An Analysis of the Transient's Social Behavior in the Radiological Emergency Planning Zone (방사선 비상계획구역에서의 일시거주자의 사회행동 특성 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the social behavior, especially, the evacuation-related social behavior, of the transients in the radiological emergency planning zone(EPZ) of nuclear power plants. So, the meaning and kinds of the evacuation and the significance of the trip generation time(TGT) have been reviewed. The characteristics of the social behavior of the transient around Ulchin, Wolsong and Kori sites was analyzed through field surveys by using the questionnaire. The major findings of this research implications are as follows. First, for securing the safe evacuation, the alternatives to effectively provide the information on the evacuation warning may be prepared. Second, it is necessary to establish the education and training of transient's evacuation. Third, it is needed that the cause and background of the evacuation refusal are identified and the new response plan to secure transient's safety is prepared.

  • This study tried to understand the structural relationship between public crisis communication, emotional influence, and behavioral intention in a national crisis/risk situation. Based on the results of previous studies and empirical studies, the results of crisis/threat type, crisis/threat response, sentiment (crisis/risk responsibility, strategic risk/risk reflective response), and action intention For tourists who visit tourist destinations, as well as the relationship between crisis and risk communication at the tourist destination and one of the unique emotions of Koreans (crisis threat responsibility, strategic response, and reflective response to crisis threat) The relationship between the outcome variable, behavioral intention, was identified. A theoretical study was conducted on each research concept to achieve the proposed research purpose. Based on this, a questionnaire was drawn up and empirical research was conducted in parallel. Three hypotheses were established, and meaningful results were confirmed according to the results of the hypotheses. When a risky situation occurs, the government, business, and local community will actively respond and respond to it as an opportunity to offset the risk of crisis.

  • Marine accidents continue to occur every year due to human errors. The purpose of this study is to promote navigational safety by preventing ship collision accidents caused by human errors of behavior of navigators. There are two ways to manage human error caused by navigator's behavior. It is divided in individual approach and system approach, which is applied to situational awareness theory and Rasmussen's behavioral theory. This study investigated past marine accidents caused by human error and conducted experiments using ship handling simulators to identify these two behavioral characteristics. After analyzing two human error characteristics, we will propose a countermeasure in next study.

Study of Consumer Problems and Consumer Complaining Behavior (소비자문제경험과 그 대응행동에 관한 연구)

  • The Purpose of study is to provide with the basic research to aid to make policy programs for consumer education, which let reduce the Consumer Problems of nondurable goods and lead to do the aggressive Consumer Complaining behavior if they suffer the Consumer Problems. Questionare Survey method was used and the sample was taken from 315 housewives living in Seoul. Research was operated by Frequency, percentage, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The major results are as follows: 1) Variables Effect on Consumer problems: If they have high educational level, they have high educational level, they have high educational level, they experienced much more consumer problems, and less experienced them in case their husband's job is businessman, Expert. 2) Variables Effect on Consumer Complaining Behavior: They have much ore consumer conplaining behavior when they experienced the Seller's Attitude problems, have more problems of after service for month live in Apartment and Consumer Skills level is high.

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the marital conflict problem and coping behavior. The methods of this study are quantitative and qualitative method. For the data, 1069 counselling case of the married people were collected on S counselling center in Daegu, from January to May, 1994. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The main problems are marital debauchery affairs and then the value orientation, character and communication problem in turn. 2. Most clients used the complain type as the coping gehavior. 3. Recognized problem of oneself is debauchery problem and the self-damage and immaturity. Recognized problem of spouse is husband's incapacity, debauchery and violence. alcohol problem in wife case. Recognized problem of couple is a sexual problem for the most case.

  • 연안선은 국제항해 선박에 비해 상대적으로 사고의 위험성은 높으나 이에 대응할 훈련기반이 취약하다. 본 연구에서는 연안선의 화재 및 퇴선상황에서의 승무원의 행동특성을 모델링하고 연안선 환경과 특성에 맞는 CBT용 훈련 프로그램을 개발함으로써 비상시 연안선 승무원의 사고대응 능력을 제고하고자 한다. 특히 이를 위해 연안 여객선에서 여객 대피를 위해 필요한 요소를 검토하여 개선점을 파악하여 프로그램 개발에 반영하고자 한다.

