Rail transportation system are needed to develop proper corresponds to satisfy various demands in freight transportation since there are many problems in rail transportation infrastructure and operation. This paper analyzes characteristics of rail transportation consumers and develops policy for vitality of rail transportation by survey of rail transportation consumers and AHP methodology. This paper is organized as follows. Section 1 presents the description of the objective and the methods for this study. Section 2 presents the description of the methods for analysis of characteristics of consumers of rail freight transportation. Section 3 presents the characteristics of rail transportation consumers by analysis the survey results of rail transportation consumers. Section 4 summarizes our conclusions and discusses further research topics.

현재까지 USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network)이라 통칭되어지는 센서망은 불특정 공간에 배포된 무선방식의 센서노드를 통해 유선방식의 센서 인프라를 대체하려는 기술 지향적 및 공급자중심의 구성을 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 기존의 공급자 위주의 기술지향적인 제한적 구성에서 벗어나, u-City에서 제공하고자 하는 서비스들의 목적과 서비스 대상의 요구사항분석을 기반으로 성능, 품질, 비용 등을 고려하도록 다양한 기술들을 융 복합하여 서비스를 제공하는 하이브리드 센서망의 제안을 위한 선행 연구 결과이다. 우선, 센서망과 u-City 서비스와의 관계에 대해 서술한 후, 기존 센서망에 대한 조사, 분석 결과 및 문제점, 그리고 선진국에서의 하이브리드 센서망 적용 사례와 시사점에 대해 논의하도록 한다.

기존 지능망 서비스들이 포화 상태에 이르게 됨에 따라 수익이 나는 새로운 서비스를 개발하는 것이 점점 더 어려워지고 있다. 요즈음 전통적인 전화망과 인터넷의 결합이 새로운 경향으로 나타나고 있다. PC와 같은 인터넷 단말은 전화망의 전통적인 단말보다 저장 장치 및 유저 인터페이스 면에서 더욱 더 강력한 능력을 가지고 있다. IT 개발자들은 전화 분야의 전문 지식을 갖고 있지 않아도 Parlay API를 사용하면 새로운 통신 서비스를 쉽게 만들수 있다. HTTP 상의 SOAP을 사용하여 쉽게 두 컴퓨터 노드간의 통신이 가능하게 할 수 있더라도 일반적인 개발자는 현란한 XML 포맷 때문에 SOAP 메시지를 처리하는데 어려움을 느낀다. REST 기반 API는 이러한 것의 좋은 대체재가 될 수 있는데, 추가적인 프로토콜 층이 없이 HTTP 층만 있기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 통화 및 메시징 서비스를 만들기 위한 REST 기반의 Open APl 를 소개한다. 제안되는 API는 클릭투콜, 미니 컨퍼런스, 통화 녹음, 주문형 오디오 재생, 단문 메시징 및 음성 메시징 기능을 제공한다. 제안되는 API 특징은 전화망과 인터넷의 컨버전스의 강력함을 보여준다.

현재의 메타버스 서비스는 메타버스 학술대회, 메타버스 입학식 등과 같이 단순히 실제 세계의 대체품 역할만을 수행하고 있으며 앞으로의 메타버스는 실제 세계와 가상 세계가 융합된 실·가상 융합형 메타버스 서비스로 발전할 것이다. 실제 세계와 가상 세계가 융합하기 위해서는 실제 세계에 존재하는 다양한 물리적 개체의 정보가 가상 세계로 반영되어야 하며 메타버스 서비스의 규모가 증가함에 따라 높은 확장성을 지원하는 통신 기술이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 높은 확장성의 통신 미들웨어인 DDS와 시간 확정적 전송을 보장하는 TSN 표준을 융합하여 메타버스 서비스가 요구하는 방대한 데이터를 시간 확정적으로 전송할 수 있는 DDS-TSN 계층 구조를 설계한다.

