The sharing of objects for authoring frequently occurs among participating users in a cooperative authoring system where many users can collaborate. Floor control is therefore needed not only for minimizing the race condition during object accesses but also for ensuring the exclusive use of objects. h floor is a temporary access right that is given to a participating user who wants to use a shared object. Although the floor control methods for a single session environment can be found in various literature, those methods for a multi-session environment can hardly be found. In a multi-session environment, an object can be shared by multiple sessions. As a solution to the problems due to object sharing in such an environment, this paper presents a floor control method based on the chair-of-chair guidance. This method is an extension of those based on traditional chair guidance; the chair-of-chair elected among session chairs exists in this method.

조선기자재는 선박의 건조 및 수리에 사용되는 모든 기계와 자재류를 일컫는 것으로, 선종과 규모에 따라 다소 차이가 있으나 약460여종에 이르며 선박 건조원가의 55∼65%를 차지하고 있다. 선박부품인 조선기자재는 기능별로 나누어 금속제품, 화학제품, 용접재료, 주단제품으로 구성되는 선체부, 엔진을 포함하는 추진장치와 보조기계로 대별되는 기관부, 조타, 계선, 하역, 안전장비 및 거주설비 등의 의장부 및 동력, 배선, 조명, 항해통신, 제어장치 등으로 구성되는 전기ㆍ전자부로 분류된다. 특히 최근에는 방화ㆍ방재 설비로 대표되는 안전설비를 의장부에서 별도로 분류하기도 하며, 선박의 자동화 추세에 따라 전기와 전자부분을 분리하여 분류하기도 한다.(중략)

It is necessary to construct the process automation system to improve the design efficiency and procure the higher design quality on the field of ship building. To construct this system, the shipbuilding companies should improve the 3D CAD/CAM system customized to the ship design and the software about design information management which could solve the conflict problem between the several related design division at the same time. The typical example is the Hole-plan process in the ship-building design. For the request of additional holes from outfitting division, the hull design division checks the compatibility conditions and reflects these holes to the hull panels if acceptable. if not, the requests are rejected and sent back to the outfitting division. These serial processes are not simple and require the tedious communication, discussion, and the complicated drawings. This article gives a basic introduction to the process of hole-plan system and proposes a strategy to automate its process.

본회를 비롯한 11개 축산단체로 구성된 한국축산관련단체협의회(회장 : 전동용)와 민정당 중앙위농림축산분과위원회(위원장 : 전동용)은 지난 4월 20일 "사료 및 축산기자재에 대한 부가세 영세율 적용 건의서"를 작성, 대통령, 민정당 대표위원(중앙위의장, 정책위의장), 국회 농림수산위원장, 재무위원장, 경제기획원장관, 재무부장관에게 제출했다. 이들은 건의서에서 "쇠고기 수입재개원 243개 농축수산물의 수입개방 예시 발표로 국내 축산업이 살아남기 어렵게 되었다고 밝히고, 이에 대한 보완대책의 일환으로 국내 축산업의 생존과 더 나아가 국제경쟁력 제고를 위해서 120만 양축농님의 숙원사항인 사료, 동물약품, 축산기계 등 축산기자재에 대한 부가가치세를 영세율을 적용해 줄 것을 건의했다. 다음은 건의서 전문이다.

지난해 국내 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 본격적인 육성을 위해 출범한 한국디지털콘텐츠미래포럼(이하 미래포럼)의 정기총회가 지난달 16일 서울 르네상스호텔 3층 다이아몬드룸에서 개최됐다. 이번 정기총회에는 미래포럼의 남중수(KTF 사장) 의장을 비롯해 정보통신부 최준영 정보통신정책국장, 김하진(한림대학교 교수) 명예회원, 오해석(경원대학교 부총장) 부의장 등을 포함, 국내 디지털콘텐츠 분야 대표기업의 수장들이 대거 참석해 DC분야 국내 최고 단체로서의 면모를 과시했다는 평가를 받았다. 이번 총회의 이모저모를 살펴봤다.

