Path Generation of Mobile Robots Using Clothoid Curves (클롯호이드 곡선을 이용한 이동로봇트의 경로제작)

  • 이 논문에서는 이동로보트가 주행하기 쉬운 경로의 조건을 간단히 보인 후, 이러한 경로를 제작하는 방법을 제시하였다. 과거의 제작방법들은 대체적으로 주어진 점들을 직선으로 연결한 수 모서리를 원호, 클롯호이드 곡선 등으로 모서리 안쪽으로 곡선화하였다. 이 논문에서 제시된 방법은 두 단계로 되어있는데, 먼저 주어진 연속의 점들을 연속의 포우스쳐들로 바꾼 후, 이 포우스쳐들을 클롯호이드 곡선으로 연결한다. 클롯호이드 곡선의 특성상, 생성된 경로는 점선각, 곡률까지 연속적이며 곡률은 구분적으로 선형이며, 이 외에, 과거의 경로는 주어진 점들의 모서리 안쪽을 지나는 것에 비하여, 주어진 점들을 부드럽게 바깥쪽으로부터 통과하는데, 이것은 장애물들이 경로의 모서리의 안쪽에 있는 것을 생각하면 매우 유용한 점이다.

Gnawing and Escaping Behaviors of Monochamus alternatus (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae) in a Confined Environment: Suggesting a Bioassay Method of Netting for Adult Escape Prevention (인위적 구속환경에서 솔수염하늘소의 쏠기와 탈출행동: 성충탈출 방지용 그물망의 생물검정법 제안)

  • The Japanese pine sawyer, Monochamus alternatus Hope, is a representative vector of the pine wood nematode, Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, which causes wilting symptoms in pine trees. A control method using a net has been introduced, which is an alternative method to the fumigation for the control of dead pine trees by pine wilt disease. This study was carried out to investigate the factors that induce gnawing and escaping behaviors of M. alternatus. The behaviors were examined after M. alternatus adult was placed in a confined space at different temperatures. M. alternatus adults could escape through mesh net torn by gnawing when they were confined in a space of 30 mm or less in diameter. The success rate of escape was high at 20 to $30^{\circ}C$, and no adults escaped at $15^{\circ}C$. The enticement of M. alternatus adults by food didn't affect the success rate of escape. In the case of not being confined in a narrow space, the escaping hole could not be formed because the gnawing was not concentrated on one part. M. alternatus moved its body in a narrow space using the tarsus of middle and hind legs, and made an escape hole by concentrically gnawing the obstacle on the front side with mandible, and showed a behavior of getting out while supporting the body by supporting the front legs. The present results will be able to use as an important basic information for evaluating the performance of mesh net which confines M. alternatus adults and suggested by alternative method to fumigation technology.

  • In this paper, a blind person using a white cane as an adjunct of the things available sensing technology has been implemented. Sensing technology to implement things ultrasonic sensors and a webcam was used to process the data from the server computer. Ultrasonic sensors detect objects within 4meter people distinguish between those things that if the results based on the results will sound off. In this study, ultrasonic sensors, object recognition and human perception with the introduction of techniques and technologies developed for detecting objects in the lives of the visually impaired is expected to be greater usability.

  • Effects of sera from several fish species on monolayer formation, viability and functions of catfish hepatocytes were investigated to establish a primary hepatocyte culture system for screening endocrine disruptors. Hepatocytes of Korean catfish (Silurus asotus) were attached and formed monolayer using the media supplemented with their own serum or sera from eel and tilapia, but not with fetal bovine serum (FBS). The amount of fish sera (0.5~3%) for monolayer culture of the catfish hepatocytes was less than 1/10 of FBS (5~20%) that is commonly used for primary culture of hepatocytes of other species. The results indicate that FBS can be replaced with sera from some fish species and the fish sera are more effective than FBS in maintaining the shape and functions of the hepatocytes. The primary culture of catfish hepatocytes was maintained monolayer with fish sera for at least 10 days, which makes possible to be used for screening the activities of endocrine disruptors. In conclusion, the primary culture system of hepatocytes with fish sera in the present study could be a useful tool for screening and studying endocrine disruptors.

