  • 교육 인프라의 구축과 함께, 엄청난 예산을 들인 인프라의 활용을 위한 국가적인 차원의 여러 가지 논의가 이루어졌고 결과적으로 에듀넷과 교수.학습지원센터와 같은 기관들이 탄생되었다. 하지만, 방대한 자료와 훌륭한 운영 체제를 가진 기관이라도 일선 현장에서 실제 교육을 담당하고 있는 교사들 각각의 모든 요구를 만족시키지는 못하고 있다. 교사들 각자가 생각하는 수업시간에 유용한 자료의 기준이 각각 다르고, 자료로의 신속하고 정확한 접근이 웹 상에서는 가끔 어려울 경우가 있으며. 교사들 각자의 자유로운 분류 기준을 만족시키기에는 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 교사들이 자신의 입맛에 맞게 교수.학습 자료를 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하려고 한다.

  • 학교 교육과정에서 도서관 교육은 학습 내용과 학습 방법 측면에서 방법적 지식과 사고 능력으로서의 성격을 갖는다. 즉 새로운 지식의 생산에 필요한 범교과적 학습 능력으로서의 위상을 갖는다. 문제는 이러한 성격이 교과 교육 과정은 물론 학생 일상생활과의 부단한 연계를 통해서 구현된다는 점이다. 즉 학교도서관 교육의 성공을 위해서는 학교 공동체 내에 학교 도서관 중심의 교육 공동체 구성이 필요하다. 학교도서관 정보화와 순회 사서를 포함한 비정규직 자원 봉사자 확산, 다양한 형태의 업무 대행 서비스 그리고 담당교사의 도서관 운영 연수 확대 속에서 자료 조직과 운영의 일부분은 영역 보편성을 띤지 오래되었다. 따라서 학교도서관 중심의 교육 공동체 구성은 도서관 활용수업으로 대표되는 교과의 자원기반학습과의 연계성에 기반을 두고 발전하는 추세이다. 본고에서는 필자가 개발 책임자로 참여하여 2010년 교육과학기술부와 대구광역시교육청이 공동으로 일선 학교에 보급한 사서교사와 교과교사의 협동수업용 장학 자료집의 주요 내용과 활성화 방안을 살펴보고자 한다.

  • 학교 업무의 효율화를 위해 조직한 교무분장업무가 담당교사의 전문성 부족과 업무관련 정보의 비체계적인 생산, 활용, 관리로 인해 많은 교사들이 업무처리에 어려움을 느낀다. 그리고 이러한 어려움으로 학습지도와 학급관리에 충분한 시간을 투자하지 못하는 경우도 생긴다. 하지만 지금까지 갖추어진 학교의 정보화 기반을 활용한다면 정보의 생산, 활용, 관리가 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교무분장 부서에서 다루고 있는 업무를 세분화하여 멀티미디어의 어떤 유형이 사용되는지 알아보고, 이를 바탕으로 멀티미디어 데이터 중 이미지, 사운드, 동영상 데이터 제작방법을 제시하여 교사들이 학교업무에서 처리하는 정보들을 멀티미디어 데이터 제작의 기본방법에 맞게 제작하여 학교업무의 효율성을 높이도록 하였다.

DACUM Job Analysis of Management Teacher of industry-academy cooperation of Specialized high school (데이컴(DACUM) 기법을 활용한 특성화고 산학협력부장 교사의 직무 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze job of management teacher of industry-academy cooperation of specialized high school using DACUM method. The contents of this study are to identify the duties, tasks and the level of importance, difficulty, frequency and entry level on each task. Finally, based on the job analysis results, the DACUM chart of management teacher of industry-academy cooperation of specialized high school was developed. The workshop for DACUM job analysis consisted of one DACUM facilitator who acquired Level-I license, eight members of DACUM who had more than five years experience, one clerk and one practitioner for two days. The results of the study are as follows. First, this study defines management teacher of industry-academy cooperation as 'a person who career teachers in charge of career guidance, NCS-based field practice, establishment of industry-academia-government relations, external business administration, industry-academia cooperation administration, teaching subject class'. Second, the job of management teacher of industry-academy cooperation were total 7 duties and 80 tasks. Third, the importance, difficulty, and frequency of each task are classified into high (A), normal (B), and low (C) according to degree. Finally, this study make out a DACUM chart of management teacher of industry-academy cooperation of specialized high school based on the results of DACUM job analysis. And knowledge, skills, tools, and positive behaviors, future trends/concerns about management teacher of industry-academy cooperation of specialized high school were presented.