설비인이라면 누구나 한번쯤 보온공사 때문에 노심초사 한 기억이 있을 것이다. 보온공사는 $2\sim3$개의 공정을 거쳐야 하는 시공상의 까다로움도 있지만 인력난 시대를 맞이한 최근에는 기능인력 수급에 애로점이 많기 때문에 설비인으로서는 여간 신경을 쓰이게 하는 것. 얼마전 본 협회 회원사인 대건기업(대표$\cdot$홍종훈)이 보온공사의 이러한 결점을 보완키위해 $\ulcorner$냉난방 배관용 단열재층 보온커어버$\lrcorner$를 개발(의장, 특허출원중), 보온공사에 완벽을 기할 수 있게 됐다.

협회는 지난 5월 28일 오전 한국기술센터 16층 회의실에서 열린우리당과 벤처산업 육성을 위한 간담회를 가졌다. 이날 간담회에는 열린우리당에서 천정배 원내대표를 비롯해 홍재형 정책의장, 안병엽 제3정조위원장 등이 참석하고 벤처기업인으로는 장흥순 회장을 비롯해 변대규, 김형순, 이금룡, 안철수, 이재웅, 박성찬 등 협회 부회장단이 참석했다. 또 한국여성벤처협회 이영남 회장과 한국IT중소벤처기업연합회 고시연 회장, 벤처캐피탈협회 고정석 부회장도 자리를 함께했다. 다음은 간담회 내용을 요약한 글이다.

For safe mooring and towing between the ship and port, the equipment must be designed in accordance with the relevant international regulations. However, some small shipyards and engineering companies often do not fully comprehend the core contents. Therefore, the international regulations regarding towing and mooring equipment are reviewed and the bollard and chock are newly developed based on the Mooring Equipment Guideline 4 (MEG4) standards. A bollard is a mooring equipment used to fix a mooring rope to the hull. It has two columns and is mostly used in a figure eight pattern knots under the mooring condition. The chock, which is used to change the mooring rope direction coming into the ship from outside, is manufactured using a casting with curvature. The two mooring equipment are widely used in the stern, bow, and mid-side. Owing to the increase in the size of container vessels and LNG ships, the mooring rope load has increased and the safe working load of the mooring equipment must be revised. This study summarizes and examines the results of the allowable stress method obtained using finite element analysis modelling. To consider the mesh size effect, a reasonable criteria was suggested by referring the existing class guidance. Additionally, the safe working load was verified through nonlinear collapse analysis, and the elastic region against load increments was confirmed. Furthermore, the proposed evaluation method can be used to develop similar equipment in the near future.

최근 인공지능, 디지털 트윈, 메타버스 기반의 신규 ICT 서비스가 도입되면서 이러한 서비스에서 발생할 수 있는 프라이버시 위험의 적절한 처리는 매우 중요하게 대두되었다. 이의 대표적인 기술적 대책이 프라이버시 강화 기술의 적용이다. 이와 관련하여 개인정보보호 국제표준은 국가나 조직의 관행과 기술을 국제 표준으로 개발하여 상호 연동이 가능한 서비스를 제공하는 역할을 하며, 이로 인해 제품이나 서비스의 경쟁력을 강화하는데 활용될 수 있다. 개인정보보호 국제 표준화를 주도적으로 추진하고 있는 대표적인 국제 표준화 그룹으로는 국제표준화위원회/전기위원회 합동위원회 1/서브위원회 27/작업그룹 5 (ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27/WG 5)가 있으며, 독일 쾨테대학의 Kai Rannenberg 교수가 이 그룹의 의장을 맡고 있다. 2022년 ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27/WG 5 전자회의 이후 우리나라 주도의 국제표준은 2건 채택되었다. 차기 회의는 2023년 10월 서울에서 원격 참여가 허용된 대면회의로 개최될 예정이다. 본 고에서는 이 그룹에서 2022년 7월 이전 채택된 개인정보보호 관련 국제표준과 현재 개발 중인 주요 국제표준 동향을 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 지난 4월 SC27 WG5 회의에서 논의된 개인정보보호 관련 주요 표준화 이슈와 대응 방안을 제시한다.