  • New infectious diseases such as MERS have been in need of many measures such as initial discovery, isolation, and crisis response. In addition, the culture of hospitals is changing, such as the general public 's visiting and Nursing Care Integration Services. However, as the qualifications and regulations of medical personnel in hospitals become rigid, overseas such as linens, wastes movements are replacing possible works with robots. we have developed a hospital logistics robot that can carry out various goods delivery within a hospital, and can move various kinds of objects safely to a desired location. In this thesis, we have studied a hospital logistics robot that can carry out various kinds of goods delivery within the hospital, and can move various kinds of objects such as waste, and linen safely to a desired location. The movement of a robot in a hospital may cause a collision between a person and an object, so that the collision must be prevented. In order to prevent collision, it is necessary to recognize whether or not an object exists in the movement path of the robot. And if there is an object, it should recognize whether it moves or not. In order to recognize human beings and objects, we recognize the person with face/body recognition technology and generate the context awareness of the object using 3D Vision image segmentation technology. We use the generated information to create a map that considers objects and person in the robot moving range. Thus, the robot can be operated safely and efficiently.

  • 염료감응 태양전지(dye-sensitized solar cells, DSSCs)는 식물의 광합성원리와 매우 유사한 작동원리를 갖고 있는 전지이며, 간단한 구조, 저렴한 제조단가, 친환경성 등의 등의 장점으로 인하여 많은 관심을 모으고 있다. 이러한 염료감응 태양전지는 빛을 받아들인 염료분자가 전자-홀 쌍을 생성하며 전자는 반도체 산화물을 통해 이동되고 전해질의 산화환원 과정을 통해 염료 분자가 다시 환원되는 순환메커니즘을 따르고 있다. 일반적으로 염료감응 태양전지는 밴드 갭 에너지가 큰 반도체 산화물을 포함하는 작업전극, 산화환원 반응을 통해 전자를 염료로 보내는 전해질, 환원 촉매역할을 하는 상대전극으로 구성되어 있다. 특히, 상대전극으로는 우수한 촉매특성과 높은 전도성을 갖는 백금이 가장 많이 이용되고 있지만 가격이 비싸고 요오드에 취약하기 때문에 상용화에 큰 장애물이다. 따라서, 백금을 대체하기 위해 저가의 탄소나 고분자에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있고, 그 중 탄소나노섬유(carbon nanofiber, CNFs)는 높은 표면적과 뛰어난 화학적 안정성으로 촉매효율을 증대시킬 수 있어 촉매물질로서 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 상대전극에 탄소나노섬유기반 복합체를 합성하였고, 성공적으로 저가격 및 고성능의 염료감응 태양전지를 제작하였다. 이때, 지지체인 탄소나노섬유는 전기방사법을 통해 합성하였으며, 수열합성법을 이용하여 금속산화물을 담지하였다. 이렇게 제작된 탄소나노섬유-Fe2O3 복합체는 scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, 그리고 X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy 통해 구조적, 화학적 특성을 평가하였으며 전기화학적 특성 및 광전변환 효율을 분석하기 위해 cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, 그리고 solar simulator를 사용하였다. 본 학회에서 위와 관련된 더 자세한 사항에 대해 논의할 것이다.

  • The potential of biodiesel production technology using lipids extracted from sewage sludge was investigated. Despite the bright prospect of biodiesel production, efforts to commercialize it have been very limited. One of the major obstacles has been the high price associated with refined oil feedstock, which makes up nearly 70-75% of the total production costs. Hence, in order to reduce the cost of biodiesel production, using cheaper feedstock such as waste oil or low-quality oil has been proposed. Especially, sewage sludge, a relatively inexpensive feedstock, is a promising raw material for such a purpose. In this study, it is aimed to review biodiesel production technology from sewage sludge as a lipid feedstock. It is process modifications to combine the oil extraction steps, fuel conversion steps (i.e. in situ transesterification, thermo-chemical process with non-catalytic heterogeneous biodiesel production) and fuel quality from sewage sludge.

