As the role of universities as a civic university contributing to regional development has been emphasized, industry-academic cooperation projects are increasingly focused on quadruple helix interactions of university, government, business and civic society. Drawing upon focus group interviews, we divided place-based industry-academic cooperation projects into four different types and stages of development, according to two indicators of network participation and network strength. Although the proportion of projects that were in the early stages of development was overwhelmingly high, some universities developed a close cooperative system with the local community to enhance the effectiveness of the industry-academic cooperation projects and to implement them in an advanced stage. These findings suggest that the LINC+ project, which has been criticized for its policy effectiveness, will not only contribute to enhancing policy effectiveness through place-based projects but also enhance the role of universities as the main body of regional innovation.

대학의 위기 시대에는 기회가 동시에 오는 것이므로 전문대학 발전전략을 어떻게 수립하는 가가 생존의 열쇠이다. 본고에서는 전문대학의 직업교육혁신 방안으로서 5대 과제를 제시하고 있다. 전문대학 교육혁신의 이념적 바탕은 전문대학의 정체성 확보에 있고 이는 고등교육법에서 제시한 전문직업인의 개념의 해석에 있다. 지식기반사회 에서의 전문직업인의 정의를 확고하게 설정하고 이에따라 직업교육체제 혁신, 전문대학의 기능혁신, 전문대학 교육의 질혁신, 직업교육의 문화혁신, 전문대학 경영 혁신 등을 이루어 나갈 때 전문대학의 생존은 수요자와 사회를 위하여 가능한 것이다.

IT 기술의 발전에 따라 미래를 예측할 수 있는 빅데이터 의 중요성이 강조되고 있으며, 다양한 산업에서 이를 활용하고 있다. 이러한 빅 데이터를 분석할 수 있는 도구인 R은 통계 기반의 정보 분석을 가능하게 하는 언어와 환경이다. 대학은 최고의 학문기관으로서 시대의 발전과 요구에 따라 그에 대응하는 학과를 개설하고 유지해 왔다. 따라서 대학의 학과명을 분석하면 현 시대의 요구와 기술의 발전에 대하여 알 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 빅데이터 분석도구인 R을 이용하여 전국에 2 4년제 대학, 대학원의 학과를 분석한다. 학과 명칭을 수집하고 각 데이터를 분석하여 학과 명칭의 빈도를 조사하며 대학에 어떤 학과 명칭이 자주 사용되는지를 파악한다.

The university must open the "School Development Plan and Specialization Plan" at the university allimi. The reason for this is the Special Act on the Disclosure of Information by Educational Institutions, enacted on May 25, 2007, and the Plan for Reform of University Reform announced by the Ministry of Education on Mar 28, 2014. Therefore, we examined the similarity and standardized model of the "School Development Plan and Specialization Plan" published by a total of 137 colleges. As a result of the study, only 17(12.4%) of the college produced information in two ways(school development and specialization), and the rest were not. The school development plan presented quantitative indicators such as world number one, The characterization plan presented qualitative indicators such as human. Based on this, standardized research procedures and conception are presented.

The purpose of this study is to present the overall landscape of Comparative Education study in teacher training program at universities in Korea. The Comparative Education in Korea is relatively young without a lengthy tail on its name and still on the way of upgrading itself, however various efforts are gathering for the development of Comparative Education. With this understanding, this paper diagnoses the current status of Comparative Education in Korea by analyzing 1) the number of institutions which provide Comparative Education lectures for their teacher training program, 2) aims of Comparative Education teaching, 3) curricular and course titles, 4) teaching methods and textbooks, and 5) current issues and problems currently laid on Comparative Education in Korea designated by actual lecturers and professors who are in charge of Comparative Education lectures. The historical development of Comparative Education in Korea will be briefly presented at the beginning part of the chapter. To gauge the comparative position of Korean Comparative Education, the second half of this paper introduces the cases of Comparative Education at universities worldwide, presenting various countries' status of Comparative Education along with their developmental status. As the first research which pays an attention on the current figure of Comparative Education in Korea, it will form an impetus on why we should teach college students about comparative education and on what next step should be carried for further development of Comparative Education at universities based on the comparative understanding of other countries. Since it is in the transitional stage in terms of its development, it would be critical to have a self-analysis of the current status, which will help to lay the comprehensive understanding background for designating the future direction of its development.

Nowadays, within the paradigm shift of e-learning, MOOCs service has been expanded among a number of global leading universities and this has affected our domestic universities' e-learning to look for different possibilities and new challenges. In consideration of our domestic educational condition, it is required to contemplate how university e-learning can be changed and developed with focus on MOOCs from the perspective of convergence development. This study suggests plans for convergence development in university e-learning based on MOOCs with conceptual model. We conducted the studies on relevant literature of university e-learning and MOOCs, expert consultation, SWOT analysis, survey for those involved of e-learning centers, etc. Through this process, we developed a final plan which integrates 'open advanced education course service', 'teaching and learning curation service', 'teaching and learning practice service', 'creative teaching and instruction method development and sharing service', and 'cloud based educational platform support service', etc with the perspective of convergence development. Also we designed convergence development plan based on MOOCs. It is assumed that the result of this research provides advanced plans for development of university e-learning and the base for further discussion of introduction and application of MOOCs service in domestic university.

우리나라의 대학이 '크고 살아 있으며, 힘 있고 창조적인' 대학이 될 수 있도록 대교협은 '큰' 역할을 수행해야 한다. 공인된 질적, 전문적 대학평가 관리기구로서 대학 발전을 저해하는 정치적 세력에 대한 합법적 보호 대처기구로서 자리해야 하며, 대학의 문제를 해결하는 사회적 조정 기제로서의 역할을 수행할 수 있어야 한다. 아울러 대학 현장의 목소리를 가감 없이 경청하고 과소평가하지 않아야 할 것이다.

경제 위기와 이로 인한 긴축재정 속에서도 대학교육 개혁을 촉진하고, 대학교육의 질적 발전을 도모하며, 국가 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 한정된 자원을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 대학재정 지원정책의 수립이 절실하다. 특히 대학에 대한 재정 지원방식을 개혁할 필요가 있다. 시장모형과 수식에 대한 지원방식을 적절하게 활용할 경우, 대학재정 지원의 효과성을 극대화할 수 있다.

최근 가상현실(Virtual Reality)기술이 급격히 발전하고 있다. VR기술의 가장 큰 특징은 몰입감 증대를 통해 가상현실에서 시각적 정보를 구현한다는 것이다. 현재 군사 교육 엔터테인먼트 의료 등 매우 다양한 분야에서 콘텐츠의 개발이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 그 중 게임 산업에서 주로 활용도를 높이는 것을 배경으로 하여, 본 논문에서는 VR기술의 발전사로부터 VR구현 장비인 HMD의 기술적 발전방향 연구를 통해서 미래형 HMD디자인의 방향을 고찰하고자 한다. 탐구 이를 기반으로 향호 게임마니아의 니즈에 부합한 HMD 디자인을 제시하고자 한다.

This study aims at the development of new curricula for information security department at colleges. For this purpose, the curricula for information security of the seven colleges in Korea were first examined. Then, questionnaires from the fifteen information security companies and professors were put into place. With these results, a new curricula for the information security department was developed. A curriculum that developed in this study will also provide changes and improvements for the future curricula of information suity department at colleges in Korea.