The Analysis on the Mediating Effects of Social Support on the Relation between Positive Psychological Capital and Happiness of Childcare Teachers in Charge of Young Children with Disabilities (장애영아담당 보육교사의 긍정심리자본과 행복감 관계에서 원장과 동료교사의 사회적 지지 매개효과 분석)

  • This is an empirical study aiming to analyze the relations between positive psychological capital, social support from the school director and fellow teachers, and happiness of childcare teachers in charge of young children with disabilities. In addition, we analyze the mediating effects of social support from the school director and fellow teachers on the relation between positive psychological capital and happiness. To achieve these aims, a survey was conducted targeting 205 childcare teachers in Gyeonggi province. Results of this study are as follows: First, there were significantly positive correlations between positive psychological capital, social support, and happiness. Furthermore, positive psychological capital and social support from the school director and fellow teachers had positive effects on the happiness of childcare teachers. Second, the social support from the school director and fellow teachers had partially mediating effects on the relation between positive psychological capital and happiness. This implies that positive psychological capital and social support from the school director and fellow teachers play essential roles in the enhancement of happiness of childcare teachers.

A Research on the Real State of Story-telling Mathematics Class of Middle School (스토리텔링을 적용한 중학교 수학 수업에 대한 교사의 인식 및 활용 실태)

  • The big issue of mathematics education in 2009 revised curriculum is to introduce story-telling in math textbook and to aim toward the math that students can learn easily and interestingly. Therefore, this study examine the perception of middle school teachers in working with story-telling, analyze actual utilization of story-telling in class and provide the basic materials for effective practical application. After making questionnaires to check the real conditions of the story-telling and asking math teachers in charge of the first and second graders, this research came to the conclusion as follows. First, the teachers who took part in this research showed positive perception in story-telling textbook the practical use of a variety of materials and the improvement of thinking faculty and creativity. Second, math teachers made use of a variety of storytelling data and especially reflection media in class, but this was limited in introductory part. Mathematic concept was delivered mainly through the activities of exchanging questions and answers between the teachers and students. Third, students showed positive reaction about story-telling class on the whole. For example, they understood the concept easily and they could apply it in real life. However, story-telling failed to bring the attention and interest of math itself. Therefore, teachers' ability is needed in the way that math knowledge and concept should be formed and expressed interestingly.

A study on How to Improve the Professionalism Enhancement Program for Teachers in Charge of Energy and Climate Change Education Based on STEAM Perspectives (융합인재교육의 관점에서 에너지 및 기후변화 교육 연수 프로그램 개선 방안)

  • This study was aimed to discuss how to improve the professionalism enhancement program for teachers in charge of energy and climate change education based on STEAM perspectives. It analyzed the program according to the specialties of the teachers in charge of training, and identified the degree of professionalism enhancement of the participating teachers through the pre- and post-survey. Also, researchers described the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of this program that were found through the interviews with trainees by participating in the program in person. The results were as follows; First, teacher's training course in charge of energy and climate change education should be approached from the perspective of STEAM education. Second, teachers should have time to discuss their activities after they complete experience learning related with STEAM education. Third, it should be a 60-hour intensive course, but the burden for the teachers should be reduced by using online programs. Fourth, the training program should be planned based on the focus on improving the professionalism. Also, there should be enough time to prepare for the training program. Fifth, energy and climate change teacher training program should be practice-oriented, using hands-on experiences and experiments, in fusion education. Sixth, it would be better to run energy and climate change teacher training programs according to the level of schools. However, several courses could be mixed between different levels of schools.

