Ubiquitous computing technology provides anytime and anywhere accessibility to information, ubiquitous computing is adapted in the various field to increase efficiency of work. After looking into the trend of ubiquitous computing, case studies of information service using mobile service and RFID system in library were investigated in this paper. Library information service are providing retrieval of library OPAC and verifications of circulation and return date using mobile internet technology. In addition, various notice services using short me sage service(SMS) of mobile are available. Considering growing mobile service and RFID system advancement of related technology, more information service utilizing mobile service and RFID system should be developed in near future.

소비자의 신용 대출 규모가 점차 증가하면서 기업에서 고객의 신용 등급에 의한 정확한 고객 분류를 필요로 하고 있다 이를 위해 판별 분석과 신경망의 역전파(BP: Back Propagation)를 이용한 고객 분류 시스템이 연구되었다. 그러나, 판별 분석을 사용한 방법은 불규칙한 신용 거래의 성향을 보이는 비정규 분포의 고객 데이터의 영향으로 여러 개의 판별 함수와 판별점이 존재하여 분류 정확도가 떨어지는 단점이 있다. 신경망을 이용한 방법은 불규칙한 신용 거래의 성향을 보이는 고객 데이터에 의해서, 지역 최소점(Local Minima)에 빠져 최대의 분류 정확률을 보이는 분류자를 얻지 못하는 경우가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기존 연구의 분류 정확률을 저하시키는 단점을 해결하기 위해 SVM(Support Vector Machine)을 사용하여 고객의 신용 등급을 분류하는 방법을 제안한다. SVM은 SV(Support Vector)의 수에 의해서 학습 성능이 좌우되므로, 불규칙한 거래 성향을 보이는 고객에 대해서도 높은 차원으로의 매핑을 통하여, 효과적으로 학습시킬 수 있어 분류의 정확도를 높일 수 있다 하지만, SVM은 근사화 알고리즘(Approximation Algorithms)을 이용하므로 분류 정확도가 이론적인 성능에 미치지 못한다. 따라서, 본 논문은 점진적 앙상블 SVM을 사용하여, 기존의 고객 분류 시스템의 문제점을 해결하고 실제적으로 SVM의 분류 정확률을 높인다. 실험 결과는 점진적 앙상블 SVM을 이용한 방법의 정확성이 기존의 방법보다 높다는 것을 보여준다.

Many libraries utilize RFID tags for checking in and out of books. However, the recognition rate of this automatic process may depend on the orientation of antennas and RFID tags. Therefore we need supplemental systems to improve the recognition rate. The proposed algorithm sets up the ROI of the book existing area from the input image and then performs Canny edge detection algorithm to extract edges of books. Finally Hough line transform algorithm allows to detect the number of books from the extracted edges. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, we applied our method to 350 book images under various circumstances. We then analyzed the performance of proposed method from results using recognition and mismatch ratio. The experimental result gave us 97.1% accuracy in book counting.

Today the use of RFID is extended in medical. circulation market, manufacture, security field, etc. Besides, the book-lending and the attendance management system are on an increasing trend in the use of RFID The developed dormitory management system is composed of a support program, a room management program, a manager program, and a mobile program etc.. In the support program a student(or a manager) can see his(or all member's) entrance and exit history. The room management program decides whether a student can enter the dormitory or not and manages the use of the power after or inquiring a RFID's input tag information into database server. The manager program is able to input and modify a room state and the fixtures information in the room required to operate the room management program, to set up and retrieve a student's entrance and exit information and a room state information. The mobile program enables a manager to check student's identity whether he is in or out, and the manager can know the personal information of being out in detail.

The measure to encourage participation of ESCO business for companies with core technology may vary on the conditions of preference policy considerations. Accordingly, the three measures are can be suggested, evaluation points for incentives, loan allocated to a separate, and participation with consortium. This study recommends that the evaluation points for incentives is preferred in the ways. If the assumption that the allocation of large amounts of money, the amount of the loan allocated to a separate may be considered as suboptimal.