네트워크 기능 가상화와 소프트웨어 정의 네트워킹의 융합은 현재의 네트워크를 대체할 새로운 매커니즘으로써 대두되고 있다. 특히 서비스 기능 체인은 네트워크에 유연성을 효율적으로 부여할 수 있다는 장점으로 인해 부각되고 있다. 그러나 서비스 기능 체인은 그 특유의 체인형 구조로 인해 생존성에 큰 약점을 갖고 있기도 하다. 이에 기존 방법들은 별도의 백업 가상 네트워크 기능을 배치하는데, 이는 자원 효율적이지 못하다. 본 논문에서는 추가적인 백업 가상 네트워크 기능 배치 없이 서비스 기능 체인의 생존성을 보장하는 백업 시스템을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the service awareness perceived by 25 groups using animal-assisted intervention(AAI). Data collected were analyzed for variables on the effectiveness of AAI by using SPSS Win 25.0 statistical program. The study findings showed that AAI service is very effective for psychological meaning in both expecting purpose before and substantive effect after using AAI. They were satisfied with AAI generally, particularly in terms of participant engagement and differentiated services. Also, they perceived that the cost of AAI service is generally appropriate in consideration of activities with animals and satisfaction of participants but a bit expensive compared to other programs. Also, it was found that the value and the possibility of public expansion of AAI are very high and that the immersion and professionalism of the participants affect the effectiveness of AAI. The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to develop programs and verify effectiveness as a psychotherapy technique and are expected to be useful as basic data for establishing and developing a quality service of AAI.

This study figured out how could mobile contents quality factors, such as usefulness, accuracy, timeliness, entertaining, economic, security etc., affect satisfaction by user individuality using empirical analysis with an aim of finding difference in content quality factors which have an influence on mobile contents satisfaction by user characteristics in integrated view systemically. The result of analysis shows that usefulness has an influence on satisfaction in principle regardless of user characteristics. This study discovered that both of usefulness and entertaining are significant to satisfaction in the groups with high-user individuality. On the other hand, in the groups with low-user individuality both of usefulness and accuracy affect satisfaction. Findings show that contents preference can be different based on user characteristics. Implications are discussed and limitations are proposed based on empirical analysis.

The purpose of this study was to assess the economic value of the National Assembly Library service utility, and to enhance the users' perception and the stakeholder's supports for the library services. For those purposes, this study applied the measurement methods of time value, replacement service value, and WTP of the three user groups: inside members, outside users, and institutional members of the Library. The replacement service value as annual time valuation was measured 1,948.2 million won by inside members, and 417.057.5 million won by outside users, that was approximately 10 times of the total budget of the year 2015. Also, WTP were measured as 8,528.3 million won by inside member, 33,272.4 million won by outside users, 924 million won by institutional members. This shows 77% of the use value were from outside users. The BC ratio was 1:1.04 in 2015.

As social network service becomes common, the consumers use many discount coupons with which they can purchase goods via social commerce. Although, the quantities of coupons offered from social commerce are currently on the sharp increase, customized coupon service that reflects user preference is not offered. This paper proposes a coupon service method reflecting user's subjective inclination targeting food coupons to offer customized coupon service for social commerce. Towards this end, this paper conducts hierarchization of the factors that become standard in selecting coupons including food types, food prices, discount rates and the number of buyers. And then, this study classifies, extracts and offers the coupons using Fuzzy-AHP, a decision making support method that reflects subjective inclination. From the user satisfaction results on the extracted coupons, the users are generally satisfied: very satisfactory with 45%, satisfactory with 33% and fair with 22%, and there was no experiment participant, who was dissatisfied.

현재 인터넷은 음성을 포함한 실시간 정보의 제공을 기반으로 정보에 대한 욕구를 충족시키고 있으며, 이러한 인터넷의 실시간을 바탕으로 사용자는 새로운 서비스에 대한 요구를 창출하게 되었고, 저렴한 인터넷을 이용하여 Public Switched Telephone Network(PSTN)과 같은 기존 통신망을 대체하는 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol)는 이러한 요구에 부흥하는 인터넷의 대표적인 서비스로 등장하고 있으며, MGCP, SIP 그리고 H.323 같은 프로토콜을 기반으로 VoIP 서비스를 위한 다각적인 접근과 연구가 진행 중이다. 본 연구는 VoIP 서비스를 위한 여러 프로토콜 중 IETF가 주관하고 있는 MGCP(Media Gateway Control Protocol) 스팩에 따라 MGCP를 구현하였으며, 댁내 서비스를 위한 인터넷에서의 VoIP 신뢰성을 보장하는 방안으로 기존 PSTN망을 백업형태로 지원하는 방안을 연구하여 특정 번호는 Call Agent(CA)와 MGCP 프로토콜로 통신하지 않고 임의 변경 없이 자동으로 기존 망으로의 발신이 가능한 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.