  • 이 연구는 완전통합교육을 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 전자멘토링 시스템을 구축 및 사용성을 평가하는데 목적이 있다. 시스템 설계를 위하여 현재 운영되고 있는 국내 외 시스템과 연구들을 분석한 후, 완전통합교육 지원에 적절한 전자멘토링 수행모형을 도출했다. 특히, 설계와 구현에 있어서는 온라인의 수평적 멘토링 구현과 다양한 멘토링 형태의 지원, 상호보완적 관계형성, 그리고 활동에 대한 피드백 제공 등에 역점을 두고 시스템을 구축했다. 개발된 전자멘토링 시스템의 사용성 평가를 위해 운영자 2명, 멘토 5명, 멘티 5명을 선정한 후, '멘토링 지원(인지적 지원, 정서적 지원, 적용가능성)'과 '기술 지원(편의성, 정확성, 심미성)' 등 2가지 영역, 총 10개의 문항을 통해 심층면담을 실시했다. 통합학급 담당교사와 특수학급 담당교사의 사용성 평가 결과, 완전통합교육 지원을 위해 개발된 전자멘토링 시스템은 모든 영역에 걸쳐 상당히 효과적인 것으로 판단할 수 있었다. 향후에는 이 연구결과를 바탕으로 현장에서 장기간 지속적인 적용을 통해 개발된 전자멘토링 시스템의 실질적 효과성을 검증해 보는 연구가 요청된다.

Characteristics of Elementary Science-Gifted Education Teachers' Reflection on Their Science Teaching (초등 과학영재교육 담당교사의 과학영재수업에 대한 반성의 특징)

  • This study investigated the characteristics of elementary science-gifted education teachers' reflection on their science teaching. To do this, the reflective journals of 33 elementary science-gifted education teachers were analyzed in terms of 'productive reflection'. The results revealed that most of reflective journals included the aspects of 'instructional strategies and instruction for science-gifted education (100.0%)' and 'science-gifted students (90.9%)'. 'Curriculum for science-gifted education (42.4%)' was also frequently included although fewer than two previous aspects. However, 'subject matter knowledge' and 'assessment in science-gifted education' were included less than 10%. The mean score of the inclusion scores was 2.48 on a scale of 5 points and was not significantly correlated with the teaching careers in science-gifted education. 18.2% of the journals showed no integrations, which were unproductive reflection. 66.7% of the journals integrated only two aspects and 24.2% of the journals integrated three aspects. Only 6.1% of the journals integrated four aspects and no journals integrated all five aspects. Especially, the integrations between 'science-gifted students (81.8%)' or 'instructional strategies and instruction for science-gifted education (81.8%)' and the other aspects were most frequent. The integrations between 'Curriculum for science-gifted education (30.3%)' and the other aspects were also frequently included. However, the integrations between 'subject matter knowledge (6.1%)' or 'assessment in science-gifted education (0.0%)' and the other aspects were hardly included. The mean score of the integration scores was 2.12 on a scale of 5 points and was not significantly correlated with the teaching careers in science-gifted education.

An Analysis on the Tasks of a School Library Support Center : A Case Study of JungBu Public Library of Ulsan Metropolitan City (학교도서관지원센터의 현장 지원 과제와 전략에 관한 연구 - 울산광역시 학교도서관지원센터(중부도서관)의 경우 -)

  • The purpose of this article is to propose the functions of the School Library Support Center of the Ulsan Metropolitan City. The findings are based on the 2009 and 2010 statistics of the school libraries in the Ulsan Metropolitan City, and a questionnaire survey that was conducted for teacher librarians and the class teachers who manage their school libraries without a Library Science degree. The proposed tasks of the School Library Support Center fall into two categories: administrative and practical. Administrative tasks include assigning teacher librarians to schools, expanding library resources, and establishing an integrated supervision system for both school libraries and student reading programs. Practical tasks include developing educational programs, informing library program providers to school, and public relations programs about the Center's services.
