There are many systematic approaches to manage Interlibrary loan (ILL) efficiently. In this paper, we propose an operating method reducing user-waiting in ILL. Users are usually informed to wait around two to three days in a regional ILL service. The reason of the waiting is that there is inefficiency in running material-delivery vehicles. A mixed integer programming is employed to resolve this issue. It provides an optimal vehicle-route maximizing material-deliveries subject to time availability. We used an actual data of a regional ILL system to provide optimal vehicle routes under different time settings.

본 논문에서는 철도차량의 능동조향시스템 연구를 위한 축소 조향대차의 장애물 검지시스템 구축에 대여 연구하였다. 철도차량에서 능동조향이란 곡선부 주행 시 차륜/레일 접촉에 의한 승차감 저하 및 차륜/레일의 마모와 소음을 줄이고, 고속주행을 위한 조향성능 및 주행안정성을 확보하기 위한 휠셋의 제어기술이다. 따라서 논문에서는 조향제어전략 및 제어기법을 연구하기 위한 축소 차량모델(견인대차와 조향대차로 구성)의 개발과정으로서 자동운전을 위한 장애물 검지시스템에 대한 연구를 수행하였으며 주행실험을 통해 그 성능을 검증하였다.

자재나 반제품의 이동시에 자주 사용되는 대차는, 동력이 필요없으면서도 협소하고 복잡한 통로를 신속하고 손쉽게 왕래할 수 있다는 장점 때문에 작업현장에서 빈번히 행해지고 있지만, 여러 공급업체에서 납품된 형태 그대로 이용되고 있어 그 규격이나 형태도 제 각각이다. 작업자들의 신체조건이 고려되지 않은 대차는 작업자들로 하여감 무리한 작업자세나 동작을 유발시키거나, 심한 경우 요통재해를 발생시킬 수 도 있다. 또한 시야가 확보되지 못할 정도로 큰 대차와 부적합한 통로로 인하여 충돌사고의 위험성도 있다. (중략)

대학 도서관에서 전체 장서구입비 중 국외 학술잡지 구입비가 1995년을 기점으로 단행본 구입비를 앞서기 시작했다. 이같은 시점에서 대학 도서관은 효율적인 상호대차를 구축.도모하지 않으면 안된다. 대학 도서관이 어떤 형태의 발전 경로를 밟든지 간에 효율적인 상호대차를 전제해 놓지 않으면 매년 증가되는 국외 학술잡지의 중복 구입은 피할 수 없고, 보다 많은 종수의 국외 학술잡지를 국내에서 확보하려는 의지는 좌절될 것이다. 효율적인 상호대차로 도서관 협력망을 형성한 후에 선진국처럼 주제중점 도서관을 정할 수 있을 것이다.

The lock-in thermography was employed to evaluate the integrity of railway bogies. Prior to the actual application on railway bogies, in order to assess the detectability of known flaws, the calibration reference panel was prepared with various dimensions of artificial flaws. The panel was composed of structural steel, which was the same material with actual bogies. Through lock-in thermography evaluation, the optimal frequency of heat source was determined for the best flaw detection. Based on the defects information, the actual defect assessments on railway bogie were conducted with different types of railway bogies, which were used for the current operation. In summary, the defect assessment results with thermography method showed a good agreement as compared with the conventional inspection techniques. Moreover, it was found that the novel infrared thermography technique could be an effective way for the inspection and the detection of surface defects on bogies since the infrared thermography method provided rapid and non-contact mode for the investigation of railway bogies.

The critical speed of railway bogie is very important in terms of the verification of the vehicle design procedure and safety. The dynamic performance of bogie is tested on the railway roller rig in a laboratory in place of field testing on track. But, the testing on the full scale roller rig caused many problems relating to test costs, test time and has the difficulty in test condition setup. To overcome these problems, scaled models were used in the filed of railway vehicle design and test. In this paper, we have studied the critical speed of scaled bogie model. We have made the 1/5 scaled bogie, the scaled roller rig and analyzed the critical speed of the scaled bogie through the numerical simulation and running test of the scaled bogie. We have confirmed that the analysis results of the critical speed correspond with the test results.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the status of interlibrary loan (ILL) services using data from its transection. While analyzing the ILL data, agenda to improve the quality of services was identified, and suggestions were made to address them. Three data sets including National Inter-Libary Loan data, National Library Statistics System data, and local inter-library loan system analysis data were collected and analyzed. The results indicate that the size of transaction in ILL is getting bigger. The local ILL, particularly, was expanded and actively used by people. Additionally, the type of library participating in ILL networks was diverse and the number of library was increasing. Finally, this study discussed the tool to measure the contribution of each library in ILL. The collection uniqueness and collaboration index of library as well as the ILL statistics should be considered in the process of the tool development.

정보화사회에서 정보자원의 핵심인 도서관은 출판물의 증가, 정보매체의 다양화 등으로 인해 이용자가 원하는 모든 정보를 소장한다는 것은 불가능하므로 도서관 상호대차를 통한 정보의 공유와 유통이 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 도서관정보의 공유와 유통을 활성화하기 위하여 대량의 정보를 고속으로 전송할수 있는 초고속 정보통신망을 이용한 도서관 상호 대차(ILL)시스템의 개념모델을 제안한다.
