1973년 창업한 (주)대우건설은 IMF 이후 지난 2000년 그룹 해체와 WORKOUT에 들어가는 어려움을 겪었다. 그러나 전 임직원이 일심단결 해서 어려움을 슬기롭게 극복하여 2005년에는 수주 8조, 1,900억원, 매출 5조 756억원, 영업이익 4,315억원으로 업계최고의 실적을 올렸다. 또한 최근 발표한 2006년 시공능력평가에서 드디어 1위로 등극해 명실상부한 최고의 건설사로 올라서는 쾌거를 달성했다. (주)대우건설은 건축, 주택, 토목, 플랜트, 해외사업 등 건설 전 분야에서 업계최고의 실적을 유지하고 있다. 특히 주택 분야에서는 푸르지오의 브랜드를 앞세워 5년 연속 주택 공급 1위의 실적을 자랑하고 있다. 2006년 (주)대우건설은 업계최고의 기술력과 영업경쟁력, 우량재무구조를 바탕으로 수주8조 5,000천억 매출 5조 5,826억원의 경영목표를 세웠으며, 이를 위해 전 임직원이 「도전과 열정」, 「자율과 책임」의 핵심 가치를 바탕으로 오늘도 매진하고 있다.

Gangform is used as exterior wall forms in the most of apartments. Existing system forms developed for high-rise building, RCS and ACS, are too heavy and over-designed to be applied to general apartments, leading to higher costs. A more simplified rail Gangform(R/GF) is also used, but it depends entirely on T/C for the lift like Gangform. The T/C's legal inactivity time for moving Gangform and materials has increased, and the higher allowances have to be paid for overtime work, thus causing to the cost increase and time delay. Therefore, this study aims to develop an automated Gangform climbing system that can be used universally and economically in apartment houses. The use of the development system is expected to improve the safety of Gangform operations and reduce the workload on T/C.

This paper discusses issues faced by individual building industry clients. These form the majority of clients but, because they do not possess high purchasing power, they attract less attention in the industry. Given that key decisions on project definition and procurement strategy are made at the pre-project stage, the industry would benefit from knowing relevant aspects of its clients' attitudes and behaviors, so that it can support them. There is a lack of research on this subject, and so we first describe a theoretical framework and research methodology that were developed for this specific group of clients. Theory adopted from consumer behavioral research was introduced to develop a general behavioral model of individual clients. In this model, individual clients are assumed to seek and then process information after acknowledging normative activities. To validate our model, a field survey was conducted using randomly selected individual clients. Their opinions on the importance and difficulty of 12 normative activities were analysed to establish a general attitude. Information seeking behaviour was investigated by measuring the frequency and type of source that they contacted to conduct the normative activities. The attitudes and information seeking behaviour presented in this research will contribute to the development of project tools for supporting these clients.

공작기계의 기본은 POSITION ACCURACY이다. XYZ 3축 직선운동 복합으로 거의 모든 형태를 표현할 수 있다. 3축 각각의 직선운동만 정확하면 정밀한 절삭가공이 된다는 뜻이다. 직선운동의 정확도를 기하기 위하여 볼스크류 를 쓰고 기아도 그라인딩을 한다. POSITION ACCURACY는 NC-CONTROLLER를 사용하면서 극대로 증가한다. 이것이 공작기계의 원리이다. 항공기의 조립은 공작기계가 갖고 있는 X Y Z 3축의 복합만으로는 STROKE가 짧아 표현할 수 없는 상당히 긴 STROKE이면서 공간의 위치가 요구된다. 이를 찾는 방법은 지극히 정밀한 LENS를 동원한 OPTICAL TOOL을 쓰는 것이 가장 용이하다. 항곡부품의 위치도 OPTICAL TOOL을 사용하는 것이 가장 용이하다. 물론 건축용 OPTICAL TOOL보다 항공용은 몇배 더 정밀하다.
