CeB6 필라멘트를 탑재한 저진공 주사전자현미경의 개발

  • 주사전자현미경은 시료표면에 전자빔을 주사하여 시료와 전자빔간의 상호작용으로 발생하는 이차전자(SE)와 후방산란전자(BSE)를 이용하여 시료표면을 관찰하는 장비이다. 일반적으로 텅스텐필라멘트를 사용하며, 10E-5 mbar이하 압력의 고진공에서 시료관찰이 이루어진다. 고진공 시료관찰시 도체 시료는 표면 코팅 없이 관찰이 가능하지만, 부도체 시료의 경우 전자빔에 의한 대전(Charging)현상이 발생하여 이미지가 왜곡되며, 이를 방지하기 위해 금, 백금 등의 금속을 표면에 코팅하여야 한다. 하지만 10E-1 mbar 이상 압력의 저진공에서는 부도체 시료도 전자빔에 의한 대전(Charging)현상이 발생하지 않아 생물시료 등의 부도체 시료를 표면코팅 없이 관찰할 수 있다. 본 발표에서는 현재 개발 중인 CeB6 필라멘트를 탑재한 저진공 주사전자현미경의 차동배기구조를 보여준다. 차동배기에 의해 가동 압력 10E-1 mbar이상의 저진공을 유지하는 시료실과 CeB6 필라멘트를 사용하기 위한 10E-6 mbar이하의 고진공을 유지하는 전자총실의 진공 배기특성을 보고한다.

Properties of Microbial Surfactant S-acid (미생물 계면활성제(S-acid)의 특성조사에 관한 연구)

  • Characteristics of S-acid and its derivatives, as biosurfactants, were investigated. Sodium salt of S-acid(S-lNa) effectively decreased the surface tension to near 30 dyne/cm and showed superior dispersing ability than commercial surfactants such as SDS and Tween 80. The emulsion made by S-lNa could be maintained even with increased concentration of calcium ion. Also the penetratlng ability of S-lNa was observed as effective as that of LAS. All derivatives of S-acid were degraded by microorganisms much faster than conventional surfactants. Among the derivatives, S-3Na prevented rust formation as effectively as commercial anti-rust agents did.

  • The hardening system of polyurethanes has usually caused by air pollution. bad working condition and fire hazard according to using orgarnic solvents. Therefore there have been researched on emulsion, water soluble and colloid-dispersion based water soluble instead of using organic solvents recently. This study synthesized polyurethane dispersing particle by means of mixing precursor and neutralized emulsion method. In the first step, polyurethane was preparated from isophorone diisocyanate and poly (ethylene-adipate) glycol, and got precursor by introducing dimethyl propionic acid as a hydrophilic group. Synthesized polyurethane was bonded to the surface of fiber and crosslinked as a anti-static agent, and then looked for the change of color and softening property.

A Study on the Effect of Aftertreating(Antistatic and Softening) Agents in Laundering (시판 세탁후처리제(대전방지 및 유연처리제)의 효과에 관한 연구)

  • Cotton, P/C and polyester fabrics were laundered and treated with 4 kinds of aftertreating agent(antistatic and softening agents) on marketing. Some treating condition:. which include agent concenteration, treating time and rinsing extent after laundering, were varied. And then the effects of agents with each treating condition-handle value, charged voltage and half-life, and crease recovery etc.-were determined and discussed about their change. The improvement of handle and antistatic properties by treatment were indicated remarkably for cotton fabric and P/C and polyester fabrics respectively. Generally, the handle value of cotton was decreased and then increased again, and the charged voltage and half-life of P/C and polyester fabrics were decreased with increase of concenteration of agents. The effect of antistatic improvement for P/C fabric was larger than polyester fabric at even lower concenteration of agents. The effects were increased with treating time and rinsing extent. In particular, those of short time(1 minute) treatment were very small.

  • There are many methods to move or reduce the static electricity which often causes disasters in Industry, etc. The methods may Include grounding of a potentially-charged body, use of antistatic materials, humidification of an atmosphere, use of static electricity eliminators. Among those methods, the one utilizing antistatic materials is widely used in the industrial fields due to its effectiveness and inexpectiveness. In Korea, safety regulations and technical standards are not sufficient for applying to industrial fields as electrostatic disaster prevention measures due to the shortage of practically verified and reliable data. The propose of this paper is to examine the electrostatic characteristics of the antistatic materials and non-antistatic ordinary materials under the various conditions of different temperature and humidity.

