A Study on the Effects of SNS Informativeness, Playfulness and Reliability on Purchase Intention and Business Performance (SNS의 정보제공성, 유희성, 신뢰성이 구매의도 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study empirically analyzes the effect of SNS informativeness, playfulness and reliability on purchase intention and the effect of consumer's purchase intention on business performance through structural equation model, In doing so, this study aims to suggest ways to enhance consumers' purchase intention and consequently increase the business performance through various SNS marketing strategies that can efficiently manage consumers. The questionnaires were distributed to adult men and women who are in their 20s through 60s, actively use SNS, and primarily reside in Daegu and Gyeongbukdo. The 400 copies of questionnaire were distributed from September 15 to October 1, 2018, of which 364 (91%) were used for the empirical analysis, except for 36 of the questionnaires that were unfaithful or unresponsive. Basic statistical analysis including frequency analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 24.0, reliability and validity analysis were also performed, and finally hypotheses were tested by performing confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis of structural equation model. All of the SNS informativeness, playfulness and reliability were shown to have positive effects on the purchase intention. In addition, the effect of purchase intention on business performance was found to be significant. Companies should come up with a strategic SNS marketing plan to encourage consumers to enhance the willingness to purchase their products and services through SNS, and to make actual purchases, thereby improving business performance.

The Effects of Game Properties and Gratifications on Continuance Intention of Location-Based Augmented Reality Game (게임 속성과 충족 변수가 위치 기반 증강현실 게임의 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • Since the launch of Pokémon GO in 2016, the game has been loved for many users. Although the number of Pokémon GO users has declined, lots of users still enjoy the location-based augmented reality game. From the perspective of game properties and Use & Gratifications theory, this paper investigated the antecedents of continuance intention of Pokémon GO. A total of 258 responses from Pokémon Go users was collected by an online survey. The result of regression analysis showed that attitude toward game characters, attitude toward random game elements, social interaction, competition, and physical activity increased continuance intention. Perceived cost, however, decreased continuance intention. Implications for researchers and practitioners were discussed.

  • This empirical study is on the factors that influence college students'intention of using online communities by focusing on the social influence, online community identification and attitude toward using online community, and the perceived usefulness. The results of this study are as follows. First, the most popular online community site is Cyworld, and was found to provide additional services like cafes, blogs, facebook, etc. Second, the social influence in the proposed model has been classified as a subjective norm, perceived usefulness of social influence has been identified as a significant variable, and online community identification of subjective norm was significant. Third, the model configuration in a path relationship between the variables, the indirect effect of online community identification and perceived usefulness affect usage intention of online communities was larger than a direct effect. Therefore, in order to increase the usage intention of online communities, online community identification and perceived usefulness, as well as by attitude toward using online community need to be considered as ways to improve were identified.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the new roles and services of information center that is affected by changing information technology so called cloud computing service. Using Information Technology acceptance model, hypotheses were developed to find relationships among intention to use of a cloud service, perceived usefulness, perceived easy of use and three system quality evaluation factors such as data safety, network response time, and system accessibility. The hypotheses have been tested with 114 user surveys. This study presents the relationship between certain attitude and intention to use variables and system accessibility applying clouding service. The result of this research gives an insight of the evaluation and a guideline for the implementation of cloud computing services in information centers.

The Effect of Communication Media Richness on Continuous Intention to Use: The Moderating Effect of User Experience (커뮤니케이션 매체의 풍부성이 지속적인 사용 의도에 미치는 영향 - 이용경험의 조절효과)

  • Although multimedia messaging services (MMS) are becoming increasingly popular, and companies are maximizing the use of their content, few systematic studies on MMSs exist. This study examined technology acceptance factors for MMS in 398 young people aged 10 to 39 to identify MMS users' continuous intention to use (CITU) via a questionnaire and SPSS21 and PLS-Graph 3.0. The results showed that perceived media richness (PMR) had a positive effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and most importantly, CITU. Furthermore, PMR had a positive effect on perceived ease of use as a moderating effect on experience. To increase use efficiency in MMSs based on these results, media richness, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and user experience may serve as important variables affecting users' CITU and provide a basic reference and development direction for MMS users. Future studies should include more variables and examine additional factors when analyzing the structural model.