The Consumer Complaining Behavior according to Consumer Problems and dissatisfaction (소비자문제 및 불만족에 따른 대응행동)

  • This thesis is conducted a survey of consumer problems and dissatisfaction and their complaining behavior. It analyzes the complex and varied consumer problems and dissatisfactions, then minimizes them and motivates active response. Also, this thesis is intended to provide fundamental study that may be used for the formulation of consumer protection polices. For this purpose, questionary survey method was used and the sample was taken from 603 housewives lives in Seoul. The major results of the study are summarized as follows; 1) Quality of product was the most frequent problem among consumer problems and dissatisfaction. 2) The level of consumer complaining behavior was 50.69/100 which is a little above median point. Non-complaining behavior was the most frequent, and followed by private/public behavior, public behavior and private behavior. 3) Path analysis of the variables affecting complaining behavior showed total causal effect to be biggest for degree of information search. The experience of consumer problems and dissatisfaction of consumers caused positive effect though causal relation.

  • 최근 SNS나 소셜미디어등 온라인을 통해 고객들의 서비스에 대한 정성적인 평가 및 요구사항이 실시간으로 표현되고 있으므로 병원, 은행,회사 등 각 기업에서는 서비스에 대한 부정적인 여론이 확산되기 전에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있는 시스템의 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 기존의 정형화된 설문을 통한 고객 니즈 분석으로는 다양한 온라인 플렛품 상의 소비자 경험, 의견 및 감성을 분석하기가 어렵다. 따라서, 다양한 온라인 플렛폼의 등장 소비자 Life-Style의 변화 등으로 기업이 시장과 고객들의 행동패턴을 파악 및 예측하여 분석, 관리하고 대응할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 마케팅, 홍보, 기획 등 B2C 서비스 기업 활동에 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 고객 평판분석 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 특히, 제안한 시스템의 효율성 검증을 위해 실제 테스트베드 프로토타입을 개발한다.

  • 침입 탐지란 컴퓨터와 네트워크 지원에 대한 유해한 침입 행동을 식별하고 대응하는 과정이다. 점차적으로 시스템에 대한 침입 유형들이 복잡해지고 전문적으로 이루어지면서 빠르고 정확한 대응을 할 수 있는 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라, 대용량의 데이터를 지능적으로 분석하여 의미있는 정보를 추출하는 데이터 마이닝 기법을 적용함으로써 지능적이고 자동화된 탐지를 수행할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문에서는 학습 데이터를 각각 사례로 데이터베이스에 저장한 후, 실험 데이터가 입려되면 가장 가까운 거리에 있는 학습 데이터의 크래스로 분류하는 사례 기반 학습을 이용하여 빠르게 사용자의 이상 행위에 대해 판정한다. 그러나 많은 사례로 인해 기억 공간이 늘어날 경우 시스템의 성능이 저하되는 문제점을 고려하여, 빈발 에피소드 알고리즘을 수행하여 발견한 순차 패턴을 사례화하여 정상 행위 프로파이로 사용하는 순차패턴에 대한 사례 기반 학습을 제안한다. 이로써, 시스템 성능의 저하율을 낮추고 빠르며 정확하게 지능적인 침입 탐지를 수행할 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 on-line 안전교육의 현황에 대해서 알아본다. 2014년 4월 16일 세월호 침몰사고를 계기로 '안전' 에 대한 인식이 강화되면서 안전교육에 대한 민간자격과정이 우후죽순처럼 번지고 있다. 또한 재난시 대응할 수 있는 매뉴얼과 행동요령에 대한 국민들의 관심이 높아지고 있다. 특수재난은 유형의 다양화, 규모의 대형화로 여타 재난에 비해 사회적 파장이 비교할 수 없을 만큼 크므로 재난관리기관(주관 책임)간 협업대응이 반드시 필요한 데 반해, 특수재난분야 종사자를 위한 교육프로그램은 부족한 실정이다. 따라서, 특수재난은 on-line 안전교육인 e-러닝 콘텐츠의 개발과 여러 가지 안전교육 프로그램으로 특수재난 분야 종사자가 언제든지 온라인상에서 학습, 활용할 수 있도록 보급할 수 있도록 노력하고 있다.