Preparation and Characteristics of Transparent Anti-static Films (투명 대전방지 필름 제조 및 특성)

  • In order to develop the transparent anti-static film with higher than 80% transparency to visible light, organic conductive compounds, N-methyl phenazinium 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinonedimethane (TCNQ) com-plex salts was synthesized and bar-coated on the polythylene terephthalate (PET) film using polymer binders. The best surface properties were obtained when acrylic binder was used. A single layer of TCNQ made of a acrylic binder showed a surface resistance of 10\ulcorner $\Omega$/ , a conductivity of 10\ulcorner S/cm, and a transparency of 75%. An optical microscopic examination revealed that the binder was first solidi-fied on the surface of PET film over which the needle-shaped TCNQ crystals were grown. An acrylic polyol coating over the TCNQ layer improved the transparency to 87%, becuase the acrylic polyol covers the surface of TCNQ crystals to reduce the surface roughness. This conductive material has thermal stability at room temperature and 4$0^{\circ}C$ over 4,000 h.

  • Microorganisms living in clothing cause damage to fabric as well as unhygienic conditions with unpleasant odor fur wearers. Removal or growth of microorganisms are affected by the conditions during washing and storage. The purpose of this research was to study the consumer's knowledge and habits in laundering with respect to microorganisms in clothing. For survey method, questionnaires were administered to 580 housewives, age of 20∼60s living in Seoul. Employing 479 respondents, the data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics. The results are as follows: The level of knowledge about microorganisms of clothing was high in general, but wasn't expert level. Many people had experienced damages of textiles, clothing and unpleasant odor due to microorganisms. Fabric softeners and bleaches were rarely used for disinfection but usually used for antistatic, whitening or removal of stains. There was no relationship between laundering habits, the knowledge of microorganism, and experience of clothing damage by microorganism.

  • 방전에 의한 섬유의 표면개질 기술로서, 저온 플라즈마, Sputter Etching 처리에 대해 서술하고 표면개질 효과를 표면장력, ESCA, SEM을 근거로해서 고찰하였다. 더우기 접착성, 염색물의 색채에 미치는 효과에 대해 검토하였다. 섬유의 염색가공에 있어 젖음, 발수, 발유, 접착, 대전방지, 광택, 촉감 등의 표면에 관련하는 기능적 혹은 감각적 특성이 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 섬유재료의 내부(bulk)의 특성을 살리면서 표면특성의 개질에 의해 한층 기능성을 향상시키는 것은 큰 의미를 가지며, 그와 관련한 표면개질 기술의 연구에 관심을 갖게 되었다. 종래에는 오로지 습식법에 의한 화학약품 처리나 그라프트 공중합 등이 많이 이용되어져 왔으나 습식가공법은 공업적으로는, 다량의 물, 유기용제, 색재, 수지, 계면활성제 등을 사용하기 때문에 피처리물의 건조에 필요한 에너지, 배수처리, 유기용제의 회수 등의 문제가 지적되고 있다. 이들 습식계의 문제점을 극복하는 기술로서 최근은 방전처리나 자외선 처리 등의 건식처리가 많이 연구되어 오고 있다.

  • 서버는 사용자의 요청에 따라 정보를 제공한다. 사용자는 외부 혹은 내부 네트워크에서 서버에 접근하여 데이터를 요청하고, 서버는 서버 내의 데이터 스토어에 저장되어 있는 데이터들을 지정된 방식에 맞게 사용자에게 보여주게 된다. 이러한 일련의 처리 과정들은 서버의 로그로 보관되어지며, 로그는 처리 과정의 세부적인 정보들을 가지고 있다. 서버 관리자는 로그에 기록되어 있는 정보들을 이용해 사용자의 행동을 파악할 수 있으며, 악의적이거나 잘못된 접근 또한 감지할 수 있다. 로그데이터 안에는 접속시간, 사용자 IP, 포트정보, 프로토콜정보, 이벤트 등 사용자가 활동한 흔적들이 기록된다[1]. 어떤 사용자가 언제 어떠한 경로로 어떠한 행위를 하였는지에 대하여 로그는 기록하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이벤트로 서버에 요청하는 쿼리문과 사용자의 IP주소를 이용하여 사용자의 행동 패턴을 파악하고 분석하며, 분석된 행동 패턴과 사용자 정보를 기반으로 악의적인 접근을 방지하고 통제하고자 한다.

  • Recently, Since the advent of KTX, the Electric Corrosion by leakage current is on the issue. The corrosion of Underground metal establishment near KTX system causing by its high voltage current become very serious problem. So We must figure for this. For the prevention of corrosion, Many methods is on the discussion. In this paper, We studied the Sacrificial Anode in many methods for its high efficiency.
