대안학교는 기존의 학교교육의 한계를 극복하고자 시도하는 대안적인 학교를 의미한다. 자연친화적이고 공동체 중심적인 대안학교에 대한 이해를 통해 그 동안 일률적이고 획일화된 교육을 다시 한번 돌아보며 진정한 교육의 의미를 생각해 보자.

The purpose of this study is to explore a life-supportive housing alternative for single-parent family, focused on cohousing. Single-parent family is considerably increasing according to diverse social changes. In foreign countries, for instance, Scandinavian countries where dual-income households and single-parent families occupy comparatively higher proportion of the whole households, cohousing has been implemented as one of the life-supportive housing alternatives. Cohousing community has been developed aiming to reduce burden of housework, child-care and loneliness through mutual support amongst inhabitants. Opinions of single-parent families are described in this study in order to explore any possibility of development of cohousing for single-parent families for their well-being in Korea. The study was fulfilled by intensive interviews with 4 heads of single-parent families as well as inhabitants of collective housing and cohousing in Korea and foreign countries.

노인인구의 증가에 따라 노인성 질환이 증가하고, 대표적 노인성 질환직 하나인 치매도 점점 증가하고 있다. 이제까지 치매가 노화의 한 정상적인 과점으로 여겨져왔고 최근에 와서야 하나의 질병으로 인식하기 시작하였기 때문에, 그간 치매노인의 의료복지적 측면의 관리가 소홀하였고 가족의 어려움이 켰었다. 본 연구는 치매노인 시설을 이용하고 있는 치매노인 가족간호자를 대상으로 치매노인의 일상생활 기능손상정도 및 건강상태, 가족간호자의 간호부담정도, 사회적지지, 치매노인과 가족간호자의 삶의 질 정도, 그리고 그들이 어떤 사희복지적지지 서비스를 이용하려 하는 지를 파악하여, 앞으로의 치매노인과 그 가족간호자의 부함을 경감하고 삶의 질을 개선할 수 있는 대안마련의 기초자료를 제공할 목적으로 수행되었다.

다음 글은 금년 6월 19일부터 24일까지 세계보건기구가 태국수도 방콕에서 개최한 국제회의-"가족계획의 윤리와 인간가치:개인과 사회의 권리와 책임에 관한 국제대화"-에 부진 교황성하의 연설문가운데 일부분, '자연적 가족계획의 윤리와 인간가치'부분을 발췌한 것입니다. 방콕회의를 위한 교황성하의 연설문은 오늘날 전세계에 유행하고 있는 갖가지 가족계획에 관하여 그들의 윤리문제와 인간가치문제를 제기하면서 각국 지도자들이 올바른 인구 및 가족계획관을 갖도록 촉구하고 있는데 여기 소개하는 부분은 교회가 단지 세계적 인구문제에 대해서 깊은 관심을 갖고 있을 뿐 아니라 가장 윤리적이고 인간가치를 높히는 자연적 가족계획방법을 구체적인 대안으로 제시하면서 각국이 이를 보다 널리 보급하고 관심있는 의료인, 과학자들이 이를 좀 더 연구할 것을 권하고 있는 것입니다.

본 연구는 한국노동연구원에서 실시한 "일과 가족 양립 지원제도 운영실태조사" 원자료를 활용하여 우리나라 기업의 유연근로제도에 대한 수용성 정도를 실증분석한 것이다. 유연근로제도를 포함한 가족친화 경영의 기업수용성은 출산과 양육친화단계에서는 높지만, 가족친화적 경영수준으로는 확장되지 않고 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 기존의 연구와 달리 기업 특성을 성(gender)과 시장(market) 가치에 따라 구분하여 유연근로제도의 수용성이 어떤 영역에서 높게 나타나는지를 분석한 결과 여성친화적-고시장성 기업일수록 보다 높은 수용성을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다변량분석을 활용하여 유연근로제도에 대한 기업의 수용성 결정요인을 도출하였는데 여기에서는 비정규직 활용과 유연근로제도가 대체관계에 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 현재 우리나라 노동시장에서 큰 이슈가 되고 있는 비정규직의 무분별한 활용과 증가를 억제할 수 있는 대안 중의 하나로 유연근로제도를 활성화하는 방안을 제안할 수 있으며, 이는 기업의 효율적인 인력운영과 함께 일자리의 질도 제고시킬 수 있어 기업과 근로자가 모두 윈윈(win-win)하는 전략이 될 수 있음을 시사한다고 하겠다.

The purpose of this study is to figure out family member's perceptions of side rail use in geriatric hospital by Cavanagh's content analysis with in-depth interview. This finding of the study suggests that the six themes of these perceptions are precautionary safety supervision, movement convenience, ritualistic nursing, physical restraint, danger of wounds, and alternative methods in an older person ward, and that the cause of recognized perceptions is not based on actual events, but rather on relatives' perceived protective value. With the transition of medical industry environment, there is a significant emphasis on efficacy and effectiveness of practice, risk management and evidence-based practice. However, the issue of side rail use and physical restraints remains unsolved in care of older people. Nurses claim the necessity of regimented protocol and clarification from professional organization regarding the side rail use.

This article intends to look for the desirable form of Confucian familism in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution. First of all, the concept of the fourth industrial revolution is a very vague concept. Therefore, it would be more meaningful to analyze the situation of the family in present Korean society and to find an alternative to it in Confucian familism. But the problem is that it is very burdensome to bring out the Confucian familism idea again. Since Confucian Confucianism was criticized in 1915 during the New Cultural Movement, many people have criticized Confucian familism as patriarchal and authoritarian, and thus an anti-democratic value that seriously damaged the equality of men and women. Therefore, the discussion starts with looking at the justification of such an evaluation. I wanted to see if their evaluation of Confucian familism is legitimate or an unjustified evaluation resulting from misunderstanding, and if it is an inappropriate evaluation, where they are based. In addition, I examined whether the cause of such an evaluation was attributed to the subject who made the evaluation, or because the spectrum of significance contained in the Confucian familism thought formed over 2500 years was too wide. I sought to reassess criticism of the existing Confucian familism by looking for answers to these questions. Through such a reevaluation, I has found that the wrong criticism of Confucian familism was because we saw the Confucian scholarship and the Confucian scholarship without distinguishing the ideological Confucianism from the Qin(秦) Dynasty. In the end, I tried to show that Confucian familism can function as an alternative to resolve family problems that are occurring in today's Korean society through the illuminating work of the ideas of Confucian familism.

This study is to review the policy objective of the spread of family value in 2nd Family Policy 2011-2015. The spread of family value is newly adapted sphere in 2nd Family Policy. But this policy objective is not clear, diverse or comprehensive. So, this study attempts to examine two questions: what is the family value in healthy family policy? How this objective is reflected to policy services. Because families are shaped by changes in social norm or trend, this study examined the changing demographics of family affect to family value. And the meaning of family value and the viewpoints are clarified. Last, for the extend of this policy objective, this study suggests to reach consensus on future family in Korean society, to emphasize function of family as social safety net.
