'비대칭'으로 특징지워지는 이동통신 시장에서의 규제 정책은 찬반 논란속에서 많은 이슈들을 제기하고 있다. 이에 따라 많은 선행 연구들이 이동통신 시장에서의 비대칭 규제에 대한 한계를 지적하고 계선 방안을 제시하고자 노력하였다. 그러나 대부분 개념적으로 설명하여 정책의 실효성을 가시적으로 보여주지 못할 뿐만 아니라 다양한 정부 정책들이 혼합되어 나타날 영향에 대한 고려는 미흡하다. 본 연구는 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위한 하나의 대안으로서 시스템 다이내믹스라는 새로운 접근 방법을 적용하였다. 다양한 변수들간의 인과 관계와 피드백 구조를 중심으로 작성된 인과지도는 이동통신시장과 같이 복잡한 시스템의 특성을 규명하여 문제의 원인을 구조적으로 설명할 수 있으며 이에 기초한 시뮬레이션 모델은 다양한 정책 대안들을 시나리오에 따라 시뮬레이션 함으로써 정부 규제가 이동통신 시장에 미치는 영향을 예측하고 의사결정을 위한 함의를 이끌어내는 데 매우 유용할 수 있다.

This study is concerned with theoretical aspects of urban logistics with the aim of revealing limitations of the literature, suggesting directions for further studies and developing a conceptual model for evaluating policy alternatives. Several limitations have been revealed and, based on these, the directions for further studies were suggested as more effort needs to be put on microscopic aspects of urban logistics ; and integrated conceptual evaluation models need to be developed. For the models it defined microscopic evaluation factors by the subject of urban logistics activities, and with these factors it established a conceptual model. Especially it introduced the simulation models developed recently to predict the route of freight vehicles and suggested how both microscopic and macroscopic aspects of urban logistics could be evaluated.

This study focuses on the fact that the past government has been consistent with the one-sided withdrawal policy without any clear countermeasures in relation to the ongoing nuclear development of the DPRK. The purpose of this study is to improve the understanding of South Korea's North Korea policy and to present the direction of the North Korea policy in the future by comparing and researching the North Korea policy pursued by Lee Myung - bak government / Park-Geun-Hye government. Such an attempt will provide a basis for evaluating the previous government's policies toward North Korea, and will also help to find alternatives to sustainable inter-Korean relations and North Korea policy to achieve a unified Korea.

11월 6일 "선택 2007! 한농연 대선후보 초청 토론회"에서 3부 행사로 진행된 각 당 정책위의장 패널토론에서는 쌀 목표가격 현실화, 농협중앙회 및 농관련기관 개혁, 한-미 FTA 등 농업 전반에 대해 각 당의 입장과 대책이 제시됐다. 정책위의장들은 어려운 농업.농촌 현실에 대한 공감을 나타내며 다양한 대안들을 제시했지만 방법론에서는 당에 따라 시각차를 드러냈다.

국내 풍력산업의 성장세가 세계 선진시장의 움직임에 비해 다소 주춤하는 분위기다. 분명 수많은 정책들이 쏟아지고 있고, 다른 어떤 분야에 비해 관심도 높지만 막상 현장에서는 불안감이 느껴진다. 이유는 비교적 간단하다. 그러나 이를 해결할 대안을 마련하는 것은 복잡하게 엉켜 있는 실타래를 푸는 것만큼 어려워 보인다. 국내 풍력산업의 활성화를 위해 필요한 대안에는 무엇이 있는지 한국풍력산업협회 이임택 회장을 만나 자세히 들어봤다.
