 혼자서 즐길 수 있는 몇종류의 재미있는 게임까지 수록하고 있어서 타이틀 제작의 세심함을 엿볼 수 있다.

A Study on the State of Webzine Publications in Korean University Libraries (대학도서관의 웹진 발행실태에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the current state of webzine publications in Korean university libraries. We assess the menu, composition and contents of various types of webzines at thirty six different Korean university libraries. Highlights of our survey include the following: 1) Most university libraries operate several different webzine sites. 2) Categories included in library webzines mainly include 'Notices', 'Academic Database Information', 'Current Books', 'Recommended Reading', 'Utilization of Information', 'Book Review', 'Tips for Using the Library', 'Special Issues', 'Service Information', 'Quiz', 'Column', 'Special Events'. 3) Of these, the most popular categories were: 'Notices', 'Service Information', 'Tips for Using the Library', 'Special Issues', and 'Recommended Reading'.

Django based ChatBot System Using KakaoTalk API (카카오톡 API를 이용한 Django 기반 챗봇 시스템)

  • In this paper, we developed a chatbot system using the Django framework using the KakaoTalk API so that college students can easily search for important information in their university. Unlike existing chatbot systems that provide only specific information, the chatbot developed in this research automatically provides search results for various types of user queries such as weather, YouTube, Naver real-time ranking search and language translation as well as important information within their own university. We developed a module using Apache, Python and Django in AWS Ubuntu server and developed a chatbot system that automatically responds to user queries by communicating with KakaoTalk server using KakaoTalk API and BeautifulSoup. The system developed in this study is expected to be applicable to the future university entrance information promotion and election promotion system.

A Study on the Wireless Internet Service of University Library (대학도서관 무선인터넷 서비스에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of the study is to suggest and measure the ways to activate the use of wireless internet services in university libraries. For this, 1 reviewed the concepts and characteristics of wireless internet and investigated both local and foreign cases on wireless internet service of university libraries, library users' usage status, and their demands. Based on the case study and survey results, I suggest the strategic consideration and active publicity of university libraries, the introduction of the services students more prefer, the development of differentiated menus from ordinary wire internet services, and the consistent financial support of the university authority.

A Correlation between the Centrality of the Hyperlinks and the Number of Visits in the Homepages of the University (대학 홈페이지 하이퍼링크 중심도와 방문자수 관계 분석)

  • 대학 내 기관별 웹페이지의 방문자 패턴을 분류하고, 하이퍼링크에 따른 네트워크 분석을 통해 방문자수와의 연관성을 연구하였다. 웹페이지 언어에 따라 영문 홈페이지는 공통적으로 낮은 방문 패턴을 보였으며, 단과대학이 개별 학과에 비해 높은 방문자수를 보였다. 웹페이지 하이퍼링크의 중심도(Centrality) 분석에서는 사이중심도(Betweenness centrality)를 정도(degree)로 정규화한 값이 방문자 수의 상한 값에 대응되는 현상이 발견되었다. 홍보효과를 위해 홈페이지 내용, 구조 설계뿐만 아니라 웹 상에 적절한 노출 전략도 도움이 됨을 알 수 있었다.
