This study researched about problem of Xenophobia and proposed countermeasures of the police. This study utilized previous studies and statistical of Xenophobia. Xenophobia was negative reaction about foreign stranger joined area of native people. and native hated stranger. Xenophobia has not yet big trouble in Korean society. But small trouble will prospect be big trouble. Xenophobia in Korea society was influenced by increase of migrant worker, increase of foreigner, negatude of foreigner from low income countries, native troubled immigrant, receptivity of multi-cultural. Accordingly, This Situation will be big social problem. and we need active counteract. Active counteract plan utilized police of public power. So. This study suggest plan of police. Plan of police stretch the criminal justice by Xenophobia crime, active response of media and SNS negative about foreigner, crash-prevention native, foreign crime prevention.

정보화에 대한 의존도가 심화됨에 따라 사이버상의 테러는 기업과 국가안보를 위협하는 단계에까지 이르렀으나 아직까지 이를 방어하기 위한 정보보호시스템은 침해사고에 대한 정보가 공유되지 못하고 독립되어 운영되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 기업과 국가는 물론 전세계에서 발생되는 실시간 위협 상황에 대해 조기분석과 대응을 위한 정보공유의 필요성이 무엇보다 강조되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 종합침해사고대응시스템에서 침해사고에 대한 실시간 분석 및 대응을 위한 중요자인인 블랙리스트 DB 구축방법과 관리방안을 제시하였다. 인터넷상에서 광범위하고 지속적인 공격을 시도하는 공격 IP정보를 효율적으로 판별하고 추출한 IP를 실시간으로 자동대응할 수 있는 모델을 제안하였으며 사고 시나리오를 통해 통해 검증하였다.

항로표지 유실사고(등부표)가 발생 후 항로표지가 관할구역을 벗어나 타지방청 관할구역으로 표류할 경우에 대해, 실제 사례를 들어 대응 시스템의 문제점을 분석하고 효율적인 대응방안을 제시하였다.

분산 서비스 거부 공격 기법이 점점 더 향상되어감에 따라 이에 대한 대응 기법 또한 여러가지가 제안되고 있다. 기존의 탐지에 기반을 둔 기법들은 공격을 탐지하기 위한 Rule이 미리 준비되어야 한다는 점에서 실제 트래픽과 구별이 어려운 DDoS 공격의 경우 효율적인 대응이 될 수 없다. 이를 극복하기 위해서 트래픽 감지와 QoS 기법에 기반을 둔 대응 방안이 활발히 연구 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재까지 나와 있는 트래픽 감지 기반의 대응 기법 연구들을 정리하고 라우터 기반의 보안기능 개발 연구에서 트래픽 감지 기반의 대응 방안 적용 과정을 소개한다.

In Korea, the number of cellular phone user rapidly increases. As cellular phone users increase, the crime related cellular phone terminal and contents becomes a newly emerging serious social problem. However, the study on cellular phone crime is very rare in Korea now. The purpose of this study are an examination of the concept, types and the current condition of cellular phone crime, and a suggestion for efficient countermeasures of cellular phone crime.