  • The development of the Internet of Things led to new services that did not exist before. This required a change to the existing network. This study aims to verify the service quality, satisfaction, repurchase intention relationship, and the moderating effect of online reviews of Chinese consumers using fashion shopping malls. The results of the study showed that from the perspective of consumers in their 20s and 30s in China, the type, reliability, convenience, and interaction of service quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. In addition, negative reviews among online reviews had a great influence on repurchase intention. Based on the results of the study, it will help improve the effect on online product reviews and in-depth understanding of the acceptance of online product reviews for online fashion shopping malls, and establish strategies for fashion companies to effectively manage online product reviews information.

  • With the development of information technology, the popularization of 5G and cloud computing has accelerated the circulation and digital transformation of information. In the network information society where information is rapidly increasing, it is very important to have the ability to manage and collect the required information. In particular, the information storage and management functions of cloud services are widely used among young people. This research takes the social factors of accepting cloud services as the breakthrough point, and takes young consumers aged 20-30 as the survey object, and designs a research model according to the development of cloud computing technology. The findings verify the influence of social factors on cloud service acceptance and 20-30-year-old consumers' intention to use cloud services. The partial and complete mediating effects of perceived ease of use were verified from the influence relationship between social factors and exploitation intention. Finally, this study provides inspiration for the development direction of cloud computing technology through empirical analysis.

  • In this study, I examine whether differences in the levels of job satisfaction and turnover intention exist with regard to the police department size. To accomplish this, a way ANOVA analysis of variance(One-way ANOVA) was conducted. As a result, a significant differences were found in job satisfaction and turnover intention according to the department size and grade. Specifically, first, in the job satisfaction level on the department size, the smaller department size was, the lower job satisfaction level was and the bigger department size was, the higher job satisfaction level was. Second, in the turnover intention level on the department size, the result was not statistically significant. Third, in the job satisfaction level on the department grade, the lower department grade was, the higher job satisfaction level was and the higher department grade was, the lower job satisfaction level was. Fourth, in the turnover intention level on the department grade, the lower department grade was, the lower turnover intention level was and the higher department grade was, the higher turnover intention level was.

인터넷광고에 대한 태도와 효과성에 있어 라이프스타일의 조절효과에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구의 목적은 (1) 인터넷환경하에서 인터넷광고에 대한 태도와 인터넷광고의 효과성 간의 효과를 검증하고, (2) 인터넷광고에 대한 태도와 인터넷광고의 효과성간의 관계에 대 한 인터넷사용자의 라이프스타일의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 광고에 대한 태도연구와 효과성에 관한 선행연구를 통해 두 번수간외 관계성올 알아보았으며, 이는 인터넷 환경하에서도 적용되는지를 알아보기 위한 가설을 설정하였다. 실증분석을 통한 결과는 인터넷광고에 대한 태도는 권유의도, 고려의도, 재방문의도, 구 매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 인터넷시장에서 인터넷광고에 대한 태 도와 인터넷광고의 효과성은 전통적인 시장에서와 같이 동일하게 작용되었다. 두 번째로 인터넷사용자들의 라이프스타일에 따라 차이가 있을 것이라는 연구가설을 여섯 개의 유형 으로 나누어 연구한 결과 인터넷광고에 대한 태도와 구매의도간에는 인터넷사용자들의 라 이프스타일 유형에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 스마트폰 사용자 1천만 시대가 도래하였다. 올해 안에 스마트폰 가입자가 2천만 시대를 열 것으로 기대되면서 소위 대박을 꿈꾸는 스마트 폰 앱 개발의 열풍에 불을 지피고 있다[1]. 이에 따라 네비게이션 관련 앱도 속속들이 출시되고 있는 상황이다[2]. 하지만 최근 출시된 네비게이션 앱이라 할지라도 기능상으로는 기존 네비게이션의 틀에서 크게 벗어나지 못하고 있는 형편이다. 또한, 스마트폰 가입자의 30% 가량이 20대 이하의 연령임을 고려해 볼 때 비운전자를 타켓으로 한 네비게이션의 필요성도 대두되고 있다[3]. 본 논문에서는 기존 네비게이션에서 원하는 목적지의 정보만을 제공하는 단순한 시스템을 벗어나 비운전자라도 유용하게 쓸 수 있는 사용자 의도에 기반한 네비게이션 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 모바일 환경이라는 가정 하에 온톨로지를 기반으로 설계되었고, 온톨로지는 사용자 의도를 추론하기 위한 수단으로 사용된다.