This system can perform efficient administration in a searching, lending and returning books. And also with this system, many styles of reading education is possible by considering properties of Elementary School. Using the system teachers and children can exchange a information about books or reading together. We organized the system to aid teachers in administration and assistance to children by joining the admittance of use, and to manage a library efficiently in consideration of understanding one another and several conditions in use of library. Besides, children can be appraised their reading process, so with the result that they will be a good reader.

ESCO란 에너지 절약회사(Energy Saving Company) 또는 에너지 서비스 회사(Energy Service Company)를 뜻하는 용어로 지난 1992년 정부에서 에너지 절약을 촉진하기 위해 정책자금을 도입하면서 등장했다. 이들 기업은 정부에서 정책자금을 빌려 공장이나 아파트 등 에너지 사용자에게 에너지 절약시설을 지어주고 에너지를 줄인양만큼 투자비를 회수해 간다. 고유가가 계속되면서 에너지절약 전문기업인 ESCO 단위 사업규모가 점차 대형화되고 있다. ESCO 투자실적은 1998년 이후 에너지절약 시설 개체 사업의 급속한 증가에 힘입어 매년 급격히 성장하고 있다. 최근에는 2천억원대의 시장규모를 가지고 2005년에는 건당 평균 9.1억원이 지원된 것으로 나타났다. 에너지관리공단 자금지원팀의 자료에 의하면 ESCO투자사업 자금지원은 1993~1998년 197건에 480억원이 지원됐으나 2005년에는 202건에 1,829억원이 지원된 것으로 나타났다. 지난 2006년 9월 말 현재 ESCO투자사업 자금지원은 106건에 1,020억원이 대출 은행에 추천된 것으로 알려졌다. 또한 에스코 사업분야가 조명기기·보일러 등 단순설비 교체에서 열병합발전소·냉난방설비, 공정개선 및 폐열회수 등 복합설비 쪽으로 확대되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 에너지 소비가 큰 화학 철강 제지 등 산업체, 대형병원, 산업단지 등이 새 에너지 절감 시스템을 도입하면 에너지 효율성 개선에 효과적인 사업이다. 본지는 지난호에 ESCO사업 현황과 투자사례를 게재하고, 이번호에는 ESCO사업 지원시책과 외국의 ESCO활동 현황 및 국내의 ESCO 투자사례를 게재할 계획이다.

기술거래 시장의 활성화에 대한 연구개발서비스 분야 종사자들의 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 특히 공공 및 민간 분야의 휴면 기술(특허)에 대한 이전 거래를 통해 불필요한 특허유지 비용을 줄이고 부가적인 기술료 창출 효과를 거둘 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재까지 기술이전(거래), 현물출자, 기술금융(융자, 담보대출) 등 다양한 목적으로 실무에서 활용되어 온 기술가치평가 모형의 한계점을 고민해 보고, 이에 대한 개선방안으로서 몬테카를로 최소자승법 기반의 확률론적 가치평가 모형을 제시한다. 기존의 가치평가 모형은 평가산출을 위한 입력변수의 확정적 값들에 기반하여 가치액이 산출되었으나, 대표적 기법인 현금흐름 할인법이나 로열티공제법의 경우 미래의 수익예상기간, 예상매출액 등에서는 불확실성(uncertainty)가 내재되어 있다. 따라서 특정 분포(distribution)에 대한 확률론적 가능성을 가정하고 이에 대한 수학적 최적화 논리로부터 몬테카를로 최소자승 관게에 의한 변수결정 및 가치평가액 산정을 할 수 있는 평가모듈을 개발한다. 향후 연구에서는 기 평가된 사례결과를 딥러닝(deep learning) 방식으로 학습하여, 발생가능성 높은 각 변수값의 범위들을 산출하고 이로부터 기술가치 범위를 추론하는 시스템을 개발하는 것도 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

The Kakao bank can be conveniently used if there are only smartphones, identity cards, and bank accounts. However, a few days before the inauguration of Kakao Bank, the company opened an account for receiving loans from other people. In order to avoid such cases, the financial transactions will be detected if the SDS is withdrawn at a short interval of time. The detection system of FDS has four functions which are monitoring and auditing, collection, analysis, and response. There are security problems of the cocoa banks in various directions.