  • 국내에서의 범람홍수 및 범람으로 인한 제방붕괴 특성은 그 해석상의 어려움으로 인해 주로 과거 범람상황 및 지형도를 통한 경험적 추정 등에 의존해 오고 있는 실정으로 정교한 물리학적 이론에 근거하지 못하였으므로 범람홍수량, 제방의 붕괴폭 등을 정확하게 예측하기에는 미흡한 점이 많았다. 도시하천과 같이 제방 인접한 곳에 주거, 산업시설 등이 밀집하고 있는 지역에서의 제방붕괴로 인한 홍수류의 범람은 막대한 인명 및 재산피해를 발생시키는 큰 재해가 될 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해서 홍수시 제방월류로 인한 제방붕괴 양상을 예측하고 이를 통해 범람유량의 정확한 예측을 통하여 도시하천 제방 계획시 홍수피해와 투자액을 감안한 경제적인 하천 제방단면 결정을 위한 기본자료로 활용될 수 있고, 도시 중요시설물의 입지 선정시 홍수피해에 대한 판단자료로 이용될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서 개발된 모형을 이용하여 Teton 댐, Mantaro landslide 댐, Spirit Lake 장애물 댐 등에 적용하여 개발된 모형의 정확성을 입증하였다. 적용결과 개발된 모형은 기존의 모형과 같은 결과를 나타내어 국내 계산환경에 적용가능함을 보여 앞으로 이용가능성이 큰것을 알 수 있었다. 적용결과 파이핑의 발생위치의 영향은 대체로 파이핑의 위치가 제체의 윗부분에 위치할수록 최대 유출량은 커지는 것으로 나타났으나 Lawn Lake 댐의 경우에는 사면의 식생의 영향으로 다른 결과를 나타내었다. 점착력은 경우에는 점착력이 클수록 유출량의 크기는 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며 마찰각은 최대 붕괴폭의 크기 및 발생시간, 댐의 높이와 폭, 저수용량 등과 유출량이 연관있어 좀 더 많은 계산결과를 이용하여 심도있는 고찰이 요구되었다. 입자의 중간크기, 공극률, 균일성의 경우 적용된 댐들 모두 유사한 결과를 나타내었고 변수들이 커질수록 유출량도 증가하였다. 댐 사면 경사의 경우에는 상,하류 사면 모두 경사가 완만할수록 유출량이 감소하였다. 위의 결과를 통해 개발된 제방붕괴 해석모형은 좀 더 많은 연구와 적용을 통해 개선과 검증이 이루어진다면 국내 제방붕괴해석에 필요한 해석모형이 될 수 있다고 판단되었다.

  • The current Inn technique is many problems that is permission of radio station using RF Wireless Modem, that is influence of geographic obstacle using radio wave, that is frequency interference, that is finiteness of frequency resources. In this paper, we are solved many elements, IM replaces RF Wireless Modem, we suggest transmission technique of correction message using mobile phone, we researched Interface Module development which is linkage of DGPS receiver and mobile phone. IM can transmit correction message passing RS-232 port and modem communication control. IM of base station is initialized RS-232 port and modem to move station for correction message transmission, IM waited response mode. IM of move station is initialized RS-232 port and modem, IM requests hand shaking to base station, completed connection establishment. Users are worked Differential surveying using receiving correction message between mobile phones.

  • Marine accidents do not correspond with another accidents because of a serious loss of lives and property. The many marine accidents can be attributed to human error like as carelessness and decision faults, and hence there is a strong need for decision-support tools for marine navigation. Much of researchers have introduced the techniques about the tools, but they hardly consider environmental factors (water depth, the width of waterway, a fishing ground, a current, the number of surrounding marine accidents, marine obstacles, etc), which are very important to the decision making of officers. In a previous research, we proposed the conceptual model of environmental risk assessment of ship navigation using fuzzy. This paper describes the detailed design of the environmental factors based on the opinion of navigation experts, and shows the validity of the conceptual model through a prototype system.
