PURPOSE: This study evaluated an intrinsic foot strengthening exercise method for flat feet by comparing the effects of intrinsic exercises on a stable surface and intrinsic exercises on an unstable surface. METHODS: Twenty-four people with flat feet were divided into two groups. The control group performed short foot exercises and toe towel curl exercises on the stable support surface. The experimental group performed short foot exercises and toe towel curl exercises on an unstable support surface using Aerostep. The navicular drop test, and the static and dynamic balance were measured before and after the intervention. RESULTS: In the experimental and control groups, there was a significant difference in the navicular drop test and static balance before and after the intervention (p < .05). On the other hand, there was no significant difference between the two groups (p > .05). In the dynamic balance, the experimental group showed significant differences in all directions after the intervention (p < .05). The control group showed significant differences in the postero-lateral direction and posteromedial direction (p < .05). In particular, in the forward direction, the experimental group had a more significant change than the control group (p < .05). CONCLUSION: Intrinsic foot muscle strengthening exercises performed on unstable surfaces can be an effective clinical exercise method to improve the dynamic balance ability of people with flat feet.

This study try to confirm the relationship between clinical reasoning competence, critical thinking propensity, and confidence in performing core basic nursing skills among nursing students. The subjects of the study were 157 third and fourth year nursing students at D University in Daejeon, and the survey was conducted through a self-questionnaire from Nov. 2 to Nov. 15, 2022. The collected materials were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN26.0 program. The results showed the correlation between clinical reasoning competence and critical thinking propensity (r=.417, p<.001), clinical reasoning competence and core basic nursing performance confidence (r=.659, p<.001), critical thinking propensity and core basic nursing performance confidence (r=.303, p<.001). Therefore, the results of this study can be used as a basis for developing various curriculums to increase the confidence of nursing college students in performing core basic nursing techniques.

대전지부는 대한전기학회 창립이후 1965년 5월 29일 선두로 발족한 이래 올해로 22년의 전통을 자랑하는 지부로써, 초대 배상환 지부장으로부터 유해경, 신지수, 임대철, 전승구, 강명식, 이은웅, 양재면, 남정일, 박상기, 노재화 지부장을 거쳐 백영기 지부장에 이르는 동안 회원의 수만도 350명이 넘는 큰 지부로 성장하게 되었다. 우리나라 최대의 연구단지인 대덕연구단지를 중심으로 충남권 전역에 걸쳐 15개가 넘는 대학, 기업체 부설연구소등 천혜의 연구조건을 갖춘 대전지부는 산.학.연 전문가들이 고루 분포되어 있어 대한전기학회 뿐만 아니라 대전.충남지역의 전기부문 기술발전과 인재양성에 크게 공헌하고 있다.

대전산업대학교에서는 대학의 장기발전계획에 맞추어 기존건물과 조화를 이루며 대학 특성에 맞는 지식정보센터로의 기능을 발휘할 수 있도록 새로운 건축문화의 상징으로 중앙도서관을 건립코자 현상설계경기를 실시, 총 14개 작품이 응모된 가운데 신화(엔)건축(김인수+최재인)안을 당선작으로 선정, 지난 10월 20일 발표했다. 일반공개경기 방법으로 진행된 이번 설계경기의 우수작은 시원건축(박창권)안이, 가작에는 이방건축(김광출), 천일건축(한규봉), 선건축(오선교)안이 각각 선정됐다.

The purpose of this study aims to present the base for the rational management of printed music as an important primary source of music materials. In this study, therefore, the selection and acquisition, organization, user services for the management of printed music are investigated. Then the present situation for management of printed music of university libraries in Daejeon and Chungnam are surveyed. Finally, the special issues to be considered in the management of printed music are presented.
