최근 대학들은 안팎으로 많은 어려움에 직면하고 있다. 내적으로는 학령인구 감소에 따른 입학정원의 부족을 외적으로는 대학시장 개방에 따라 해외 유학생들 급증에 따른 학생유치 등의 어려움이 가중되고 있다. 이 같은 위기를 타개하기 위한 방안 중 하나로 대학들은 홍보활동을 강화하고 있다. 그 동안 대학들은 대학이미지 제고를 위해 각종매체 등을 활용하여 관계집단에게 직, 간접적으로 홍보를 확대하는 등 홍보를 대학존립을 위한 자구책의 일환으로 인식하고 다각적인 노력을 하고 있다. 이 논문은 대학에서 실시하고 있는 홍보활동에 대한 효율적 방안의 하나로서, 고교 입시생들에게 대학지원 및 선택에 직접적인 영향을 주고 있는 교사를 대상으로 하여 비교적 제작경비가 저렴하면서도 장기 누적적 효과를 줄 수 있는 홍보기념품의 하나인 다이어리에 대하여 다이어리기능과 홍보기능을 결합시킨 교사용 다이어리의 디자인 방향연구를 통해 홍보비용 및 효과를 제고시키기 위한 제안이다.

도쿄공업대학전자도서관(TDL:Titech Digital Library)은 1999년 4월에 서비스를 시작했다 TDL은 이공학 분야의 다양한 정보자원과 이용자를 명쾌하게 연결시키는 게이트웨이 기능의 실현을 목적으로 한 전자도서관 시스템이다. 본고에서는 우선 도쿄공업대학부속도서관에서 TDL의 도입 이전에 시도해 온 여러 가지 전자적 정보 서비스에 대해서 되돌아보고, 이어서 TDL 설계의 구상(Concept), 그 구상을 실현하기위한 시스템의 기본기능에 대하여 실제 서비스 전개 상황을 삽입해 가면서 설명한 후, 마지막으로 금후의 과제와 전망에 대해서 언급한다. 한국폴리텍대학 (Korea Polytechnics)은 지난 2006년 새로운 직업교육 패러다임과 미래지향적이며 역동적인 이미지, 한국을 대표하는 직업교육훈련기관이라는 개혁 의지로 새롭게 출발했다. 1968년 "중앙직업훈련원"으로 출발. 2006년 기능대학 및 직업전문학교 통폐합을 거쳐 현재 전국 35개 캠퍼스를 갖춘 대한민국 대표의 직업교육훈련기관이 되었다. 본지는 기능교육의 산실인 한국폴리텍대학의 전반적인 현황과 설비관련학과 교육현황에 대해 알아본다.

This study presented specific alternatives for the use of digital storytelling elements as college education and provided basic data for future Serious games to be more popularized and used as reference materials in various academic circles by considering the criteria for the quality evaluation of game contents, which had been pointed out as limitations of functional games. In particular, the factors to be considered were mainly in developing functional games to learn the clinical reasoning process.

본 논문에서는 RPA(Robotic Process Automation) Tool 개발 과정 중 OCR기법을 활용한 영수증 인식 후 가계부 생성에 관한 자동화 처리 과정을 기술한다. 개발된 RPA 툴은 AI분야에 사용될 데이터의 데이터 전처리 기능을 제공하고 그 외에 반복적으로 사용되는 기능들의 자동화를 제공한다. 그 중 영수증을 이용하여 가계부 작성을 자동으로 처리해주는 기능은 반복적이고 시간이 많이 소요되는 작업으로 이 기능을 활용하면 작업의 수행시간을 단축하고 효율적인 관리가 가능하다.

This study is analyzed by examining the records management systems that are built to use comfortably and manage the records of universities efficiently. This paper analyzed the current status of the records in Chonnam National University (CNU), unit task, function, and organization. As a result, CNU has 127 sections that treat 1,625 unit tasks. The unit task involved in education accounts for 85.91%. The problem is that unit tasks are not organized unequally. It can seem to include some problems in classification and analysis of work when unit tasks are even, more or less, in a particular area. Functional classification in universities are also unequally organized. In universities, functional classification in the field of administration is detailed, while functional classification in the field of research is small in quantity. A more efficient records management will be done if work and function about organization are formed appropriately.

With rapid telecommunication development, university libraries began to provide traditional services as well as web-based services. For the web-based services, university libraries should collect, arrange, and preserve all types of information resources systematically to raise users access and convenience. Therefore, university libraries should be changed into a gateway, which emphasizes electronic collection and role of the internet. That is, university libraries should be a real space as well as a virtual space having collection ability and access paradigm. This research is intended to provide improvement plans through analyzing the collected data.

세계적으로 관광시장 규모가 확대되면서 세계 경제에서 관광이 차지하는 위상 또한 높아지고 있다. 서울 관광 역시 단기간에 양적 성장을 이루었고, 외래 관광객 유치 규모 세계 7위이자 국제회의 개최 규모로는 3년 연속 세계 3위를 달성했다. 하지만 이러한 서울의 관광 산업 성장세에 비해 서울을 방문하는 외국인 관광객을 대상으로 한 모바일 애플리케이션은 한정적이며, 그마저도 사용률이 저조한 실정이다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제를 해소하기 위해 외국인을 대상으로 다양한 편의 기능을 포함한 모바일 애플리케이션을 개발하고 그 과정과 결과에 관해 서술하고 있다. 본 논문에서 서술하고 있는 모바일 애플리케이션에서는 카테고리별로 관광지, 식당, 숙박, 쇼핑 등의 정보를 제공하며 그 외에도 행사, 환율 정보와 번역, 지도, 길 찾기 기능을 제공하는 등 다양한 정보와 기능들을 하나의 애플리케이션에서 쾌적하게 이용할 수 있도록 통합 구현하였다.

Academic libraries need to support effectively cyber education which should be managed successfully. When the information materials and library services for distance learners are supported efficiently, they can maximize learning effects. This study explored the role and function of academic libraries that seek to support cyber education successfully through previous foreign studies and presented the elements of the librarian, library service, digital library, library administration and policy that academic libraries must consider to support cyber education successfully.
