21세기를 대비한 전기인의 자세는 세계적으로 심화되고 있는 기술경쟁 시대에 대처하여, 각자가 종사하고 있는 기술경쟁 시대에 대처하여, 각자가 종사하고 있는 기술분야에 대한 세계적인 전문가가 되어 우리 땅에 그 기술의 뿌리를 내려야 하겠다는 [국가미래를 선도하는 기술자]로서의 마음가짐이 중요하며, 아울러, 학계, 산업계, 연구계가 각각 맡은 영역에서 최선을 다해야 함은 물론, 국가가 당면하고 있는 산업기술의 개발과 기술자립에 보다 많은 관심을 가지고 이를 위한 실질적인 산학연 협동관계, 즉, 기술이전의 연결고리가 보다 튼튼해 질때, 기술의 선진화와 21세기 선진국 진입이라는 국가적 목표 달성이 가능할 것이다.

This study was conducted to investigate the mediating effects of coping on the impact of life stress on depression, subjective well-being and psychological well-being in nursing students. Self-report questionnaires were used to collect data from 147 nursing students. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient and hierarchical multiple regression. Nursing students who had a higher level of depression had a higher level of life stress, as well as a higher frequency of avoidance coping. Conversely, those who had a higher level of subjective well-being and psychological well-being had a lower level of life stress, as well as a lower frequency of avoidance coping. There were also significant positive correlations between psychological well-being and problem solving coping. The results showed that avoidance coping partially mediated the effects of life stress on depression, subjective well-being and psychological well-being. The results suggest that it is necessary to offer stress management programs to reduce avoidance coping, with additional consideration of life stress and coping strategies, to prevent depression and improve well-being among nursing students.

최근에는 이동환경에서의 고속 위성통신 서비스에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있는 추세이며, 이러한 요구를 만족시키기 위해 유럽 및 북미지역에서는 지난 수년간 Ku대역을 활용한 고속이동체 대상의 이동형 위성통신 시스템 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 이동형 위성통신 시스템은 수십 Kbps 정도의 전송속도를 제공하기 때문에 고속열차와 같이 다수의 그룹 사용자들을 대상으로 한 위성 인터넷 및 방송서비스 제공에 한계가 있다. 또한, 철도 운행구간에서 발생하는 N-LOS 환경에 대처하는 기술의 부재로 서비스 가용도가 크게 저하된다. 본 논문에서는 고속열차 승객을 대상으로 위성무선연동 전송기술을 이용하여 지상무선망과 동일한 수준의 끊김 없는 인터넷 서비스 및 위성방송 서비스를 제공하기 위한 이동형 광대역 위성 접속 시스템에 대해 기술한다. 고속열차를 대상으로 이러한 서비스 제공을 위해서는 터널이나 역사(Railway Station)와 같은 N-LOS 환경에 대한 대처기술이 필요하며, LOS 환경에서도 철로상의 신호열화 현상에 대한 극복기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 고속열차를 대상으로 한 이동형 위성통신 서비스에 대한 국내외 연구개발 동향 및 국제 표준화 동향에 대해 기술한다.

Recently, as education on the use of smart devices increases, there are many side effects such as dependence on smart devices, addiction, and decline of learning effects. This study analyzed the structural relationship between stress and stress coping to understand why dependence on smart devices occurs. Structural equation modeling using Amos was performed to verify the hypothesis. First, it was found that the higher the perceived stress of university students, the higher the stress coping. Second, the higher the active coping, the lower the dependence on smart devices, and the higher the passive coping, the higher the dependence. Third, it was found that there was a difference in the structural relationship according to mindfulness.

인터넷은 사회 경제적 상호작용을 위한 기본적인 인프라가 되어 사람들에게 많은 혜택을 주는 반면 여러 가지 다양한 위험들을 가져왔다. 또한 인터넷을 사용하는 어린이의 수가 증가하고, 그 연령이 더 어려지면서 어린이를 온라인상에서 보호하는 것은 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 온라인상에서 미성년자를 보호하기 위한 기술적인 대처 방안에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. COP의 다양한 기술들을 활용하여 어린이들을 위험으로부터 벗어나게 할 수 있으며(filtering technologies), 특정한 사이트에 어린이를 접근하지 못하게 하고(age or identity verification systems), 인터넷 상에 어린이들을 안전하게 할 수 있는 안전지대(walled garden)를 만들 수 있다. 이러한 기술적인 대처 방안들은 여러 기술들을 조합하여 사용해야 그 효과성을 높일 수 있으며, 특히 미성년자들의 개인정보 보안을 고려하여 균형적으로 사용해야 한다. 이외에도 COP에서 기술적인 대처방안의 발전적인 개발을 위해서는 보안기술 사이에 정보를 공유할 수 있는 표준이 개발되어야 하며, 보호 기술의 장점 및 기능을 파악할 수 있는 표준 성능 인자의 개발이 필요하다.

Anger cause heart disease and domestic violence and recently there have been an increasing number of media reports of crimes committed because of their inability to control their anger. Anger has been reported to cause massive financial losses due to heart disease and domestic violence. Therefore, since anger raises serious social problems and social costs, it is necessary to take active intervention methods to alleviate inappropriate anger coping. A variety of methods such as cognitive and emotional approach, psycho-mechanical approach, psycho-educational approach, relaxation therapy, cognitive behavior-art therapy, and stress immunization are being explored and utilized for presenting effective anger-coping intervention alternatives. In this manner, information and communication technology is likely to be used as an effective means for this, and various researches are being conducted. The purpose of this study is to develop an anger coping service technology using ICT (Information & Communication Technology) technology as an effort to improve anger coping ability. In other words, the goal is to develop a technology that delays anger and evokes the surroundings by providing location-based services to recognize anger situations and facilitate anger. This research is about the technology which intervene directly the anger situation to resolve it using location information and introduce the base technology to realize it.

지난 연말 UR의 타결로 국내 건설시장이 올해부터 외국업체에 문호를 개방하게 되었으며, 이와 관련해서 96년부터는 건축설계 분야도 외국 건축사가 국내 건축사와 공동계약할 경우 개방이 불가피한 실정이다. 그야말로 국제화ㆍ개방화 시대를 맞이해야 하는 우리 건축사 회원은 부단한 새 기술개발을 통해 국제경쟁력을 키우고, 그에 따른 대처방안을 모색해야 할 절대절명한 시점에 와 있다고 하겠다. 이에 따라 본지에서는 국제환경변화에 적극 대응하고, 국내 건축계의 변화에 능동적으로 대처하기 위해 "건축설계 시장 개방에 따른 우리 건축계의 현실과 대처방안"이란 제목으로 대화의 장을 마련하여 특집으로 다루고자 한다.
